写真も載せましたが、プライベートビーチがあり、眺めも良く、エレベーで“P”を押せばビーチにそのまま行けて便利。 目の前の紅海は透き通る澄んだ海で、海用のシューズと浮き輪やシュノーケルグッズを持って行き、海に入るのをおすすめします。 シューズがないと、石がゴロゴロして、足を負傷します。 海中は、ビーチサンダルは滑るので危険です。 近くには小さなお店がいくつかあり、スーパーマーケットと言うほど大きくはありませんが、ジュースやお菓子、アイス等は買えます。 大きめのスーパーは20分くらい歩いたシティセンターの中にあります。 オールインクルーシブで朝昼晩ご飯は無料。 ビーチに行けば、タオルやジュースを出してくれます。 食事はチキンやご飯、パンなど、美味しいものもありますが、個人的には見た目で食べれないものもありました。 レストランにハエが結構いて、それを気にしながら食事するのが嫌でした。 部屋によるのかな？私の部屋は3,000円でしたが、部屋も広く、大きな冷蔵庫やソファーがあって、エアコンも新し目で効きが良く、快適👍 クローゼットの中は、客の置いてった様な変なハンガーしかありませんが、一応使用できます（笑） ウェルカムドリンクの水とアメニティは紅茶や写真に写した通り、シャンプーとリンス、ボディシャンプーのどれかがあります。使用していないので分かりません。 シャワーの水圧は普通です。 歯ブラシや綿棒等は、無し。 部屋にドライヤーが無かったので、フロントに言えば出してくれます。 スリッパも無かったので、代わりになるものを持って行くか、ビーチサンダルを持ってくといいです。 この安さで、絶景で部屋も綺麗で居心地が良く、こんな綺麗なプライベートビーチもあって、1つ言うとすれば、もう少し食事に目玉焼きやフルーツやヨーグルトやハチミツ、パンに付けるバター等が合ったらいいと思いました。もう一つは、ハエ対策を考えてほしいです。 ご飯で満足しなかったら、20分ぐらい歩いたとこにヒルトンプラザホテルがあるので、私はそこで日本円で1,500円で朝食をとっていました。すごく美味しいです。 パスポートの提示を要求されるので、持って行った方がいいです。 フロントのお兄さんも笑顔で素敵でした。どちらかが私のタイプ♪

Rummet var utmärkt med bra luftkonditionering och utrymme. Internetet gick bort till och från och var inte idealt. Vid lunch och middag fanns det utmärkt mat och variation, men tyckte att frukosten var undermålig. Hade klarat mig mycket bättre på morgonen om det fanns smör till brödet. Stranden var inte det bästa med hård mark i vattnet och mycket sten, men om man vill gå djupare så fanns det ett utrymme för det samt 2 pooler. Men hursomhelst var det ett prisvärt hotel.

Our stay was good over all. Nothing really to complain about. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it does require some maintenance in places. The property was clean and enjoyable. We did not spend lots of time in the hotel but when we did it was pleasant. The meals was ok but could be improved and definitely the WIFI. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. As I said, over all a good experience.

(I booked twice this hotel so my other comment looks similar but it wasnt finished...) I spent a whole week in this hotel. My criteria was to find a hotel with direct access to the beach and snorkeling area, and meals included. All within 30-35€ per night budget. I wouldnt say this hotel is perfect, but for the price it is a very good deal. The staff is *really* helpful and kind all the time. Shout out to the cook Ahmed (deaf and mute but so kind with such a good heart) and the waiter (forgot his name sorry). Front desk staff, security staff, beach staff, all are also great ! The food is ok but a bit repetitive, not gonna lie, but it is way better than the usual hotels in the same price range. I just wish there were more fruits and some fish/seafood instead of meat/chicken every time. Breakfast is fully egyptian, but adding a fresh fruit juice would have been great. About the room, we got a sea view room, which was huge and pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was vasy pleasing. You can see the sunrise every morning just in front of you, above the sea. About the beach, I advise you to get sea socks/shoes, because there are a lot of unpleasant rocks. For snorkelling, you have to go a little bit farer to be able to see fishes. The snorkeling area is not huge but it does the job ! Over all, great staff, good hotel, and the food is fine ! I recommend for this price range 100%.

