A equipe de funcionários é muito solicita e eficiente. Contudo, apesar da localização maravilhosa as instalações deixam a desejar. Especificamente na suíte honeymoon onde ficamos, não há chuveiro convencional para banho, todos os banhos devem ser tomados apenas na banheira o que se torna trabalhoso e dificulta a praticidade necessária em alguns momentos. Além disso, o sistema de ar condicionado não funciona. Eles dizem que tem um sistema preocupado com o ambiente e para isso fornecem um umidificador da Dyson, mas que não é efetivo em conter o calor, isso que não fomos no auge do verão.

O hotel abyss conta com uma estrutura nova e funcionários extremamente cordiais solícitos e educados. Os elogios param por aí. Apesar de boa a comida o café da manhã é regrado disponível apenas a um pedido a lá carte por pessoa um iogurte e uma xícara de café (quem viaja para um hotel 5 estrelas para receber restrição?). As acomodações são novas e modernas, mas quem quer a opção de APENAS banho de banheira? Sim! No quarto honeymoon não há chuveiro, apenas uma ducha pequena e a banheira - que é linda, mas não é funcional nem fornece a praticidade que alguns momentos EXIGEM. Acho super legal uma proposta de hotel sustentável, mas o quarto não abaixa a temperatura de 25 graus, com o sol ao fim de tarde incidindo diretamente a sensação e ainda pior, para amenizar disponibilizam um desumidificador/ ventilador - isso não é conceito de luxo sustentável, deplorável! Por fim, quando você pensa em um hotel 5 estrelas você imagina em um excelente serviço, pois no abyss não tem! Não tem nenhum aperitivo, nenhum serviço de quarto - apenas uma lista de vinho, ao pedir somos informados que há um mercadinho na rua de cima para comprarmos o que queremos - luxo, qualidade, descanso, acolhimento, passaram LONGE na concepção desse “airbnb” porque essa acomodação é tudo, menos um hotel!
