The room were extremely small. I did not expect that. The breakfast starts at 7 o’clock. I think that should start at 6:30 because people wants to start seeing many places and the hotel is somewhat far from the tourist attractions. Also the elevator to the parking lot was broken. They keep on saying that they were going to fix it, and they didn’t quite inconvenient

I picked it because of Hilton Group. Check in was quick. We booked 2 rooms , 6 floors. Both washrooms toilet faucet were not draining correctly. We called and asked for repairs but they said no maintenance guy on site that day. One of the room desk light fell off; another room lock was broken, not able to keep safe at night. AC and heater control have to call the receptionist to change function, you are not allow to change it by yourself. Breakfast is available.

For one night it was perfect but ended up moving to more central location when we returned to Barcelona for 3 nights. It was so close to the Grand Via and restaurants but it was too quiet after dinner time. The hotel was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was an added benefit. Gym was also great to have!

Everything was great overall, but we had an unpleasant experience during check-in. We asked to leave one of our bags at the hotel, and when the receptionist opened the storage room, a huge cockroach appeared on her neck. We were absolutely shocked and it left us feeling uneasy throughout our stay.

Pros: -The hotel was styled very nicely. -Breakfast buffet was very good, with many options. -Secure. Need to scan room key for your floor. Cons: -The rooms are very small, only room for one person so it seems they were designed, based on the location in the business district, for business travelers but there is no usable desk. It's a drop down panel with an uncomfortable chair and little room to sit. It would have been better to remove the bench seating and add a working desk. I'm not sure why the bench is there as the room is too small to have a second person stay in the room. -The ventilation system doesn't adjust to the temperature set so it run constantly unless you manually turn it off so you either go to bed warm or cold.

Beautiful new hotel. Very close to public transportation. Absolutely loved the view from my corner room on the 7th floor. Very quiet room. I heard nothing from outside, nor from the neighboring rooms. Very peaceful.

We loved this hotel. It’s clean, super comfortable, and the desk staff ant check in and bar staff were super friendly and super helpful. We would have given a full 5 star review had it not been for our breakfast experience. The breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 7:30, which is way too late. We were lucky that our flight was late enough that we were able to eat. However, while we were waiting for the buffet to open, we witnessed another hotel guest trying to get something quickly from the buffet at 7:20 because he had to leave for his flight. The buffet staff refused to allow him to take any food at all from the buffet because it was 7:20, not 7:30. Mind you that the buffet was fully stocked. They would not allow a guest to take any food from a stocked buffet so that he could leave for the airport because it was 10 minutes early. There is no place in the hospitality industry for this type of rigid stupidity. Period. When I said something about what we witnessed to the front desk staff at check out, the girl at the desk got snappy and defensive with me about their policy. So now I know when I’m booking a hotel and have an early departure, especially a flight, never book with Hampton again if expect to be able to grab breakfast before I go.

Our flight didn't arrive in Barcelona till 11pm, when we finally got to the hotel, the concierge went out of his way to make arrangements for breakfast to go the next morning due to an early flight as well as ordered a taxi to pick us up to go to airport the next morning..beds were very comfortable room fresh and clean

Best hotel experience we had in Barcelona. The staff fff goes above and beyond. They accommodated us with everything we needed. And as Hilton honors members we were able to check in early. All front desk staff speak English and Spanish. We loved how helpful the staff was in arranging early morning transportation for us to the airport, they even provided us with to go bags for breakfast

Viaggio spesso in europa, e sono solito soggiornare in hotel della catena Hampton by Hilton, ma questa é stata sucuramente l'esperienza peggiore di sempre. E non parlo dell'hotel, un buon 3 stelle, ma del servizio, a dir poco pessimo. Termostato in stanza bloccato sui 18°, quindi temperatura da pinguini, problema fatto presente in reception dopo la prima notte, mai venuto nessuno a controllare e risolverlo; il terzo giorno nessuno è venuto a pulire e riassettare la stanza, fatto presente sempre in reception alle 14, ci hanno assicurato che sarebbero venuti, ovviamente non è venuto nessuno. La cosa peggiore è stata la sensazione di essere presi in giro. È la prima volta che lascio una recensione negativa, spero sia anche lultima

We came to the hotel about 3 hours before the check in time, and since I was a loyalty club member, was able to check in early with no fee! So we dropped our bags off and proceeded to go out on the town. The room was small but nice, the walk in shower was actually quite big and the bathroom was nice The breakfast was stellar compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Great selection and good food. All of the people we interacted with from the front desk to other people, were very friendly and helpful. Would totally stay here again!

Das hotel ist in einen ruhigen ort,obwohl es gleich auf der Straße liegt. Umgebung sind anderen hotels, Einkaufzentrum(Mall) mit verschiedenen Restaurants inklusive fastfood ketten.zu allen Sehenswürdigkeit kommt man mit Metro und Bus die nur 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen sehr gut an. Frühstück ist ausreichend und gibt für jeden was. Als alleinreisende war das zimmer von der grosse perfekt. Personal freundlich und hilfreich.

Great location, next door to Cafe 365, few minutes walk to Grand Via shopping center with Careefour, Zara, H&M, etc. 3 mins walk to Metro, L9 takes you directly to the airport. Breakfast has many items, but no variation day to day, gets little boring. Clean, good housekeeping.

Afgelopen Zaterdag was het een drama om te gaan Ontbijten. +100 gasten stonden binnen om te gaan ontbijten. Aanbod was hierdoor niet voldoende. Ontbijt was vrij matig voor een By Hilton Hotelketen. It is nothing about the money.