Harika bir oda manzarası ! Harika hizmet ! Mükemmel güler yüz! Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Etkinliklere katılmaktan otelin denizinde vakit geçiremediğim için üzgünüm. Havuzlar bana göre değildi ama çocuklu ailelerde düşünülmüş ve kumu temizdi. Dört tane asansör var iniş çıkışlarda asla sorun yok bekleme yok süper !

It was easy to get picked up for outings. Unfortunately… The sheets were too rough with pilled up. and mine had a few hairs on them. They changed them when I asked. The sliding door could have been cleaner. The pool was freezing cold. The beach was too rocky.

Stay was ok. Quick check in and helpful cleaning staff Mohammed. Beddings could be improved they were very bubbly and some had stains on them had to request to be changed. Ground floor that gives access to beach are tiled and therefore very slippery, prone to accidents. The stairs leading to the ground beach floor is also very slippery when wet . Otherwise ok stay. Food could be improved in variety and maybe notifying guests what floor food will be served in daily. The beach could be scraped and cleared of all the corals as there are sea snakes on the rocks in the evenings.

Rummet bra, städning bra, personalen mycket trevlig o bra. Maten väldigt tråkig under samtliga måltider. Poolen badade vi inte i då den inte såg så rolig ut. Bilderna lurar såklart alltid hur det egentligen ser ut på området. Kan byta ut trappen ner i vattnet. För priset vi betalade så är vi nöjda.

Our stay at the Moon Beach Resort was fantastic and we can absolutely recommend it! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the value for money is excellent, everything is clean, and the view from the balcony of the beach and the Red Sea right in front of the hotel is stunning. The food is good (Arabic cuisine, not international), and the service is very good overall – except for the internet connection, which was quite poor. Other than that, everything was top-notch!

Très belle et grande chambre, mais en 5 jours, personne n'est entré dans la chambre.meme serviettes, draps, on a acheté du papier wc, pas un coup de balai...

Très sale ! Même les serviettes sont tachées ! Regardez les photos, je n’ai même pas les mots. Et en plus, nous devions être au Moon Beach Resort et on s’est retrouvé au Juliana Beach Resort qui ne vaut pas

Hôtel juste horrible arrivée sur place les chambres étaient super sale des cheveux ainsi que des taches jaunes sur les draps. Le personnel nous a changé de chambre mais c’était encore pire nous sommes donc partie de l’hôtel. Après réclamation de remboursement, ils nous ont même pas remboursé. Fuyez cet hôtel !!!

Rapport qualité prix inégalable. Wifi absent dans les chambres, pas d’éclairage dans la salle de bain, une serviette pour deux, nous avons du demander quatre fois pour régler ces deux désagréments. Mais la chambre était au top et très grande. Un petit effort en ferait un séjour sans fautes

Given the fact that price range of the hotel is pretty affordable compared to most resorts : our stay was pretty good ! The sea view is stunning, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Zimmer sehr schön, großer Balkon in der 5. Etage. Das einzige Problem war die Elektrik. Alle paar Sekunden böitzte das Licht kurz. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wonderful staff. Great restaurant. Nice amenities. Very good value overall

