綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 ホテルに駐車場はありません。 提携駐車場があれば更に便利でした。

Great service with the minimal effort, but enough care and support by the reception staff and those at the cafe area. The cafe at the lobby was open till midnight (24:00) and more than enough to spend time with anyone staying here or from outside, comfortably, with a cup of coffee or tea or water. Smoking room was a plus as it prevented many from smoking right outside the door or in front of the hotel.

We love this hotel. My daughter and I stayed here last year and were delighted to return with my husband. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and designed to be comfortable and functional. The view from rooms 1213 and 1214 was of the street below and looked out onto Mount Rokko. The staff was excellent! Some of them spoke English. They were very helpful in getting us taxis, storing our luggage, shipping our luggage, and anything else we needed. We used the laundry facilities, and the washer/dryers were great! The cost was 500 yen, which covered both washing and drying, as well as the detergent. I did have to use an extra drying cycle. The machines lock, and a timer displays the remaining time. That was helpful to know when to come back because someone else was using them, and also when to return to pick up your clothes. We attended the evening's dessert around 8 PM. Last year, the desert was ice cream with toppings. This year, it was an ice cream float with flavors I had never seen in the United States. My favorite part of the room was the long bathtub! The bathroom facilities were beautiful and of high quality. The beds were comfortable and had one feather pillow and one polyfiber filling in the other. There was enough room to walk around the two beds, which were pushed together. The refrigerator was a little small, but it worked for us. My husband loved the kettle so much that he bought one to take back home. The price was very reasonable!

A great hotel located in Sannomiya. The staff were amazing - for example I had a minor issue with my shower, but within 10 minutes of reporting it someone arrived at my room and fixed it. In the UK (where I live) I’d have expected it would take until the next day to fix, so 10 minutes certainly exceeded my expectations ! In addition to Japanese, many staff spoke very good English. The staff also helped me send my luggage to my next hotel. Perfect service ! The hotel is located in the busy area of Sannomiya with easy walking distance access to restaurants, shops and train stations, as well as a nearby Family Mart and 7/11. There is a Don Quijote opposite the hotel and Ikuta Shrine is just a couple of minutes walk away. 10-20 minutes walk south takes you to China Town, Meriken Park or the Port area. Relatively standard buffet breakfast, which outside of breakfast times offers free coffee. 3 combination washer/dryers on 2nd floor which accept cash, IC card and other payment methods. I didn’t use it but there is also a small gym on the 2nd floor. Like many hotels, the elevators require room keys to select a floor. The rooms were pleasant, clean, relatively spacious, with mini-fridge and customizable air conditioning. My room had a very nice walk-in shower (no bath if that’s a concern, however that certainly wasn’t an issue for me as I prefer showers anyway.) I’d most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Sannomiya.

We booked this hotel for our last few days of a long trip to Japan annd we wanted to relax before our journey home….. and we were not disappointed . The location is a short walk from the train station was perfect. It is also located in the heart of the city with lots of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. In truth from a sightseeing perspective we were so centrally located that we walked everywhere… to the Harbour,Meriden Park both the Maritime & Military museums , to Kitano and to the variety of markets and shopping areas. In the hotel the staff were super friendly and helpful. Coffe & drip tea free was available in the lounge area as was a bowl of ice cream and fruit in the evenings… in my opinion a very nice touch!!! The rooms were spacious enough , towels toiletries and PJ’s are provided and more available if needed. As is common in most hotels in Japan other personal hygiene products , razors, hair brush, washcloth, toothbrush & paste etc available in the foyer All in all we had a very very pleasant relaxed stay here

Self check in w staff’s help is easy

ホテル自体は綺麗ですが、部屋の壁が汚れが酷かった。

概ね綺麗なホテルだと思ったが、 カーペットの埃が少し気になった。 ベッドの下に物を落とした時に 前回の使用者のティッシュなどが落ちていたので普段見ないところを見てしまった時少し驚いた。 サービスやフロントの方の対応は素晴らしく滞在自体は満足しました。

It was one of those “I didn’t expect this” kind of experiences. The hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the auto flush feature on the toilet. The breakfast was good, and overall everything felt new and fresh.

Excellent hotel close to subway, shopping and restaurants. Larger than normal rooms with hanging space and drawers for clothing (unusual in this type of hotel). Well lit bathroom and plenty of complimentary amenities. Good breakfast buffet selection.

Amazing location with tons of dining and drinking options within walking distance. Pretty secure location as well as not just anybody can just walk in and go anywhere. The shower is amazing as well, hot with incredible pressure, highly recommend.

