Tight space for 3 people but clean bedsheets. The front desk staff works from 10 am to 6 pm. So if you check-in late and check-out early. you will never have a chance to see them to inquire. However, the reception area is quite self-explanatory as you can check-in on the provided computer screen and help yourself extra towels or toilet paper rolls. It was also nice to have filtered water machine providing hot/cold water in the reception area. By the way, if you arriving by subway, please use Choongmuro station instead of Eljiro 3-ga station that AI suggested that was much longer at least 10 more minutes. Thanks to the front desk 2 pm staff informed me this valuable info, we were successful catching the pre-booked non-refundable express bus to Sokcho a matter of 2 min difference. A taxi was not our option due to the heavy traffic. Forgot to ask his name, but would like to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR VALUABLE INFO!

The pictures were misleading. The toilet in our bathroom was non functional, we asked for another room with a working toilet and they could not accommodate us. I asked to be compensated or discounted rate considering we didn't have a working toilet and they never responded. The bathroom also had mold and mildew spots everywhere. The shower is not separate from the toilet, so the bathroom floor and walls stayed wet the entire 2 night stay. When we arrived the bathroom was already wet, I figured from having been cleaned but it never dried even after being out touring all day. They also only provide have sized towels and you need to take them to a different floor to be laundered when you check out. This is advertised as a 3 star hotel. There was no hand soap. Overall I feel mislead and the stay negatively impacted my vacation. I regret booking here and will not recommend to anyone.

Very convinient area in Myeongdong. Easy way to find public transport. Very good shops and stores nearby. Good restaurants in the area also. Very pleased with my stay here.
