Humbird Hotel

The Humbird was great. Room was very spacious. Staff was super helpful. Ski lockers were very convenient. Great experience.

Room was great ! Thank God we got a view! Only downfall about this hotel is that most of the rooms look at the other Hotel othhotels

We absolutely loved our stay at Humbird! The room was beautiful, clean, cozy and had an amazing view. We had to check in at the Selkirk Lodge and were greeting with friendly and informative service. We were even offered to use the pool and hot tub there instead of at Humbird. The parking in the garage wasconvenient and a great amenity. The dining options were delicious and we received amazing service, the drinks were delicious as well. We didn’t want to leave, and I would absolutely book another stay!

Had told management of Humbird multiple times the switch to turn on Jacuzzi was inoperable. 3 days in a row, front desk kept saying they told maintenance and would look at it. No-one ever got back to me that it was not going to be fixed. On the 4th. day a note was posted by Jacuzzi that it was broken. This was the shoulder season and was only one in resort. Poor communiation from staff and lack of customer service.
