Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr klein, aber perfekt sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück dürfte gerne etwas vielfältiger sein. Was uns zum Teil wirklich nervte: Es gibt für die ca. 20 Stockwerke nur 2 Aufzüge. In den Stoßzeiten warteten wir schon mal gut 10 Minuten, bis man sich überhaupt mal in einen überfüllten Aufzug reindrücken konnte.

いつ行ってもスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれます。清掃の方も丁寧にご挨拶して下さいます。客室はいつも清潔です。24時間OKのコインランドリーや無料のコーヒーが飲めるのも、とても重宝しています。立地も便利なので、他のホテルは今のところ考えられません。

飯店位置很好，離地鐵站很近，房間雖然不大但是乾淨安靜，大廳24小時提供咖啡很舒服，會考慮下次再入住

駅から少し距離がありますが、2路線使え、空港バスも目の前に停まるため便利。部屋やロビーもキレイで、ロビーには荷物の重量計も置いてあるため、事前に確認ができる。ただ、エレベーターが2基のみのため、少し時間がかかってしまう。

24小時免費咖啡讓每天早上起床都很溫暖有精神。房間不大但是很乾淨，飯店環境非常安全。

Coin laundry access was convenient and share same floor as lobby. 24hr access to hot Americano and water. Luggage self storage for free and very convenient.

Close to subway and lots of restaurants around the area. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had self service locker storage and laundry!

Property doesn’t provide parking in late hour arrival and force to look else where parking is hard to come by.

高速バス乗り場が目の前だったので 助かりました。 ホテルも比較的綺麗な方でしたが シャワーの水圧が弱かったです。 洗面台の鏡も少し汚れていたり シーツのシミもあったりして 細かい掃除があまり行き届いてないなと思いました。

東大門まで徒歩で行ける　館内に無料ロッカーがあって便利。受付の女性のスタッフは日本語も話せてとても親切でした。シャワーの水圧は少し弱目 部屋はリネンなどは毎日取り替えていただき、清潔でしたが、引き出しの中に髪の毛があったり、床の隅は埃が目立って少し気持ちが悪かった。

Comfortable, clean room, well finished, good service

日本語でチェックインができて、チェックアウトはタッチパネルで韓国語ができなくても安心です。清潔で一人旅にはとっても良い部屋サイズでした。各階にウォーターサーバーがあり非常に便利です。駅前ではないが、仁川空港からバスを使えば目の前まで連れてってくれるし、駅は少し歩きますが、全然苦にならない距離でどこに行くにもアクセスは良いと思います。 ホテル内は結構静かで周辺の騒音とかもなく過ごしやすいので、またソウルに遊びに行く時は泊まりたいと思います。

新しいホテルで綺麗でした。そんなに部屋は広くありませんが、毎日綺麗に部屋を整えてくれて、気持ち良く利用できました。 ロビーには、無料のコーヒーマシンがあったり、コインランドリーもありました。コインランドリーはクレジットカードも利用でき、小銭要らずでした。 徒歩で、東大門や広蔵市場に行けるので、買い物も食べる事も困らなかったです。

층간소음, 건조합니다.

施設徒歩圏内に電車駅、空港リムジンバス停、コンビニ、ショッピングするとこ全て揃っている立地のいい場所でした。トイレとシャワーが別れており水圧もしっかりしていました。

We stayed for 15 nights and enjoyed our stay the bed was comfortable, air conditioning was great and you can open the window if you prefer that option. The only negative is the room is small the bedside table in the twin room was tiny with little space to walk between the beds and hanging and storage is small if you are staying more than a few days. Location was fabulous you can get the metro right outside the hotel doors, there are 2 x CU and a GS25 convenience stores steps away from the hotel entrance and the airport shuttle drop off and pick up next door.

Rooms are on the smaller side but was enoughbfor me and my daughter. Room was very clean including the bathroom.Staff was very helpful including with our food delivery struggles.

