Pros: Centrally located property. Restaurant on the property served an excellent breakfast. Excellent room with modern decor. Staff very attentive and effective in resolving any concerns. Lastly, you have to experience the shower wand. Cons: To the gentleman: Shaving was a little bit of a challenge due to the extended shelf that partially covered the sink.. Overnight parking during the week was in the $40 Euro range. Bring some very good walking shoes.

The mini bar is free for the first round. (You pay if you want refill). The facility was nice. I like beds that are a bit firm so this was for me. Facilities were well maintained. A bit loud but not the worse, especially with windows closed. I will stay again

Lovely hotel with amazing staff! We were celebrating our dual birthdays and got upgraded to an exterior view room with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and wine upon check in. Parking was also convenient (we rented a car) - only a few minutes walk down the street. Rooms were clean, the hotel seems recently renovated and we were in an ideal location close to many restaurants, shops and landmarks. Would highly recommend this hotel!

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Lisboa. Parking was the only issue - 2 blocks away- but for the area, just having it was a plus. It is part of the square and walking distance to lots of must sees and right on public transit.

Fantastic location right next to the arch. Rooms are stylish, very quiet (ours was on a light well), sparkling clean and it seems to be a brand new hotel. Bathroom was really great. My only complaints would be for the thermostat controls and firm mattresses. We paid around $140/night which was good value. Free minibar was a nice touch for arrival.

Fantastic location for NYE as it's right around the corner from Plaza Comercial. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the central heater that made our rooms too hot, it took 3 nights to get it fixed and then we just ended up turning off the thermostat completel because even the central fan was blowing in hot air. Also, one of our 3 rooms had a distinct mold smell. Notified management & the housekeeper that came to pour bleach down the drain said it is a reoccuring issue. The bleach did get rid of the smell. If staying at this hotel I would request a room on the 4th or 5th floor so you can leave the windows open overnight without too much noise or cigarette smoke wafting in. The staff and housekeeping were very nice and responsive.

Probably the best boutique hotel you can find in the area. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, super clean - we had the one bedroom apartment which had 2 huge TV’s . The staff is outstanding, super polite and friendly. You have complimentary free fridge full of drinks- beer, pop and water, and every day water and coffee is re-fulled . Amazing stay , the view from the room was gorgeous!

Absolutely LOVED this hotel from location to service to room, all 11/10! The check in process was seamless and Sara at the front desk was amazing. Rueben was a fantastic bartender and made us feel so welcome for our first time in Lisbon. We were celebrating my mother’s bday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it extra special. Beds were super comfy and room was fairly spacious for a European hotel and had a king bed. Highly recommend this hotel to stay again or to anyone in Lisbon!

This hotel is wonderful and we had a great stay. It’s in a fantastic position right in the heart of Lisbon. The room was gorgeous and very comfy and the staff were so friendly and nice. The barman had great chats with my fiancé about American football! Nothing was too much trouble, even our 4am check out time as we had an early flight! And they arranged a surprise cake and champagne for my birthday! The breakfast buffet was lovely but there are loads of brunch restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. It was our first visit to Lisbon and it was magic.

Loved this hotel. Only bad part was being ignored by the lobby bartender for whatever reason. There were only two things he could gather about us without engaging with us. One, we were american , but not the bad kind in the least and two, black ethnicity. I can’t say what his problem was actually, but l know what l felt. Other than that l loved everything about this hotel. I would book it again but avoid the bartender with the handle bar mustache. I truly didn't appreciate that.

We stayed here for three nights and had a fantastic stay. The hotel is brand new, and completed to a very high standard, with a beautiful bar on entrance and gorgeous sound-proofed modern and spacious rooms. The bedrooms were lovely, with a comfortable bed, luggage storage space, Nespresso machine and ample space to relax, including a small balcony. The bathroom was gorgeous with rainfall shower. Breakfast was included every day and this consisted of a wide selection of delicious hot and cold foods, fruit, cereals, sweet treats, juices, coffees and even a bottle of champagne for making mimosas! The location was fantastic - right next door to the Arco da Rua Augusta and the Praça do Comércio, with great transport links and walking distance for exploring the rest of the city. Despite being in the centre of everything, the rooms were soundproofed and you couldn't hear anything from outside. The staff at Pestana Rua Augusta Lisboa couldn't be more helpful, friendly and attentive. Check in was a breeze and were always on hand to answer any question we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if in Lisbon. 10/10 recommend!

This hotel is all about location. You can't get more central than Pestana Rua Augusta. You can easily walk to everything from this hotel. The large arch is right around the corner. The main area of attractions are just a short walk up Rua Augusta, the castle in Alfama is just up the hill from the hotel and the Time Out market is only about 7 minutes walking.

The location is just unbelievable. Close access to the Lisbon metro (blue line), trams and buses. I travelled alone and was in a “cozy” room, but it felt quite cavernous with the 12-15 feet ceiling. The staff was top notch. I made an error by booking too few days. The front desk went out of their way to add an extra day for me.
