Von mir meine Empfehlung. Zu hoher Preis für zu wenig Leistung. Dunkle Flure, unfreundliches Empfangspersonal und es wird eine Kaution beim Check in erhoben. Für Nix. Auch Parken mit 28 Euro/Tag viel zu teuer. Besser an der Straße parken.

Great rooms, well laid out and very comfortable. Some complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar. Shower was strong and hot. TV allows you to stream your device. Great facilities, some bar games in reception, a barbers, and a nice restaurant. Only downside: parking charges were excessive (€28/night) and not clear prior to parking and checking in. Recommend if you park there for a few days to speak to reception to get it connected to your room, after which they will validate the card as much as needed.

Modern gestaltetes Hotel in Oberkassel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Zimmer nett gemacht, mit getrenntem WC. Offene Kleiderstange. Es fehlt Stauraum - ganz besonders im Badezimmer, was nicht sehr gut durchdacht wurde. Frühstück war gut, wenn auch mit 21€ pro Person nicht günstig. Sehr schade ist das die Hotelbar bereits um 23 Uhr schließt. Das ist definitiv an einem Samstag zu früh und viele Gäste mussten wieder gehen. Parkhaus 22€

Schönes Upgrate Zimmer bekommen, da die Standartzimmer doch sehr klein sind. Frühstück war sehr gut, leider war die Bar wegen Personalmangel während unserem 9 tägigen Aufenthalts geschlossen. Sehr nettes Personal, zentrale Lage in Oberkassel 👍👍

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Frühstück. Das Licht ist im Allgemeinen ein bischen zu dunkel (in Lobby und Zimmer) und unser Zimmer war etwas seltsam angeordnet (um vom WC ins "Bad zu kommen mussten wir ums Bett herumlaufen). Der Standort ist und man kann in der Tiefgarage für lockere 28€ am Tag parken. Tipp. Wenn man spät ankommt und in der Strasse gegenüber dem Hotel einen Parkplatz findet kann man dort von 20.00 Uhr bis 09.00 Uhr für umme parken. Witzig ist auch der Barber in der Lobby. Alles in allem cooles Hotel. Wen man die Zimmer für nen guten Preis buchen kann, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Einfach ein großartiges Hotel. Das Frühstück war einzigartig, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Auswahl, Atmosphäre, Sitzmöglichkeiten, Stil - einfach perfekt. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die Raumaufteilung des Zimmers und dass die Fenster etwas dreckig waren. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel.

The room was absolutely spotless, lovely soft towels and sheets, very tidy and clean. From the check-in to the check-out the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exeptional, especially the scrambled eggs and the lovely bacon. I can totally recommend a stay here.

Hotel is new and clean, staff is nice. Not too far to take bus or metro, though I took taxi most of the time. Make sure your taxi driver understand there are two Me and All, or he would definitely take you to another one. It was a pleasant thing to visit some supermarkets nearby, very interesting.

It took the clearly overworked staff 50 mins to check us in it was not much of a line, maybe 6 parties before us, but the system obviously did work efficiently. We ordered a room with one kingsize bed got a room with two beds. The room is not soundproof and the trams outside are very noisy. Windows closed meant a warm and stuffy room, windows open meant noise.

La habitación es muy incómoda, que no tenga clóset, el lavabo afuera, muy oscura. El personal son puros chavos que no todos tienen buena cara. Lo único que vale la pena es que está en buena zona y el restaurante, aunque no es parte del hotel, es espectacular

Everything looked great and had a modern look , but you could definitely tell that esthetics were prioritized over function. Very pretty sink that doesn't really drain like it should. A kitchenette that serves no purpose with empty cupboards, but there are no drawers to put yout clothes. The lighting in the rooms are horrendous, it looks pretty at first sight, but try do your makeup with that lighting. The only thing that they really succeeded with function, was the bedding and pillows. It was very comfortable for sleep. The worst thing was the "room service " they call it room service, but you have to go down to reception to pick it up. And once you get it, it's something they warmed up ( not properly) in the microwave. Horrible...

The rooms are very small & oddly designed. The bathroom is such that the room can only be shared by a couple. Staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant “ Spagheti & stars” was terrible. Would not recommend eating here

The breakfast buffet was nice. I couldnot eat the scrambled egg because it had butter in it so the lady at the buffet made me fried eggs. I didn't even asked that was extremely sweet of her. The room were clean and I had to iron my clothes so they gave me iron board and iron All in all very nice stay. And the nicest service staff❤️❤️❤️❤️

Der Empfang war kühl und man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Zuerst kam die Mitteilung, dass wir CHF 20 bezahlen müssen, da wir zu früh seien. Das Zimmer war aber schon fertig. Dann mussten wir zusätzlich ein Depot von 100 Euro leisten. Das ist für uns ungewühnlich. Die Dame bei der Verabschiedung war dann viel freundlicher. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist fein aber unpraktisch angeordnet. Der Platz ist viel zu eng und es hat am Buffett noch Personen, die das Frühstück einnehmen. Für die vielen Gäste hat es zuwenig Platz. Das Angebot ist aber gut.

Stayed here for the Medica Trade show. The hotel is 15 minutes to airport and also close to Messe and Alstadt area. Trains are a short walk and you can go almost anywhere in Dusseldorf.

Gewöhnungsbedürftiges Design, aber das Hotel erfüllt seinen zweck. Leider gab es am Abend nur essen vom Restaurant nebenan. Das Essen dort war lecker, aber teuer und man musste lange warten. Freundlichkeit war auch nicht die Stärke der Kellner.