Excellent location. Very small room. My room with 1 king bed was very small. No space to keep more than 1 bag. Otherwise hotel is great. They have free locker services. Breakfast buffet is decent. Close to many attractions and shopping.

The rooms are very small but are clean and comfortable. Location in Euljiro is central to the market and DDP.

11月前半に7泊しました。8階の公園側のツインでした。8階の高さからは公園の紅葉がとても綺麗に全体が見渡せ素敵に見えました。7泊もしたので宿泊者に為になることをコメントします。 スマホやPCにおいてフリーWi-Fiは感度良好です。フロントで暗証番号もらえます。 外出先でのポケットWi-Fiも1日6000Wで借りれるようです。私はホテルで調べつくしてお店の地図や写真をスクリーンショットしたので借りる必要はありませんでした。ソウル2度目で慣れてもいたので。 テレビはNHKはチャンネル92で24時間なにかしら放映してます。アニマックスは韓国語ですがチャンネル53です。たまたまつけたら鬼滅がやってました。他はほぼ韓国番組のような気がします。 各階に無料のウォーターサーバーと製氷機あります。毎日部屋掃除を頼めばペットボトルの水ももらえますが、ボトルに欲しいとき補充して使いました。沸きの良いケトルもありますのでそれに直接水を入れてもいいと思います。 フロント3階では無料でコーヒー紅茶がもらえます。外から戻った時、一旦フロントに寄って部屋に持っていけます。 風呂はバスタブなしのシャワーのみの部屋でした。圧力は海外どこでも言えますが、このホテルも弱めです。とはいえ苦痛になるほど弱くはないです。シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、質はそこそこ良いと私は思いました。トイレは紙流せます。トイレから離れると勝手に流れます。便座もリモコンで暖かくできたりします。 スリッパは綿ではなくカチッとしたビニール系のスリッパです。安っぽくはないです。綿の使い捨ての方が良いなら持参してください。 クーラーやエアコンの効きは良いです。窓も一部開きます。網戸もあります。この時期室内はかなり日本より乾燥してます。乾燥肌の私は痒くて痒くてかなりキツかったです。保湿や薬用クリーム持っていくべきです。保湿機ありません。 歯ブラシ、くし、耳棒、髭剃り、石鹸はありません。ホテル1階にも販売しているようですが、私は自宅から持っていきました。海外旅行の時は使い慣れている物がよいのでいつもそうです。ドライヤーは温風強いですが、数分で止まります。すぐ本体が熱くなるせいです。数分スイッチ切って放置したら又つきますので待ちましょう。 部屋はスーツケース2～3つは大型のものが広げられますが、そうすると通路が通れなくなります。そんな程度の広さです。椅子はプラスチック製のもの1つです。壁に備え付けの机はパソコンくらいは充分置ける幅です。 姿見できる鏡はあります。 もしシーツを掃除のときに変えてほしかったら、葉っぱの形の紙をベットの上に置いておかないと変えてもらえません。私は置くのを忘れたので、シーツの敷きなおしと掃除だけしてありました。あとからフロントに電話しシーツ2枚持ってきてもらいました。 タオル類のみの交換もフロントに頼めます。その場合部屋のドアに新品が袋に入ってかけられています。 コンセントは丸二つ穴なのでコンセントプラグないと充電などできません。いつも日本で使っている充電器などが240V対応用か確認も必要です。 新しいホテルですが、上、横、廊下、音はかなりします。なかなか眠れない人は耳栓持参したり、スマホでずっと安眠音楽を流しておいたり工夫が必要です。 気づいたこと色々書きましたが、ロケーションは最高です。3つの地下鉄路線に徒歩5分くらいで行けますし仁川空港からのリムジンバス停も東へ10ｍほどです。 ほぼ快適な7日間でした。

日本語ができるスタッフの方が何名かいること、事前に荷物を預けられる無料の荷物カウンターも簡単で助かりました。 チェックイン・チェックアウトも機械で行うことができ、チェックアウトも12:00までなのが大変助かりました。 立地も、コンビニも駅も近く素晴らしかったです。 東大門へのナイトショッピング、朝市場に行って一度帰宅など観光地が近いので、荷物を置きに帰るなど自由に設定することができました。 加湿器がなかったので、乾燥が少し気になりました。(フロントに聞けば借りれたのかも?) ですが、大変素晴らしいホテルで絶対また泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました！

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will recommend this place.

