Overall a nice hotel and close to the beach. There were alot of renovations happening to the beach bar area but it was well cordoned off. There were quite a lot of glasses left each night by the pool and also coke cans so it’s not cleaned fully. Breakfast was lovely and good attentive service.

This resort is stunning. We stayed here for 10 nights, and can genuinely say this was our best hotel expereince. It is a family friendly resort, with lots of activities to keep everyone happy. 5 pools, which are all kepy very clean, and well attended by staff. The beach is just across the road, a word of caution, wait for the security guard to flag down the traffic before crossing. Breakfast was included for our stay, and we felt it was very good, lots of choice, plenty of coffee, and the wonderful staff, who greet you with a smile. As you can hopefully tell we were very impressive with this resort, and the staff who helped make it our home from home for those 10 wonderful nights in Phuket.

The round trip transportation service was very nice and comfortable in comparing the price. The food at lobby lounge(fish&chips, Pod Thai Noodle) were NOT good enough but I paid tips for servers. The room conditions are... 1)nice ocean view on the 10th floor. 2)nice balcony to refresh day time and night time. 3)so many small bugs at mini-bar drawer and corner. 4)4 bottles of 500ml drinking water per day complimentary was nice. 5)bathroom water pressure was very low. 6) the tap water looked clean and no bad smell. 7)there is no laundry dry cable in the bathroom even though the resort is located at beach side. 8)No more new sleepers were provided for 4 nights even though the sleepers get wet and dirty and the sleeper bottom soles get very flat after providing a time first day. 9)TV is big but only one Korean Channel. 10)The beds and pillows are comfort. 11) Shower booth glass door opening direction is wrong so the water drops on the bathroom floor. The restaurant Thai Thai foods and service quality is very nice except a man waiter asked us to take a table just at the restaurant door side even though there are many empty tables. Eventually I chose a nice table at the window side. Pullman SPA, The scenery around the SPA is extremely beautiful. My wife applied and paid their signature massage course for 90 minutes but they finished their service within 80 minutes very strangely and the massage room was very cold and eventually my wife caught a cold. All 5 pools were nice.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort and were thoroughly impressed. Here's why we loved it: The Good Location: Set on the quieter stretch of Karon Beach, the resort offers a peaceful escape while still being within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful with soft sand and clear water. Rooms: Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Facilities: The multiple pools were fantastic, especially the one with the slide for a bit of fun! We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa treatments were heavenly. Food: The breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of cuisines. Perfect for relaxing! This resort is huge & has so much to offer, from great food, awesome pools and relaxing lounge areas/bars. Walk across the road to Karon beach & 10 minute stroll to main shopping district in Karon. Housekeeping is fantastic and rooms are left spotless! The restaurant food is 10/10 and good variety of vegan options. The team are so friendly and helpful, I personally fell ill during my stay (unrelated to the hotel) and as a solo traveler I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff as they looked after me and continually checked up to make sure I was okay until I was well enough to check out and head home. There are also humanely kept animals on the property that roam freely (roosters etc) and I thought this was a lovely touch, especially for me as I am an animal lover. Would highly recommend staying at this resort!

The room was dirty. The kleenex box was a million years old. They left used sandals from another guest as hotel sandals and it was infuriating. They left 2 of 4 free espresso pods for us. There were scum streaks on the mirrors and when we went to the front desk to complain they wanted us to tell them how to clean the room. We said no. Its not our job. This is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. Hårda sängar, uppgraderade oss vid ankomst men till ett större mer slitet rum. Fick be dem komma och kolla vatten rören till badrummet så vi gånger då det ej kom något vatten. Snabba på plats och fixa men orka med samma problem och två gånger på en vecka. Städar bra. Dock kom saker på rumsnotan som vi ej nyttjat. Men inga problem att ta bort det som vart fel. Vid fem stjärniga hotell hade jag förväntat mig mer bekväma sängar, fräschare rum, fungerande rum och inte fel på rumsnotan. Riktig fräscht gym, precis öppnat. Bra och nära till stranden. Jag skulle ej boka om detta hotell för denna typ av resa. Alla är vänliga.

Stayed 3 nights with my daughters. Property is huge and spacious. Dinning options and shops, 7-11, laundry, massage seven minutes walk away towards Patong. Pools were excellent as were the breakfast buffet selections. There were lots of choice of food and there are clips on you tube. Service was also fantastic and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable but are showing signs of age but still offer great value. The hotel itself is looking tired but everything is kept clean. I would stay again.

The staff are super and go out of their way to help. They are incredibly diligent, easy to deal with, and always friendly and happy. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly throughout the day. It was also very quiet. The beach is straight across the road, and it’s an easy walk to both the Karon and Kata Beach shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Quiet resort, had a variety of outdoor pools. Food was quite good. Location is great if you want to be close to the action but not too close to hear the street noise. Cons: Rooms were hazardous with steps in odd places, myself and several members of our large group tripped over the step in the hallway. Bathroom vanity had a weird step up just underneath it which forced us to bend forward in an awkward position while using the vanity. There were large cracks in the concrete surrounding the children’s pool. In the pool my children and I stubbed our feet on some kind of drainage hole that had sharp pointy spots sticking up. The in room dining choices were very limited. The chef in the breakfast buffet spoke about me while I was standing in front of him, not knowing I could understand Thai. Service was average. Bathroom had a leak from the ceiling and also in the hallway. Paint was also cracking on the ceiling above the bed.

