Very comfortable beds, liked the vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Convenient location off I-65. The room could use more outlets near the bed or built in chargers. Best to be on the second floor because you could hear the above neighbors. The ice machine was turned off and had to use the one in the lobby. Overall decent for the price. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for the price. Very clean and friendly staff. No elevators which was fine with me. There were only two floors. Just keep in mind when packing. I only stayed for two nights and it was perfect for a small trip. It is right next to the interstate so it can get very loud but overall great stay and location.

Excellent tv, Comfortable bed, Plenty of parking, sufficient gym equipment, fair price, Casey's gas station (across the street) had terrific pizza! I'd stay here again. Bathroom had weak lighting and weak fan.

I was caught off guard that this Days Inn was designed like a motel. I did not expect to have a room door that faced outside. Typically, Days Inn are set up like a Hotel, with all doors being inside. Traveling alone I did not feel safe, and the door's peep hole was missing so someone had stuffed the hole with tissue paper - That was also unsettling. The curtains were broken on one side and would not completely close shut. So once again, I did not feel totally safe. FYI no elevator. I was on the second floor, something else I did not expect was to have to carry many things up stairs.

Room did not look clean. Stayed 3 nights and no one came to clean or empty trash. Had to ask for towels at front desk. Told front desk about cleaning the room and still no one showed up to clean. No mattress pad on bed. Bathroom light was burnt out.

Everything was fine until I entered the bathroom. It smelled and I discovered it was from urine around the toilet. The floor boards around the toilet were warped (assumed from moisture ((urine)). The hinges around the seat/lid and base of the toilet had thick dark yellow crud and there was pubic hair on the base of the toilet. It had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while for that kind of build up. The smell permeated into the room. We had to keep the door shut. Everything else appeared clean and the beds were comfortable but the bathroom was gross. I texted the front desk and told them about the condition of the bathroom and sent photos but received no reply. I had texted previously with a breakfast question and received a response right away. The text informing them of the dirty bathroom however, was ignored. I was polite and just informed them of the issue. Had we not already changed for bed, I would have asked for another room or that the bathroom be cleaned. It was late and we dealt with it but not receiving any kind of reply is just bad business. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were met by a very kind and cheerful young man who was very prompt in getting us taken care of and off to our room. After we got to our room my first impression was this is a nice place especially for the price. Then I went into the bathroom and was appalled at the condition of the room, there was hair literally everywhere! There was long hair on the floor, in the shower and other hair on the side of the tub and floor ! I was sick, and you could tell nothing had been cleaned ! While I was expressing my concerns to my husband he opened the microwave and there was a COCKROACH, he slammed the door and turned it on !!! I was so grossed out I couldn’t sleep, or maybe it was the sirens and what sounded like street racing going on all night ! I wouldn’t recommend staying at this facility unless it was a last resort !

Great place for an overnight stay and then to get back on the road, but not great for an extended stay (weekend) Bed was extremely uncomfortable, water pressure was low, and the couch looked like it had seen better days. Had to move the lamp to be able to watch the TV. Customer Service was extremely nice.

Our stay was fine, but wouldn't stay here again. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and it worked out ok in that sense. The photos lead me to believe it was a brand new or recently overhauled hotel, so I thought it was a great find when I booked it. When I pulled in for check-in, I noticed that there wasn't many cars in the parking lot at 9pm when we arrived (little concerning). Front desk clerk was very nice and quick to get us on our way. We drove around back to where our room was and there was more cars there, so I felt a little relieved. The room was fine, nothing special. My only 3 things to note: 1) The entry door had no gaskets around it. We heard everything that went on outside (sirens, traffic, people walking down the sidewalk, car engines, etc.) Also terminated the life of a spider before going to bed. Now I know how it entered. 2) The blackout curtains didn't close entirely leaving a 2" section of light coming through. I was able to move them around a little bit to partially remedy that. 3) This is petty, but you'd think they'd install a new toilet seat if doing a complete remodel. Toilet seat had chipping finish already and looked pretty old.

