Best hotel of our trip so far! Hotel is fairly new. Pool, hot tub and sauna are all well maintained. The beds are very comfortable too. Best hotel breakfast of our trip too! The only negative is trying to find the entrance to the hotel. We circled the entire hotel before finding the entrance. Cannot trust google to get you to the parking lot. I suggest zooming in on the property and pinning the road you need to drive into the lot.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast included fresh ground coffee, juice, various egg dishes, biscuits with vegetarian gravy, sausage, bacon, potatoe wedges, muffins, bagels, waffles, pancakes and fresh fruit. Pool, sauna, hot tub and workout room was also very nice.

Nice rooms & comfy beds. Our tub wouldn’t drain. Overall breakfast had a nice variety, some things didn’t taste great but definitely found food that was good. We had issues with our room key working but it was fixed quickly. Pool & hot tub were a bit cloudy & there weren’t any towels stocked, but when asked I got some from the front desk.

The room smelled so strongly of chemicals I almost had to check out. The heating and a/c unit did not function properly. The front desk guy came up to room 324 to try and fix it. He showed me a button on the plug to push. It never worked again, and the wall thermostat didn't either. It was very cold in the room all night. No one was at the front desk at check out to talk to.

There was a little blood on the floor and a spot on the duvet but other than that it was clean and good. Breakfast should be a little later but that’s our opinion. The staff were amazing and helpful and it was nicely put together.

Nice and clean. Updated furnishings. I’m a “bathroom snob”, if the bathroom isn’t clean I’m not happy… but bathroom was great. Bed was comfy and sheets were soft. Breakfast had a nice selection. Would certainly recommend this place.

I’d stay here again. The room was very clean, with modern amenities. We had wonderful views of the mountains. The continental breakfast provided a wide selection and service was the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were great at recommended trails, interesting spots to visit, and restaurants to try.

We had a nice stay, our room was clean, quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was above average for quality and choices. Easy access of Highway 50. Only negative was the bright flashing green LED's in the smoke detector directly above the bed. Annoying in the middle of the night. The smoke detector is a must but, it would be nice to dim the lights.

Stayed for two nights. Beautiful new hotel, big room with good features, but no place to sit for two people. We had a big lounge chair/divan, but the room needs a table and chairs. We like to play cards and end had to set up an ironing board in order to play cards. We were laughing at our idea, but it worked. The room is huge it could be fit!

Great stay and attentive staff! My daughter thought she left her wallet in the room after checkout. We called and Ashley went directly to the room to check for us. She did not see the wallet, but put the do not disturb sign up so the cleaning staff would not go in until we could come back to check the room. We appreciate the extra effort Ashley took to put our minds at ease while we enjoyed our morning excursion.

The hotel itself was good. That’s why I rated it a 3. What it offers and the room was nice. The staff was rude, every single person we encountered. We went to check in and the man was so rude we almost cancelled and went elsewhere but didn’t because the kids were tired. He was rude to us. He didn’t listen to anything we were trying to say and just brushed us off, despite me calling in hours earlier and was told we could check in early. but every person after us who came in to check in early he was nice to and offered them coffee. But with us couldn’t even have the decency to listen to what we had to say yet alone offer us coffee. We will never return to this hotel.

Staff were great, rooms were clean and comfortable and water pressure was great. Hotel is a little tricky to get to with I turns from the highway, but that wasn’t a problem unless traffic was heavy.

Stayed in Cañon City to visit the Royal Gorge Bridge. This hotel was fantastic, beds were comfy, room was clean, pool and hor tub were clean and wonderful and they even have a sauna! Staff was very kind and willing to help, whether it was needing new towels for our room or the pool, or needing a new key the did not hesitate to help. The hotel is also in a great area most things are no more than 10mins away.

Pretty much the only place to stay in Cañon City. Clean, comfortable, but not much in the way of walking to restaurants, etc...so you need a vehicle. We stayed here so we could visit the Royal Gorge Bridge, which is worth the drive!

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice the entire property was including the rooms. The beds were so comfortable too! Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious! And the coffee was great too - and I never drink hotel coffee.The staff was attentive and kind as well. We will definitely be back!

The room was great! Staff was great. A couple downfalls. The entrance/exit is horrible. There’s only one way in which is the same way out of the parking lot. The breakfast was also not good at all.
