The hotel is well kept and staff & services are pretty good. Location is good for tourists. Constant noise from adjacent busy street traffic is hard to ignore. Rooms and facilities are tight wishing for more space but there simply isn’t any.

Reservamos um quarto com banheira, mas, ao chegarmos, descobrimos que a reserva recebida pelo hotel não incluía esse detalhe. Tivemos que negociar com a recepção para fazer a troca, o que nos tomou bastante tempo. No entanto, a mudança acabou sendo em vão, pois a hidromassagem não funcionava. O café da manhã, de modo geral, foi satisfatório. Um toque atencioso é o chá de coca disponível na recepção, uma gentileza para os hóspedes. Além disso, o hotel oferece o serviço de guardar as malas sem custo adicional, o que é bastante conveniente para quem precisa aproveitar mais o dia antes de seguir viagem.

Poor overall. Room was ridiculously small. Breakfast was poor. Returned after Inca Trail for one night, positively was moved to a much bigger room that even had a jacuzzi but there was no hot water plus, staff lost the key to the room - had to wait 20 mins to get back in, with various staff members running around trying to find the key. Positively, staff helpful overall and massive room to leave bags when doing Inca trail.

Good hotel in a good location they have the added bonus that they will store your luggage until you return from Machu Picchu I think they should advertise that more as everyone needs this service due to the train and coach rules regarding travel and they are the only way to reach Machu Picchu

This not a luxury property but it is a great one to experience the charm of Cusco. It is clean and comfortable with traditional design which in itself was a treat and the location is central in the middle of the local life. Hotel maravilhoso, quarto limpo, agradável, a equipe é super competente e pronta para atender os hóspedes. Tudo que eu precisei eles me orientaram e ajudaram, nota 10 para o pessoal. Quanto a localização ela é ótima , do lado do mercado san pedro, pertinho do centro histórico, super recomendo .

Badly insulated room, from noise and smells. Noisy backyard throughout the night. And was woken up at 5am from breakfast being cooked downstairs, smell of sausages and eggs filled the whole room.

A maior qualidade deste hotel é a localização. Perto do centro mas não no meio da muvuca. Um ponto de melhoria diz respeito ao quarto, que não tem blackout nas janelas. Por essa razão, a claridade durante a noite incomoda bastante. O café da manhã é razoável. O atendimento do staff é bastante cordial.

It’s a nice hotel. The only thing was the room where we had to sleep in, unfortunately it was on the 4th floor by the kitchen and we kept hearing the dishes late at night and in the morning starting at 5am. The guys from the reception were nice, except for one of them; every time we would ask for a recommendation or where could we do laundry, he didn’t know, it felt like he felt bothered about us asking any questions or needed assistance. Other than that, the hotel is in a very centered location, close to everything, their breakfast is very good too.

Pontos positivos: O hotel fica a uns 15min de caminhada da praça das armas, quase em frente ao mercado san pedro. Tem um mercado no canto, então a localização é boa. O quarto é bem grande, cama muito confortável, roupas de camas muito boas. Banheiro também grande, com banheira e ducha boa. O café tinha o básico e variava um ou outro ingrediente todo dia. Tinha restaurante no hotel porém não utilizei, mas é um ponto bom por praticiadade. Pontos negativos: muitas lâmpadas no quarto e a principal ficava bem em cima da cama, muito forte. Mas o ponto ruim foi que como estávamos no segundo andar havia muito barulho do restaurante até umas meia noite e começava o barulho muito cedo, as 5h da manhã. Sugiro pedir um andar acima pelo menos, mas acho que também irão ouvir os barulhos pois eram bem altos.

We booked a twin room with Jacuzzi, the check in desk refused to honor the booking repeatedly saying that they were sold out or the manager is not here, when we eventually got to the manager , he said that they don’t work with Expedia and their website description was inaccurate and refused to move us to another room, the room was in bad shape with no towel racks or soap holders, extremely tight for 2 people, then they tried to stick us with additional charges for using cc to pay, will never stay here again

Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Next to San Pedro market and a supermarket. Waking distance to main square. ATM is right next door. All is great. They hired a taxi for us to go to airport at a fraction of what I paid online.

Cozy, clean, safe, and conveniently located. One of the cutest and coziest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was full of local delicious foods. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and confortable. A special thanks to Renzo at the front desk; very polite, respectful, and helpful. Would definitely recommend Quechua Hotel.

Pontos positivos: O hotel fica a uns 15min de caminhada da praça das armas, quase em frente ao mercado san pedro. Tem um mercado no canto, então a localização é boa. O quarto é bem grande, cama muito confortável, roupas de camas muito boas. Banheiro também grande, com banheira e ducha boa. O café tinha o básico e variava um ou outro ingrediente todo dia. Tinha restaurante no hotel porém não utilizei, mas é um ponto bom por praticiadade. Pontos negativos: muitas lâmpadas no quarto e a principal ficava bem em cima da cama, muito forte. Mas o ponto ruim foi que como estávamos no segundo andar havia muito barulho do restaurante até umas meia noite e começava o barulho muito cedo, as 5h da manhã. Sugiro pedir um andar acima pelo menos, mas acho que também irão ouvir os barulhos pois eram bem altos.

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto limpo, agradável, a equipe é super competente e pronta para atender os hóspedes. Tudo que eu precisei eles me orientaram e ajudaram, nota 10 para o pessoal. Quanto a localização ela é ótima , do lado do mercado san pedro, pertinho do centro histórico, super recomendo .

Reservamos um quarto com banheira, mas, ao chegarmos, descobrimos que a reserva recebida pelo hotel não incluía esse detalhe. Tivemos que negociar com a recepção para fazer a troca, o que nos tomou bastante tempo. No entanto, a mudança acabou sendo em vão, pois a hidromassagem não funcionava. O café da manhã, de modo geral, foi satisfatório. Um toque atencioso é o chá de coca disponível na recepção, uma gentileza para os hóspedes. Poor overall. Room was ridiculously small. Breakfast was poor. Returned after Inca Trail for one night, positively was moved to a much bigger room that even had a jacuzzi but there was no hot water plus, staff lost the key to the room - had to wait 20 mins to get back in, with various staff members running around trying to find the key. Positively, staff helpful overall and massive room to leave bags when doing Inca trail.

Cozy, clean, safe, and conveniently located. One of the cutest and coziest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was full of local delicious foods. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and confortable. A special thanks to Renzo at the front desk; very polite, respectful, and helpful. Would definitely recommend Quechua Hotel.

This hotel is very close to San Pedro train tourist station , train departures 6.40 m to Machupicchu. Direct trip. 5 block to achieve the central park. Polluted street very safe. Walk late night. Breakfast is diverse and fresh. Staff very kind , clean rooms and sheets. I recommend this location and this hotel. It is quiet.