When I got there and checked in, I was given a room that was already occupied and I walked in on a couple in bed. Hopefully the couple in there were given compensation, but I doubt it. When I returned to the front desk, they didn't believe I went to the right room, but reluctantly gave me a new room. I couldn't use the wifi because the written down password was illegible. I couldn't use my tv for a while because someone kept trying to connect to it. The desk clerk seemed annoyed to have to be there. Bedsheets smelled like strong cleaning chemicals or possibly just Bounce spray fresh. Walls seemed thin since I could hear people talking as if they were in the same room as me.

I made my reservation a couple of weeks in advance and paid for the room at that time. Upon my arrival, I was asked for my ID and the card that I used to pay for the room. Upon taking my card, the clerk placed an additional $70 charge to my card without telling me. Then she handed me back my cards and said the $70 charge would be refunded when I check out the next morning. I would not have booked a room at the place if they had been honest and told me about the extra charge. When I checked out I asked the clerk to refund my $70 back to my account. He said it would take 3 to 5 days before that would happen. This Days Inn in Bowling Green is run by a bunch of thieves. I will never stay at another Days Inn.

Property and room were clean and looked 5o be newly redecorated including new mattresses that were very comfortable, and the rate was very good. However when we arrived we were checked in by someone who looked like a 13 year old child. She informed us that they require a cash deposit of $70 and that the room would be inspected before we would be given the deposit back. We also had the option of putting this on our credit card and this would be reversed withing 2 to 7 business days. We paid the cash deposit and asked for a receipt and she did not know how to give us one. Her brother came in and scribbled a note on a post it note after first refusing. We also asked for a receipt for the room as we had prepaid and they eventually gave us one. The next day when we checked out the room was inspected and we received the refund. Nowhere on the Expedia site was there a mention of this policy.

The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. I only stayed at this location for about six hours in total, leaving shortly after 5 AM. Later that day I was made aware of a $15 charge due to a missing bath towel and hand towel. I swiftly contacted the property to explain I did not take these items. There was only one towel and one hand towel in the room. The representative on the phone refused to acknowledge that the housekeeping staff could have made a mistake and only left one set of towels in the room. She was insistent there were two. I explained the towels were so thin and stained, no one would want to take them. I certainly wouldn’t. I also contacted Wyndham corporate to explain the situation who were also no help. The hotel in general was pretty average, but I will suggest taking a full inventory of all the items in your room and if anything is missing, let the front desk know. Otherwise you’ll get charged for taking things that you did not thanks to the dishonest and unhelpful staff. I make this particular road trip relatively often and absolutely will not be staying at this location ever again.

This was a good value hotel. Good location close to the Interstate for an overnight on a longer road trip. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room seemed to be recently renovated and in good condition. Free breakfast is always a good option. A waffle maker was the main feature.

Booked this place online for 2 nights and regretted booking it as soon as we walked in. We are nonsmokers and asked to be closer to the office but front desk gave us the room outside the building. Room was dingy and smelly. Did not like the place but had no option since we prepaid for it. Breakfast items were limited to bananas, milk & cereal, yogurt, pan cakes & toast. There was no hot breakfast. A guest said Quality Inn across the street would be a much better choice for us. We will avoid booking this place in the future at all costs.

Security deposit was more the my night there, room was ok just damages on the walls and furniture, breakfast was very limited basically a waffle unless you like skimmed milk which is the only thing to drink because there juice machine was down or you can pay triple the price for a little bottle of soda

The property was nice and clean. The room was recently up dated. My only complaint was the bare minimum breakfast. Waffle machine, toast/bagel, cold cereal, banana, packaged sweet roll. We stayed at a comparable Wyndham owned motel (Baymont Inn) the day before and they had a great breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage, potatoes & more.
