Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Savannah I-95 North

My family and I had a great stay. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and quite helpful, breakfast tasty and the young lady who prepared was super nice. She made sure all the guests had access to everything to eat with or extra food. She gets an”A+” Parking was like any place of business. First come first serve. There were plenty handicapped spots. The thing I can say that was not so great is the bed was too low to the floor. The bed needs to be higher. It was a little difficult getting my mom up and down with the mattress that low. But, maybe the bed was too low because I had a handicap room. Some may feel that it is easier for elderly to get in and out of bed when it’s low. It was too low for us. But overall, we had a great stay! Thank you for the hospitality.

Breakfast and staff 5***** amazing, kind and helpful. Terrible front desk staff. Lazy, unfriendly and clearly wanted to be anywhere else. Mostly unavailable, and not interested in customer service. Very disappointing.

Fresh breakfast friendly staff free WiFi and parking. Very clean large room

Parking was easy and the staff were super friendly. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the water flow was insufficient.
