Al llegar no existe un lugar donde te puedas sentar ya que el check-in es después de las 3 de la tarde si llegas antes no hay dónde te sientes la máquina expendedora de alimentos está muy limitada no tienen gran surtido de alimento y de bebidas la habitación es muy pequeña pero muy cómoda cumple sus funciones, no tiene clóset ni una gaveta para que guardes la ropa que traes en la maleta no hay plancha no hay botellas de agua es básicamente una habitación de entrar dormir y salir

El aire acondicionado no era suficiente durante el día y en la noche ya que enfrió solo tenían una cobija muy delgada quizá pensar en una opción para las habitaciones que queda. Del lado al sol y el baño no servia o bueno tenía truco las señoritas nos enseñaron cómo bajarle pero creo que no es comodo que el cliente haga un truco a que el baño sirva bien

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and for the price it was good. The rooms weren’t too small, the ac worked awesome. It was a basic room nothing luxurious. The Ubers had a little bit of trouble to find the entrance since it’s by a busy road and the property is new. The staff though was not the nicest at all. They weren’t accommodating or comprehensive. I booked with Expedia and they didn’t respect the price you pay and they make you cancel and book directly with them. When you cancel with Expedia there’s a fee and it’s not worth all the hassle. The fee is high and the hotel doesn’t care. They just wanted me to book directly when the difference of prize was 1 peso. Ridiculous. They were fighting me for 1 peso. I told them I will give them the peso and they told me no we can’t do that. You have to cancel your Expedia reservation and the fee is not our problem basically

Their administration is unorganized. Y room’s door was knocked to let me know that I had to pay for the room. The following day my door was locked because my bed sheets were stained and I had to pay for them first in to have my door open.