It had a spacious bathroom which was nice. My only gripe was that the bed had a metal bar going down the middle of it which was a bit uncomfortable.

宿泊した部屋はスタンダードツインで、風呂場が洗い場と湯船が別になっていたのがよかったです。水圧もちょうど良くお風呂場やお手洗いは清潔でした。設備的に難しいのかもしれませんが、トイレは洗面台と一緒ではなく個室だともっと嬉しいなと個人的に感じました。全体的にお部屋は綺麗でコンパクトに作られているなという印象でした。 繁華街にあるため外部のクラクションの音や人の話し声は高層階であっても聞こえてきました。お酒も入っている方が多いからなのか地上の声がよくまぁここまで届くなとは思いました。ホテル周りはとても綺麗ですが、三宮からホテルまでの行く道は少し雑多な感じで、キャッチの方も多かったです。雰囲気的には歌舞伎町を歩く感じでした。

部屋が綺麗でどこにいくにも近いので非常によかったと思います。ただ騒音が結構聞こえてくるのが少し残念でした😢

Spacious room and bathroom

出張者が変わって部下を宿泊させたかったのに名前が違うからと宿泊出来なかった。宿泊費だけ請求された。 また、宿泊者が変更になると連絡のため電話をしたが、電話にもでない。 ホテルドットコムからも連絡を入れてもらったが、連絡がつかないとの回答があり、どうしようもないホテルだと思った。

overall is good. Very good location, room condition was good. just there was a lady with short hair and mask on at reception has no smile at all and did not response anything we asked/requested.

I had arranged to meet an ex student in Japan who I hosted in Australia 25 years ago. I asked her to meet me at the hotel and to ask reception to call my room when she arrived. 30 minutes after the agreed time I went down to reception to find that she had been waiting half an hour because reception refused on security grounds to ring me in my room because they were not allowed to disclose I was staying at the hotel. I am a 76 year old Australian and I have never experienced anything like this before. UNBELIEVABLE

Perfect positioning, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Room is big, I will say my biggest complaint is the staff and their attempt at self check in. While I can understand it’s for efficiency, 1 of the machine was broken, meaning there was a VERY long lineup to checkin with the staff behind the desk not really carinf or trying to help the people struggling. Self check in should be for those familar with the machines/hotels for maximum efficiency. Enforcing it to everyone created more issues if anything

The staff was very helpful, we do not know Japanese. They were very helpful and professional.

Great location and value

Great area. Lots of dining. Close to all major transport stations (but one easy subway stop from Shin-Kobe Shinkansen station). Many major touristy stops totally walkable.

立地はドンキの真正面で、近隣に魅力的な飲食店が多数あり。徒歩圏内に北野、元町、南京町など観光にも便利です。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な接客をして頂き、良い思い出ができました。神戸に再来する際には、また利用させていただきます。

객실도 깨끗했고, 직원 친절했다 , 아이스 크림 무료 제공이 있어서 업무 끝나고 피로를 조금이나 풀수 있어서 좋았다, 돈키호테 바로 맞은편에 위치하하여 쇼핑하기 좋았고 주변 관광, 먹거리, 교통이 아주 편리 했다 다음에도 다시 이용할 예정이다

I would highly recommend this hotel. Only a short walk to the JR station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well as cultural areas to visit. The room was very large by Japanese standards with two very large beds a small sitting bench and a great bathroom with bath and shower in a wet room and a separate toilet and large vanity area. The room was modern and clean with a huge TV. Breakfast although limited was included and you could help yourself to free tea and coffee 24/7 and free ice cream was available every night. The price was great so I consider it great value for money.

三宮駅から近くて利便性が良いです。そのため、買い物や食事は楽です。ただ、繁華街(夜のお店)が多いのでやや騒々しいです。

地下鉄の駅が近くて便利。その代わり周りの環境が良くない。客引きが多い。

Good location, shopping & dinning locations. heart of town, and few minuets walk to major station.

Staff is very helpful and kindness. The place is very easy to reach the stations and you can travel all sight points easily. The street in front of the hotel is very busy. You can easily to find a restaurants nearby. Sometimes it is crowded at the night especially on Friday.

Room was good but breakfast was ridiculous. Your kitchen delivered six small pieces of kiwi each time, when it was full house, why¿ every dish was in small portion, and there were only two servers, so dishes were always empty and refill was slow. and I felt like I was in some refugee camp with limited food.
