Basic looking hotel. Very clean and the beds were so comfy. My friend was ill on this day and wanted to take a bath. The bath was very shallow, and ideal. However, it was better then nothing. Bonus free parking on site and right off the HWY. There was a free breakfast, with eggs, bacon, bagels, waffels, cereal and fruit. They had juice (Apple and Organe) with Coffee and Tea.

I booked this property based on proximity to Logan Airport and the availability of a hotel shuttle per Expedia. When I checked in I was told there was NO airport shuttle service. Needs to be corrected on Expedia. I found the floors very "sticky" in particular the elevator. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was not what I would have expected.

The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast they provided was tasty for what it is. We were hoping to go swimming, unfortunately the pool was closed. There were no signs stating this and at check in we talked about swimming, the person at the desk heard us talking about it but didnt mention it was closed. Overall a good hotel, I would recommend to stay

The hotel is terrible. Nothing was like advertised: on Expedia web site it says: free parking with option to extend. That’s not true. It says: swimming pool - but no swimming pool. The AC makes crazy sound in both rooms. Just awful experience

I was extremely impressed with your front desk clerk Kanya. Outstanding customer service. Excellent representative for the company. I was disappointed there was no advertising the pool is closed due to construction. The indoor pool, especially the jacuzzi is a must in my selection of hotels.

The food was okay but not like they advertised and the night staff Harris was amazing but the morning staff was terrible. Parking was great up front.the rooms where small and bed very uncomfortable. They got me when I got there with a hidden fee of $100 refundable deposit.i was not expecting that to occur.

My wife's bed had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom had a loud ventilator that could not be turned off. The phone was disconnected and covered with some sort of stick material like a Coke had been poured over it. When I reconnected the phone and used a towel to handle the receiver, I could not reach the desk to request a wake-up call. Our airline flight was canceled until the following day and all we wanted was a clean place to stay. Didn't happen.

Upon arrival at 1:45am I found my room was not clean. The bed sheets were thrown on the old sofa. I returned to the front desk and the clerk found me different room, which took an additional 15 mins. This place is extremely dated and dirty... carpeting, walls, countertops etc. However, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk to phone me a taxi. An unmarked, non-metered car arrived. While in route to the airport I learned that the driver was friends with the hotel staff. Upon conclusion of my ride I was charged $45, for a ride that a metered taxi had charged me $28 for night before. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

I had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the desk and then the guy at the counter had his headphones in while helping me. Unprofessional but nice. The room is not very clean. I found a hair in the sink and a hair in the bed.

at first I was fine. upon entering the room it seemed just like other experiences until you actually spent some time in there. The water backed up in both the sink and the bath tub.. the hairdryer was broken.. and the worst of all was that air conditioning. It sounded as if there was a jet taking off every time it turned on. it disturbed everyone in there sleeping and I was unable to feel rested. I definitely will be going else where when in that area.

Breakfast is terrible, waffle batter thin, fake eggs, sausage inedible, no boxed cereal or fresh oatmeal. Fruit selection is poor. Rooms are outdated and need maintenance. Water leaked from air conditioner. The muffins are dry. The front desk staff was nice.

Although the staff was very friendly, the hotel itself was old and the room was very run down. The fridge didn’t work and the door to the fridge had a deep scratch, the sofa material was worn and fraying and there were holes in the curtains. When the heater/air conditioner came on at night it was so loud we thought it was a fire alarm and had to turn it off completely. The price we paid did not Match the room we received!

When arrived to check in. The staff member was really unpleasant t and rude. Asked for early check in. And he said it’s not gautenteed and we do t have any rooms Even though there were o my 12 total cars in the parking lot which I’m sure more than half were staff I would not suggest this property.

I was told on two occasions that there would be a cot in our room, but we called down to lobby when we got in the room and it wasn’t there. They told us they don’t have any cots. Secondly, the TV didn’t work at all and seriously, there was no incentives for $360.00 for one night.

The hotel is located on US 1 which is a divided highway in that area. It was difficult to access the hotel when driving south from New Hampshire. The only option for nearby dining was a sandwich shop adjacent to the hotel. It was difficult to get back on US 1 when we left. There was no hot water in the sink. We used hot water from the shower.

Stayed one night. Good for quick stay. Clean and housekeeping is nice. We had a double bed. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. Different selections. 15 minutes from downtown. We went to a concert at TD gardens so this location was perfect for last minute.

I will definitely be coming back. Location is very safe and quick 15-20 min drive to Boston. The rooms were clean and staff was nice. Definitely stay here if you want an affordable nice hotel. There was also hot breakfast!

1) We came down to breakfast @ 8:45 am; food had run out. Serving area and counters were filthy as were the tables and chairs to eat. No one was there to manage. Next day we came down earlier and it was the same. Eggs were microwaved and as soon as they were appeared, they were GONE. Sausage was served on a paper towel vs a serving dish with a tongs. Really unappetizing! 2) Room was ok. Bed not real comfortable - just ok.

The couch was filthy - we had to get a sheet to cover it. The room was well worn with a lot of small damages to walls. The bathtub drain did not work well at all. Breakfast was pretty pathetic.

Bathroom floor was very dirty, with no bath mats provided. On departure date there was NO breakfast provided as front desk person said cook called in sick. As this place was booked specifically for provided breakfast, this was very disappointing. We suggested a partial refund wshould be considered. Front desk said he would report our disappointment. As of this time no relief was offered.
