Hotel muito bom, sem luxos , mas extremamente confortável. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos, dispuseram de tábua e ferro de passar de cortesia. O meu quarto mesmo perto do elevador é silencioso e não se escuta o barulho da rua. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções do que comer, mas o que tem, é muito bom ! Certamente voltarei aqui em uma próxima viagem a Buenos Aires .

Hotel no coração se Buenos Aires. Bem localizado por ficar perto de todos os pontos turísticos. Porém por ficar no centrão da cidade tive orientações de cuidados com pequenos furtos na caminhada, enfim, nada diferente do Brasil, e ao meu sentir, foi bem menos preocupante. Sobre o hotel, o quarto e banheiros agradaram muito. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem simples, assim como o café da manhã, q é bem básico.

The 474 Buenos Aires Hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of the world’s widest boulevard: 9 de Julio. It’s also in a very convenient tourist friendly location within walking distance of most major attractions, close to shopping and many outdoor eateries, and about a 45 minute drive from the EZE Airport. Recommendation: Take an Uber for convenience and price. Although the hotel is in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires, known for being upscale and relatively safe, there are homeless individuals within a short distance of the hotel sleeping on the street at night. That being said, we felt safe. The hotel itself is a bit underwhelming in that there is no pool, the breakfast consists of mostly sweets, bread, cereal and fruit with no omelette station. I would not recommend the “buffet” breakfast. The very claustrophobic elevator seems to go to whatever floor it wants to despite your desired floor choice. Our room was quiet although the beds were hard. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. The location itself is a big deal. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It worked well for us. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive and the price was right.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Good location. Easy to walk to many spots around the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks for finding my item caught up in the towels going to the laundry. The rooms are large but, are a bit worn. Surprised as it says it was renovated a year ago, room had a badly cracked sink, the toilet was difficult to flush and the walls were banged up in spots. Rooms aren't soundproof from the hallway. Asked to use the pool and found out it is a couple of blocks away at an another location. Breakfast was nice, good pastries and fresh fruit. Heads up, any espresso coffee made with the espresso machine in the breakfast room are an additional cost. I was unaware of the price and ended up with a bill at checkout. Had a conversation with the manager and after a fair bit of back and forth the charge was waived which was appreciated. I wouldn't stay again as I was at two other hotels during my three week stay in Buenos Aires that were better overall from my experience.

474 is a very friendly & polite at reception great service, the bed not so comfortable you could feel the spring in the mattress. The room was clean & well presented. Soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work properly. Breakfast was good good selection of food. I would stay there again 😉😄

Personal was friendly, they allowed me to do the check-in before noon. However this is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, rooms and especially bathrooms need a serious refresh. My bathroom was stinking (canalization) and dusty the room was dusty too most probably due to the old carpet. Room is spacious. The localisation was very good.

I attended a conference in Buenos Aires and chose this hotel due to its city centre proximity and price. The location is good and the daily breakfast offers many options from eggs, cereal, different types of break, yogurt and juices. The room (804 on the top floor) was large, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent with strong pressure and nice soap and shampoo provided. The room also had a refrigerator, big desk and satellite TV with over 100 channels. The price was reasonable for a room this size (approx. 380 square feet) with these amenities. The only negative was there was noise coming from neighbouring buildings. I'm a very sound sleeper, so the noise did not bother me. It would bother someone though who is a light sleeper. Other than this last comment, the hotel was great. Front desk staff very nice and helpful too.

Staff: La atención del staff fue muy buena desde mi Check-In hasta mi Check-Out. Habitación: muy cómoda, limpia e ideal para descansar o inclusive trabajar si fuese necesario, cuenta con escritorio y con muy buen internet. Ubicación: Es muy buena, puedes llegar caminando hasta Puerto Madero (20 min) y de Galerías Pacífico (5 min). Así como otros lugares populares como el restaurante Paulin, el Obelisco y Plaza de Mayo.

O hotel é bem localizado, está em boas condições. O quarto tem bom tamanho. O único senão é o ar condicionado que sopra direto na cama tornando desconfortável o sono. Sugiro desviar ou tornar possível desviar o ar para não soprar direto na cama. O café é muito bom.

This was our first trip to Buenos Aires. Went in 2 days prior to cruising. I read many reviews of all area hotels and decided on this one. They offered breakfast as an add on, which we took, and it was pretty tasty. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. It was in the city center. Walking distance to many things, and the friendliest most help staff ever. The front desk arrange an excursion for us, gave us detailed directions to walk 3 blocks to the hop on hop off bus tour, arrange our taxi to take us on the 8 minute drive to the cruise port oh and arranged our pick-up from the airport also…what a gem of a hotel, clean, in a good spot, and friendly staff. A trifecta!!! Would definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone going to Buenos Aires.

