Jättefin strand, vit fin sand och knappt något sjögräs. God mat och drinkar. Trevlig personal i redtauranger ich barer, kan dock inte såga samma om de som jobbade i receptionen.

Amazing stay, great food, awesome staff. First visit to Cancun and Hilton staff won and my family over with everything. The enclave room was totally worth it. The night shows at the resort were excellent. All inclusive resort with amenities of the enclave room was like and icing on the cake. Seamless process from check in to check out. Thank you Hilton Mar Caribe staff.

El hotel muy bonito para ir con la familia tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas relajadas vacaciones sin embargo hay algunos detalles que nos pasaron como lo fue que reservamos categoría enclave y llegamos como a las 6 de la tarde y ya no te dan la atención como te lo describían, tuvimos que acercarnos nosotros mismos y pedir que nos hicieran el check in, luego mi hijo se lastimó el pie y pedimos atención de paramédico y la verdad muy inexpertos en el tema y el mismo paramédico nos dijo que pasando las 5 de la tarde ya no te atienden hasta el siguiente día

piscina super grande,bar en todos lados,habitaciones excelentes. tener en cuenta que: no se puede caminar en la playa despues que se va el sol. no hacen ningun evento de playa en la noche.(se puede ver tortugas en la playa en la oscuridad de la noche) no tiene discoteca privada. no tiene sala de karaoke. no hicieron en la semana que estuve algun evento para que los huespedes bailen. es todo incluido pero algunas bebidas (red bull) o platos (del cheff) cobran a parte,leer bien la carta. la chica de recepcion del restaurante (fanny) no sabe tratar a los huespedes,seria bueno un curso de recepcion. por lo general el hotel es excelente!

It is a beautiful hotel with great amenities. We enjoyed all of restaurants and the variety available. The pool and beach area are really nice, and you truly do not have to leave the property at all to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend the Spa as well!! We had a nice relaxing morning there after a day on the water before, so we felt refreshed and ready for the rest of our week. Would definitely stay here again!
