大浴場があるのはいいが、団体客がいっぺんに来られると他の客が入浴出来ない。ロッカーに鍵がないか故障していて鍵をかけられない。貴重品ロッカーを用意して欲しい。客室のバスルームのカーテンがカビまみれ。全国的にリブマックスチェーンは、バスルームのカーテンがカビまみれが多い。カビ清掃しないなら、交換して欲しい。

自動チェックインが分かりにくかった上に、スタッフに聞いたらそっけなかったです。あげくに小さい大浴場は、1日目はお湯ではなく水のようでした。2日目は湯船にお湯がありませんでした。初めての経験でびっくりです。

駐車場が自分で探さないといけない。ホテルの目の前にもあるが、料金が高い。ボッタクリな感じ。　裏にもある事をホテルの方が教えてくれて料金確認する事を勧めてくれました。裏にあった駐車場が良心的だったのでそっちに停めました。　部屋はキレイで、お風呂がトイレと別で快適でした。　温泉…女性は混雑で当日は諦めて部屋で入って　翌朝トライしたけど、すぐ混雑でカラスの行水で終わり。温泉は期待しないほうが良いかも。　朝食におにぎり弁当とお茶がついていて、適量で良かったです

自動機でのチェックインに宿泊客の方々(私も含め)が慣れておらず、並んでロビーが混雑しているのにフロントスタッフ2名の方は、案内するでもなく臨機応変にフロントでのチェックインをするでもなく座っていたので雪まつり見物で歩き疲れていたのにドッと疲れが増しました。 3名で宿泊予約しているのにお部屋の備品は2名分しか用意されておらず、スタッフに伝えて準備していただきましたが同じように用意されず、謝罪の言葉は言っているだけで誠意が全く感じられませんでした。お部屋のゴミ箱には前の宿泊客のゴミがそのまま残っており、気分が悪かったです。また宿泊したいとは思いません。

Room was tiny for two people. There were no space to put luggages. Blankets were very dirty, had blood and black spots all over. We asked to change it, staff brought another one that equally dirty. We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service. Humidifier filter was dirty. We asked to replace it. They brought another one. There is no phone in the room to call front desk. We used sim card on our phones During our trip So impossible to call or received.

Price is affortable but don't expect a big room. Locaton isn't too bad and will take approxiately 7-10 mins walking time to train station. One thing I am not happy is ... the hotel forces you to pay daily hot spring bath tub (charged per person) no matter you will use or not. The pajamas that hotel provides are smelly(strong body odor).

Rummet var precis som vi kunde vänta oss för, dessutom sängen hade väldigt skön madrass. Personalen verkade lite virrig när vi kom, men det kan ju bero på språkförbristningar. Synd att det inte finns frukost i hotellet eller i någon närliggande kafeteria, men den bristen visste vi om innan vi kom.

Llegué muy temprano a la ciudad de la estación del tren y me fui caminando hasta la propiedad. Caminé aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos. El check-in no está disponible sino hasta después de las tres de las 3 de la tarde. Dejé encargadas las maletas y fui a conocer la ciudad. Cuando finalmente pude hacer el check-in, me dirigieron a un kiosco automático para hacer el proceso. Fue bastante sencillo y la habitación es realmente pequeña como en la mayoría de los hoteles de Japón. Proporcionan una pijama así como sandalias regulares y desechables. Dormí bastante bien y volvería a esta propiedad. El check Out fue muy fácil ya que solamente entregué la tarjeta y me retiré. La única parte difícil la comunicación por la barrera del idioma. No manejan mucho el inglés.

Price is affortable but don't expect a big room. Locaton isn't too bad and will take approxiately 7-10 mins walking time to train station. One thing I am not happy is ... the hotel forces you to pay daily hot spring bath tub (charged per person) no matter you will use or not. The pajamas that hotel provides are smelly(strong body odor).

Llegué muy temprano a la ciudad de la estación del tren y me fui caminando hasta la propiedad. Caminé aproximadamente 20 a 25 minutos. El check-in no está disponible sino hasta después de las tres de las 3 de la tarde. Dejé encargadas las maletas y fui a conocer la ciudad. Cuando finalmente pude hacer el check-in, me dirigieron a un kiosco automático para hacer el proceso. Fue bastante sencillo y la habitación es realmente pequeña como en la mayoría de los hoteles de Japón. Proporcionan una pijama así como sandalias regulares y desechables. Dormí bastante bien y volvería a esta propiedad. El check Out fue muy fácil ya que solamente entregué la tarjeta y me retiré. La única parte difícil la comunicación por la barrera del idioma. No manejan mucho el inglés.

Rummet var precis som vi kunde vänta oss för, dessutom sängen hade väldigt skön madrass. Personalen verkade lite virrig när vi kom, men det kan ju bero på språkförbristningar. Synd att det inte finns frukost i hotellet eller i någon närliggande kafeteria, men den bristen visste vi om innan vi kom.

駐車場が自分で探さないといけない。ホテルの目の前にもあるが、料金が高い。ボッタクリな感じ。　裏にもある事をホテルの方が教えてくれて料金確認する事を勧めてくれました。裏にあった駐車場が良心的だったのでそっちに停めました。　部屋はキレイで、お風呂がトイレと別で快適でした。　温泉…女性は混雑で当日は諦めて部屋で入って　翌朝トライしたけど、すぐ混雑でカラスの行水で終わり。温泉は期待しないほうが良いかも。　朝食におにぎり弁当とお茶がついていて、適量で良かったです

お部屋がとても綺麗で、タオルも清潔感あり臭うこともなく、朝食代わりのお弁当がとても嬉しかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。　大浴場が別料金無しで使えるのも、とても魅力的でした。

Room was tiny for two people. There were no space to put luggages. Blankets were very dirty, had blood and black spots all over. We asked to change it, staff brought another one that equally dirty. We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service. Humidifier filter was dirty. We asked to replace it. They brought another one. There is no phone in the room to call front desk. We used sim card on our phones During our trip So impossible to call or received.
