The property was nice and centrally located. Old Town was moments away as well as parks. The room was clean and they set up the expectation that you get room service every 3 days. In the standard room with a balcony there is a kitchenette that does not include a sink but the bathroom is directly off of the kitchenette making it easy to do dishes with the supplied soap and sponge. We only used the pool once during our stay as we had excursions planned but it was kept clean and there were plenty of towels. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered and the attending staff was amazing. The property offers parking but since we were coming and going we took our chances with public parking which was not much of an issue, you may just have to walk a short bit and make sure you pay daily to avoid a ticket. There is graffiti around giving a somewhat intimidating feel but the area is wonderful and everyone was courteous and friendly. We did encounter homeless folks who used an alley that lead to the public parking to relieve themselves but otherwise kept to themselves. Overall great stay with easy check in and out. The security guard we encountered upon arrival was very helpful. Although we did not have any issues it appeared that someone was always available at the front desk.

Generelt pænt og rent hotel med super beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Det er meget lydt, med ekko hvis man har åben vindue ud mod bagyden, hvor der ofte er tilfældige folk, som kæfter op til hinanden om natten eller kører rundt med vogne. Det er mærkeligt at have et køkken uden en køkkenvask. Der er heller ikke opvaskegrej. Hvad har de tænkt sig? På badeværelset mangler der knager til at hænge håndklæder op. Der mangler også hylder eller skabe til ekstra toiletruller, som var placeret på håndvasken. Der er super lækkert med gym, pool, spa og sauna i kælderen, som man nemt kan komme til med elevatoren. Dog var vandet i spa virkeligt beskidt og lugtede surt. Vandet var heller ikke særligt varmt, som det plejer at være i et spa. Ingen mulighed for at regulere temperaturen. I omklædningsrummet manglede der ekstra håndklæder og opfyldning af sæbe ved bruseren. Man skal huske at saunaen kan være slukket. Så man skal selv tænde for den, og det tager mindst en time at varme den op. Trods det negative jeg har påpeget, var det generelt et godt ophold, og giver det 4 stjerner.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten im Zentrum. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber, aber sehr klein für längere Aufenthalte. Es roch aus dem Duschablauf nach Brackwasser. Der Flur ist sehr eng und nur schummriges Licht leuchtet den Weg. Leider war das Schwimmbad veraltet, im Pool waren schwarze Flecken an der Wassergrenze, die Toilette dort war sehr vernachlässigt. Bei meiner Anreise vor 20 Uhr gab es keinen Rezeptionisten. Telefonisch habe ich auch niemanden erreicht. Zum Glück habe ich dann eine Email mit den Zugangsdaten zu meinem Zimmer gefunden. Wer auf persönlichen Kontakt Wert legt, ist dort nicht gut aufgehoben. Aber gut war die kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Beteck und Gläsern.

By far the worst place we ever stayed in: 1. Check in took 1 hour. Although they communicate reception to close at 23:00, it actually closes before 18:00. Phone no. for support is wrong - nobody answer the polish phone no., we had to call Germany 2. It was dirty. We found in the room spiders, bread crumbs on the chair, and the dirty cups 3. Water was cold, so we were taking cold showers. 4. No cleaning throughout our stay (4 nights). No new towels, toilet paper, etc. --> we ran out of toilet paper and started using tissues 5. Left water, coffee capsule for 1 person - booking was for 2 people 6. I complained at reception, phone, and in writing by email. The answer denoted extremely bad customer service - essentially they did not care that the room was dirty, they had cold water, etc.

Good location for sightseeing as well as coffee, dinner and drinks. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and has good water pressure. The communication with the hotel is nearly nonexistent. The cleanliness needs work. The spa area is a disgrace. For a quite nights sleep you might want to pack some earplugs… If your neighbors have a party or a quiet chat you will partake. We won‘t be staying again.

Great place and perfect location to explore Bucharest! We had a Junior Suite but I wouldnt call it a suite, just a nice double room with very small kitchenette (kettle, fridge and microwave). 5 minute walk from University metro station, multiple places to eat and drink close by and a short walk to old town. Nice small swimming pool with hot tub and sauna. The hotel felt quiet overall. Would definitely recommend!

Very basic room but functional. Excellent location. Clean and safe. They need to improve the curtains as they do not isolate properly and light directly hits the bed very early in the morning. Check-in is problematic. I never received the relevant codes and when ended there was no-one to assist except a very rude and non helpful security guard. Had to call at least three times on a line, wait for long to answer and call back again as could not receive the codes. Very slow and inefficient. It took almost one hour waiting at lobby and calling back.

Enjoyed our stay here. Our apartment was a good size, tea and coffee making facilities, there was a combination microwave,grill, oven, was a bit surprised there was not a sink in kitchen area, having to use bathroom for washing up was not ideal, but workable, all the utensils you would need. The bed was large, probably a touch hard for our liking, but it didn't stop us from sleeping really well, enough storage for clothes ect. We did have a balcony which was tiny. All areas of room very clean. We did go and look at the pool but didn't go in, plenty of towels but poolside. Reception staff helpful and polite. We would recommend Vision Apartments as the location and room were great and we look forward to going back.

Excellent stay here. Slight hitch with the online check in but easily and quickly sorted. The apartments are in an excellent location. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful - especially the lads in La Lup at breakfast. The breakfast menu was great, included a cooked dish plus buffet, toast and coffee. The room was quite small but perfectly adequate, nice bathroom and comfy bed. It was very clean. The pool was nice, I found it clean and tidy. The whole building was clean and lovely. Great location too. I would highly recommend

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Bucharest. It takes around 5 minutes to Old Town, and the main bus hub at the University is a similar distance. Also only a few minutes away from the wonderful umbrella street. Check in was amazing, we received the access code (allows entry to the building plus room, instead of a key) 24 hours before check in day. The staff on site are very friendly, and always happy to give advice on where to go. 5* experience for my partner and I, we will definitely be coming back

The room we stayed in was very good and the area the place is in is really convenient to the nearby places to see. The breakfast options were very limited especially for vegetarians - there were no options for cooked breakfast and when asked if there was anything they can do to provide us with something, we were told to have cereal and toast and no efforts were made to accommodate our dietary requirements. I’d pay for the room again but not for breakfast.

Rommet var kjempefint, men dusjen lakk utrolig mye. I tillegg var vasken noe dårlig. Frokosten er ikke verdt prisen. Liten «buffet» med to typer kjøttpålegg. Mulig å bestille egg blant annet, men fikk skall i maten hver dag. En del bananfluer både på rommet og i restauranten.
