We had a lovely few nights during our trip to Zurich. The staff at the front desk were really helpful, telling us about the Spring Parade that was taking place during the weekend and helping us sort the free bikes that the hotel offers so we could cycle round the lake. The hotel style is unique and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the aesthetic. The location is perfect with Enge station a 30 second walk from the hotel, although it’s definitely close enough to walk into the old town within 10 minutes!

Çok merkezi bir konumda ama odaların her tarafının perdeyle çevrili olması çok toza sebep oluyor. Duvarlar çok ince. Sabahları tüm koridor ve diğer odaların gürültüsünden uyumak imkansız. Ve en önemlisi otoparkı var diye bu oteli seçtik ama günlük 40 frank otopark parası aldılar. O zaman şehirde başka bir parka da bırakabilirdik bu bir avantaj olmadı.

Terrible experience with the parking. I asked a couple of days before for detailed information and the response was the parking is on site, but when you arrive there is no parking on the Street, it was at night si it is not easy to figure out, you gave us a QR code to find the parking, with tokens to access building and hotel. Don you think This info should be provided in advance and in a written manner? I am very upset because I asked for it in advance to avoid inconveniences. While figuring all on the Street and after several turns the police stopped me and that was very very uncomfortable.

Nithiya gave us an extremely warm welcome. Everyone was helpful. In common with most Zurich hotels there is no AC but a stanfing fan was provided that circulated the air just fine in our balcony-room that itself was clean and pleasant equipped with a kettle (we carry tea bags and creamer everywhere), coffee maker and pods and a decent sized refridgerator. The hotel provides free ebikes if available at the time of request too! The lake is minutes away by foot or bike. A great spot in front of the FIFA Museum and trandit access. I'll look for other hotels in the chain in other European cities!

My stay at Locke Am Platz was good. The staff were really good and attentive. They always picked up the phone. The hotel is located right infront of a tram and train station. The room was clean and we had no issues with our room. Our stay was pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. Hamid was a great host. He talked us through things to do in and around Zurich. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and supermarkets opposite the hotel. Only downfall was that the breakfast isn’t great. There is no hot food. You have to boil the eggs in the egg machine. The room is also very hot and we visited in winter time. There is no air condition in the room. However, the staff did give us a fan which helped. You also have to pay 40CFH per night to park in the car park.

Superb location. If coming by car and hoping to park suggest getting directions before as there’s no set location out front and can be confusing. You need to go in and they give access to garage on opposite side of building for you to drive too . This however after a long day was only inconvenience. Great vibe, rooms great and bed comfy. Great location with public transport directly outside. Will definitely stay again when back in Zurich

Nicely decorated bedroom, with full kitchenette, including large refrigerator. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. Milos in the front desk was very helpful and provided good recommendations. The breakfast was not great and unless it’s included for free I would not pay for it, they served the same thing every day, and had very, very limited food items. . there are a lot of breakfast choices in the area. The hotel is in the center of everything and the tram runs in front. Some of The bedroom walls were covered with curtains and the ones behind my bed was very, very dusty and it exacerbated my allergies I almost had an asthma attack. The walls closer to the bed could have used a good coating of paint.

Extremely small rooms. Very dusty. Carpets and curtains are an allergy nightmare. Can barely walk in the room. 12 inches between the net and wall. No air conditioning but portable made available upon request. Definitely not 4 star. Staff is in gym clothes.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind super nett aber das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Nach Hinweis wurde zwar der Teppich gesaugt aber die Haare in der Badewanne blieben. Auch war das Frühstück nicht besonders vielfältig. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und sind schlecht zu lüften. In Summe kommt man zu einem günstigeren Preis besser in Zürich unter.

We liked the hotel a lot. Comfortable rooms, great showers. Really enjoyed breakfasts. We really wish the AC would have worked better. I know it’s about sustainability, but we were miserable during the nights especially. The hotel personnel were very nice and welcoming, they gave us a fan. It helped a little. I’d stay at the hotel again in the future but during a different season.

The only problem I ran into was climate control. In the suites, the least expensive option, climate control is centralized. My room was hot and I could not sleep with any covers because of the heat. There was no way to cool the room down since The climate control is centralized for all suites.

The room was not huge but it was perfectly designed, with a sitting area, cozy bed niche, and balcony. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times. The real treat however was the restaurant — upscale but well worth it, with excellent service and a menu tailored to entertain as well as satisfy. Again, the staff were perfect: friendly, efficient, thoughtful. The location, across from a tram/train hub, is probably the best aspect. Airport in 20 minutes!

Really nice rooms, esp. given the price. Very stylish rooms, lobby and restaurant. Great bed and excellent little kitchen. Only issue was the room did not seem to have a thermostat and so was rather warm at night. The breakfast is a simple contintental breakfast - okay, but would be nice to have some freshly cut fruit and berrys available.

Staff were excellent - we arrived quite early in the morning, and whilst we weren't expecting to be able to check in early, we went off exploring and they whatsapp'd us as soon a room was available - much earlier than anticipated, and was quite welcomed after a long flight. The rooms were clean, convenient to the Enge station (only 2 stops from Zurich HB) and the overall stay was great, thanks to the staff.

Great location - the hotel is right next to Enge station and tram stops that take you into the centre of Zurich, so it was really easy getting around. Staff all friendly and helpful, and the room was modern and clean. The only real issue we had was the lack of aircon in a hot summer. Reception were able to provide us with a fan but aircon would’ve obviously made the stay much more comfortable. I’d stay again as long as I wasn’t visiting in summer!

Lovely hotel and staff. Nice studio room with a kitchen that has all you need. However the buffet breakfast was just okay but it was included with the room booking. The hotel is right next to a tram stop so it's easy to commute to the central area in the city. It is also next to a train station with a train that goes directly to the airport. So all in all it's an ideal hotel.

This was a great location! We absolutely loved being so close to public transportation. The hotel was within walking distance to many of the main attractions on the city as well, so that was a bonus! The hotel breakfast was delicious every morning. We would highly recommend this spot!
