The receptionist entered my room after 6:30pm - while we were out to dinner. We come home after 10pm and my room door was wide open. I went downstairs and told the receptionisy that the door was wide open and she said, oh that was me. I went inside to give you shampoo. I never asked for shampoo - nor would house keeping know I was out because I did not let them in my room that day. Someone could have stolen my important documents. Bathroom was disgusting

Overall good. Decent room with a nice balcony, comfortable bed. The pillows were too high and hard for me but I managed to sort it out. There was a bit of dust on the bedside lamps and some marks on the bedside tables. The bathroom needs attention. Quite a lot of grime and limescale, mirror ledge needs renovating, shower heads were rattling as if they were about to fall apart. So the room ok, the bathroom not so much. Breakfast was decent, location is good, staff were friendly.

Room was a great size, bathroom was slightly smaller and was more of a wet room, as shower didnt have a door so water would go everywhere. However, overall clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This really made a difference with our short stay. We enjoyed the location being a short walk from the port for our day trip to Symi. After a long day, it was perfect. Old town is about 10mins walk, which really suited us. Buffet breakfast was fit for purpose and was kept stocked during the period available.

There was a huge storm while we were there and water kept creeping in through the balcony. The staff were very helpful and provided extra towels. Breakfast was decent and simple. Plenty of vegetarian options. Not so much for vegans though