The service was excellent and they took care of a medical cleanup issue that happened with my dad. They were understanding they cleaned the room. I recommend them to anyone that wants to have a great stay! They are very helpful with getting us to places and calling for us and reserving taxis. Also, they help me and my dad get a special handicap taxi, which was very helpful.

Lovely staff who helps with directions, any hotel needs and services.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had issues with buying detergent from their dispenser with my credit card and needed to break a big bill for the airbus, they had no problems breaking big notes. The hotel is only a few years old so it is very clean. Reception is on the third floor, very bright, spacious , and clean also. Coin laundry is a big plus. Close to all the attractions. Airbus stop is within 30 feet. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff at reception I met at various times were welcoming, patient and very supportive. Would highly recommend.

フロントの方は日本語がお上手です。 行きたかった飲食店がお休みかどうかを確認してほしいとお願いすると嫌な顔せず電話をかけてくださりタクシーの手配もしてくれました。 東大門にも近く夜中まで遊んでも歩いて帰れます。 お部屋も清掃が行き届いてて気持ちよく滞在できました。 また訪韓の際には利用したいホテルです。

Close to DDP and many options for dining and cafes

最寄り駅からは少し歩くので重いスーツケース持っていると(天候が悪いと)少し大変だけど、荷物なければ問題ない距離でした。(6才児と一緒でしたが、問題なしでした。) ただ東大門でショッピングしたあとに歩いて戻れること、どこに行くにも基本的に地下鉄で便利、乗りませんでしたが仁川空港リムジンバス乗り場もすぐ近く、なによりとても綺麗なホテルなので居心地が良かったです。水圧も私はさほど気になりませんでしたし、チェックインの際たまたま日本語がわかるスタッフさんがいらして助かりました。 総合的に良いホテルだと思いました。

The airport bus 6001 stops almost outside- so very easy to get to and from airport. Free storage locker for your cases on the day you leave or arrive. Walkable distance to subway. Many convenience stores on doorstep. Design plaza and the malls are all 5/10 minutes walk. Starbucks across the road

This is my 2nd time staying here. It's very convenient - walking distance to the orange and purple lines. Near DDP too. Area is safe, with enough crowd but not too noisy. Enough food options with 2 convenience stores right below. Airport bus stops right in front too.

今回初めて宿泊させていただきました。東大門ナイトショッピングに歩いて行けるのでとても便利でした。仁川空港までのリムジンバスもホテルのすぐ前から発着しているので大変便利でした。室内も清潔で快適に過ごせました。また次回も利用したいです。

Walkable to both DDP and Gwangjang Market. Also it was fantastic to have the airport bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located with shopping areas close by. The airport limousine bus stopping in front of the hotel is a game changer for me. The subways are close by within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will stay in this hotel again when I get a chance.

Really nice hotel placed close to metro station and airport bus just outside the hotel which is really nice. Beautiful view over Seoul. Poor breakfast though - I would for sure save that money for eating somewhere else.

Flotte rom, fantastisk lobbyområdet. Nært metro og shopping. Spiste frokost en gang,det var ikke verdt pengene.

Very modern and clean. Great location as well. The only complaint is the complimentary breakfast. It was almost the same for the entire week with very basic selections(toast and some reheated frozen food-korean sausage, patty. Coffee machine was broken all the time so the staff had to use drip coffee pod.

Great hotel and great location. Free lockers to leave bags before check-in was an added bonus. Enjoyed the breakfast - it had a good mix of Western and Korean style foods. Would stay here again.