Our stay at the Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The place is massive with multiple pools restaurants etc. heaps going on if you want that. Close to Karon Beach main centre for shopping etc. we had a room on the 12 floor overlooking the ocean. Amazing views with balcony, great room with bar fridge, tea coffee, water etc. good bathroom with bathtub. Comfy clean bed. Very quiet at night too. Special mention to all the super friendly staff. They can't do enough for you. In room food service was great too. Very special mention to our daily room cleaners Chompoo, Tang and Patty. They kept our room stocked up and spotless every day. If you need it they will sort it. Definitely return here for a holiday. Some advice. Use a translation app when asking for things as sometimes your request can get lost in translation. Prices are very reasonable too across the resort.

The Hotel is located approximately a 15 min drive from central Patong and is situated near Karon beach (the property is not actually on the beach as you have to cross a busy public road to enter the beach) - however the location of the property overall was ideal for pursuing various activities in Phuket. The Hotel and rooms were slightly outdated but the property was clean and rooms serviced promptly and given its lower price compared to other 5 star properties in Phuket - the hotel represented good value for money. Point to note is that the service was nowhere near the international standards you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but by Phuket standards (where service as a whole is notoriously poor) the service could be considered above average.

Great property. Enjoyed the sea views and grounds. Great breakfast. Cafe was subpar: had a panini and guacamole and pita. They forgot the lime juice required for the guacamole and pico de gallo. Furnishings are dated. Needs a refresh. A bit far from the nearest business areas. This was inconvenient as we wanted to eat outside. Overall we loved it!

Overall not a bad place to stay but the hotel needs a bit of a spruce up and some maintenance to be rated 5 star. With items in the room falling off, getting stuck (all plugs), shower leaking and flooding the bathroom, and lack of tv entertainment unless you join Facebook or Netflix plus outdoor furniture and gardens needing replacement or repair it falls a bit short of 5 star luxury. Room services could be conducted up to 7pm which is not convenient after a day out. The meal prices are very expensive as is anything within the hotel grounds. However, the staff were wonderful and very helpful if you struck the ones that could speak a little English. The location is great and just a short walk across the road to a beautiful beach. Overall, don’t expect it to be a 5 star experience but the location is top notch.

I have stayed at a number of Pullman properties in Asia (Thailand and Vietnam). Most recently the Pullman Phu Quoc 24th Dec to 1st Jan 25 I was very disappointed at the overall service and cleanliness of the property. Day 1 arrival, there were no towels available for guests at the swimming pool and we were advised to wait at least 1 hour. With two young children who had been swimming I found this completely unacceptable. Our room was also not cleaned for hours even after leaving the ‘make up room’ sign before leaving for breakfast and coming back to the room 2 hours later. After making a call to the reception to ask for the room to be cleaned and then spending a few hours in the swimming pool and beach and returning to the room it was still left uncleaned. After physically visiting the reception desk to complain, I was told that the Phu Quoc property rooms are only cleaned once a day after 3pm - I have never come across this explanation before in all my time of travelling around the world either for business or leisure. On arrival at the Pullman Karon Beach after check-in with family (3 rooms) I requested to speak to the manager. A lady (Jung) duly came to speak to me and I alerted her to the numerous service issues I experienced at the Phu Quoc property seeking her assurance that the same would not be repeated at the Karon Beach hotel. Day 1, after check-in I called the reception team to request 2 firm pillows and nothing arrived. I called again and still nothing.

Excellent two week stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are airy and spacious, cleaning service was meticulous. The vast resort grounds offer lots of activities and are peaceful and quiet. Many options for dining and sunbathing. Beach is just few steps from the resort. This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Lef and Aoy from the gym and kids club were wonderful! We will definitely come back and stay at the Pullman again. Highly recommend it.

The check-in process took 40 minutes despite there being no line because the receptionist Ploy was rude, inefficient, and frankly kinda missing a few screws. After the 40 minute checkin process we were told to wait another 40 minutes to get the room ready because they weren't ready, even though the check in time is 3pm and we got in at 4pm. The hotel was pretty empty so they can't blame being busy, just incompetence as usual.

Room was OK , the food in general was not good . We received poorly cooked meat , and completely burned uneatable nan bread x2 , breakfast area was too busy that we had to go to another restaurant where it was also too busy so we had to wait a for a while to have a breakfast. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Phuket, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The in-house dining options were impressive, with breakfast at Snail offering a delightful start to the day, and dinner at Thai Thai was equally enjoyable. One of the highlights of our evenings was the live music at the Andaman Lounge, which added a wonderful ambiance to our stay. Stayed 3 nights with my daughters. Property is huge and spacious. Dinning options and shops, 7-11, laundry, massage seven minutes walk away towards Patong. Pools were excellent as were the breakfast buffet selections. There were lots of choice of food and there are clips on you tube. Service was also fantastic and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable but are showing signs of age but still offer great value. The hotel itself is looking tired but everything is kept clean. I would stay again.

Great property. Enjoyed the sea views and grounds. Great breakfast. Cafe was subpar: had a panini and guacamole and pita. They forgot the lime juice required for the guacamole and pico de gallo. Furnishings are dated. Needs a refresh. A bit far from the nearest business areas. This was inconvenient as we wanted to eat outside. Overall we loved it!

Highly recommended, great location, the resort is exceptionally well kept with excellent facilities. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurants inside the resort are all terrific.