Escolhemos o 474 Hotel para comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa ( 25 SET 2024), Funcionários ( DE MAL COM A VIDA ) acabaram com a comemoração do aniversário! Pensa em funcionário ANTIPÁTICO! We knew the location of the hotel was good but the front desk was always very helpful. We were able to check in early, exchange money at a good rate, get directions and tips. Each time the service was friendly and they spoke multiple languages very well. The rooms were pretty large too.

Gostamos muito da estadia. O local é próximo de pontos turísticos como a Rua Florida, a Casa Rosada, a Catedral Metropolitana e o Obelisco. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Nosso voo foi alterado e conseguiram antecipar nosso check-in em algumas horas, o que foi muito bom. O quarto e o banheiro são muito amplos. A cama é confortável e o chuveiro bastante agradável. O café da manhã é gostoso e tem opções variadas de frutas, pães e comidas típicas argentinas. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

The property itself was nice. Great location. Some of our personal belongings were taken from our room. When reported to staff they were not empathetic. They asked the made if she took it, and when she said no they said the issue was resolved. Really? Not even an apology. As a Gold Expedia member, I was very disappointed.

Hotel MUITO bem localizado, na região central de Buenos Aires, pertissimo da famosa rua comercial Florida. Já no primeiro dia que cheguei fui a pé no Obelisco, Casa Rosada e cheguei até o Puerto Madero. Super recomendo esse hotel.

Very nice room, close to the Florida street. And wiht a uber you can get around. I only have one minor thing, with the breakfast. That's the special coffee like Cappuccino etc. Is ekstra.

The 474 Buenos Aires Hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of the world’s widest boulevard: 9 de Julio. It’s also in a very convenient tourist friendly location within walking distance of most major attractions, close to shopping and many outdoor eateries, and about a 45 minute drive from the EZE Airport. Recommendation: Take an Uber for convenience and price. Although the hotel is in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires, known for being upscale and relatively safe, there are homeless individuals within a short distance of the hotel sleeping on the street at night. That being said, we felt safe. The hotel itself is a bit underwhelming in that there is no pool, the breakfast consists of mostly sweets, bread, cereal and fruit with no omelette station. I would not recommend the “buffet” breakfast. The very claustrophobic elevator seems to go to whatever floor it wants to despite your desired floor choice. Our room was quiet although the beds were hard. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes. The location itself is a big deal. It’s not a 5 star hotel. It worked well for us. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive and the price was right.

474 is a very friendly & polite at reception great service, the bed not so comfortable you could feel the spring in the mattress. The room was clean & well presented. Soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work properly. Breakfast was good good selection of food. I would stay there again 😉😄

I attended a conference in Buenos Aires and chose this hotel due to its city centre proximity and price. The location is good and the daily breakfast offers many options from eggs, cereal, different types of break, yogurt and juices. The room (804 on the top floor) was large, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent with strong pressure and nice soap and shampoo provided. The room also had a refrigerator, big desk and satellite TV with over 100 channels. The price was reasonable for a room this size (approx. 380 square feet) with these amenities. The only negative was there was noise coming from neighbouring buildings. I'm a very sound sleeper, so the noise did not bother me. It would bother someone though who is a light sleeper. Other than this last comment, the hotel was great. Front desk staff very nice and helpful too.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Good location. Easy to walk to many spots around the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks for finding my item caught up in the towels going to the laundry. The rooms are large but, are a bit worn. Surprised as it says it was renovated a year ago, room had a badly cracked sink, the toilet was difficult to flush and the walls were banged up in spots. Rooms aren't soundproof from the hallway. Asked to use the pool and found out it is a couple of blocks away at an another location. Breakfast was nice, good pastries and fresh fruit. Heads up, any espresso coffee made with the espresso machine in the breakfast room are an additional cost. I was unaware of the price and ended up with a bill at checkout. Had a conversation with the manager and after a fair bit of back and forth the charge was waived which was appreciated. I wouldn't stay again as I was at two other hotels during my three week stay in Buenos Aires that were better overall from my experience.

The hotel is very nice, it needs a little maintenance, the lift is quite slow. Breakfast offers variety and it is tasty. It is within a qalking distance from Obelisco, and it is just around the corner form the shopping area. You have stores and restaurants around the hotel.