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, plagued by an astonishing array of issues. the promised amenities were non-existent, with no Wi-Fi connection— lost a lot of my business .room 309, initially no electricity for over 40 minutes, TV service was completely non-functional. I nearly suffered serious injury from a broken bed. the bathroom mirror was broken and sharp, doors have broken locks, leaving us unable to secure our privacy. the booking is all-inclusive. The hotel attempted to charge us for water, tea, and coffee. the night shift receptionist was kind enough. no room phone connection to reception,the air conditioner operating without a filter, showers running cold after 7 PM. only one towel per room for three guests unless you order more. The beach is not sandy, was treacherous with sharp stones, rocks, broken glass, tiles, and even stray dogs. Dining was equally disappointing, and with a very low level,the restaurant staff were friendly. We have countless pictures documenting these myriad problems. Maybe the staff may have dislike for foreigners, especially those from the USA, someone advising us not to complain until after departure to avoid further issues. tried to cancel the second night booking, but more than 6 times, they never answered expedia calls or emails. summary, our stay was a continuous litany of severe shortcomings and safety hazards, making it unequivocally clear that this hotel is simply unfit for guests and a profound disappointment.

Nous n’avons pas eu ce que l’on avait réserver. Nous avons eu une chambre avec la terrasse, cependant, la salle de bain et tout n’avait pas été nettoyer. Le service est vraiment pas bon.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent and well-maintained amenities. Overall, the hotel is good, but room service must be requested through reception, and a few staff members weren't very friendly, although most—especially at the front desk and restaurant—were welcoming.

For the price it was good value. The staff have been wonderful and accomodating.

Anfrage, ob checkin 2 Tage später möglich wurde nie beantwortet! Weder per Telefon, WhatsApp, oder Expedia, keine Antwort. Sogar Expedia benötigte mehrer Tage um das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen, unfassbar! Aussage des Hotels, man muss am gebuchten Tag der Anreise anreisen, ansonsten ist das komplette Geld weg! Ich kann das gar nicht glauben!

I really enjoyed this hotel. For the price paid, it worth it. Meals were delicious. There's no alcohol but it wasn't a problem at all. Thank you

Food was the worst

J’ai un avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel, vu le prix que nous avons payé pour quatre personnes et deux chambres un peu moins de 450 € pour 7 nuit, tout compris. compliqué de se plaindre sans repenser à la somme déboursé. Après il y a des choses qui sont faciles à changer et gratuitement pour rendre le séjour beaucoup plus agréable. Ce qui m’a beaucoup marqué, c’est les cinq ou six chiens errants sur la plage et au bord de la piscine, on ne se sent vraiment pas du tout en sécurité. Ça coûte pas grand-chose de les virer. Mettre une connexion Internet fiable, ne demande pas de grands moyens sur la semaine entière. Nous avons dû pouvoir peut-être se connecter 10 minutes au total. Garder à l’esprit que cet hôtel est plus fréquenté par les locaux que par les occidentaux donc automatiquement les normes ne sont plus du tout les mêmes. Nous avons choisi cette hôtel pour notre première semaine en Égypte, uniquement pour faire sept jours d’excursion un peu partout. Nous avions aucun intérêt à mettre 2000 € dans une semaine de vacances, sachant que nous serions absents tous les jours. Nous avons quitté l’établissement hier pour un hôtel luxueux plus loin, mais cette fois-ci, nous sortirons pas de l’hôtel pendant les sept prochains jours. Le personnel a toujours été très souriant et serviable, ce qui est un grand point positif. Les prix au bar de plage sont très bon et les cocktails excellent. Garder à l’esprit que pas une goutte d’alcool n’est servi dans cet établissement.

Que dire de cette semaine… Réservation 5 personnes en all in À l arrivée all in inexistant. Buffet plus que très léger. Petit dej ne vous attendez pas à confiture beurre viennoiserie… Y en a PAS. Le café de l elle coloré

Ich habe All Inclusive gebucht, war aber sehr enttäuscht. Als ich eine Tasse Kaffee bestellt habe, musste ich extra dafür bezahlen – obwohl All Inclusive. Das Essen war sehr schlecht und von geringer Qualität. Sogar Trinkwasser mussten wir immer wieder separat anfragen. Insgesamt war es keine angenehme Erfahrung und ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
