Property/ rooms are still fairly new in condition and modern. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. Gym is pretty quiet, so no issues with having to wait for equipment. Gym equipment is minimal but should be sufficient for a short stay and away from a gym.

While the cleanliness, room size and central location of the hotel were great, we found that having no onsite parking and no pick up /drop off area was problematic considering theres a bus lane out the front. Also being on level 5 was quite noisy...possibly a higher floor would help 👌

Excellent room. Good view. Room was hot (32C) when we first entered. Corridors were also similarly hot and remained hot amd stuffy during our stay. A lot of inter-floor elevator "traffic" occasionally resulted in comically long wait times to leave the building. We timed 10 minutes once. Aside from those gripes, everything else was excellent.

The apartments are relatively new and in a great location. It was a good base for the 5 nights we were in Melbourne. If we hadn't driven I wouldn't be writing. The downsides is that there is no onsite parking, and worse still, no zone out the front to assist in offloading. We were on a 3+ week road trip with a car full of stuff and had to empty the whole car. We fluked parking on arrival and they had a luggage trolley and after 2 trips we were unloaded. On departure, we ended up having to leave early in the morning to relocate from the parking station to get a parking spot on the street nearby before they were all taken. Otherwise it would have been impossible to load up the car. The car park that they have a deal at is incredibly narrow and tight - scrape marks all over the walls. You don't want a big car. My only other comment is that the mattress was average. I was glad to move on after 5 nights to a more comfortable mattress.

Good stay in the CBD area. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Car park is a bit of a distance away but easy to walk to and from. 9th floor carpets and walls could use a cleaning but the room was good and clean. Nice large room with most all amenities. Did have to ask for forks and wine glasses as there were none. Didn’t need an iron but there wasn’t one in the room although there was an ironing board. Had trouble with one of the laundry washing machines but the staff were good to help out. Check-in required a passport only or AU driver’s license for photo identification which seemed odd as this is the only accommodations we’ve stayed in in AU for the past two months that wouldn’t accept other identification such as our own country’s driver’s license. Overall a good stay.

Very central location and easy to find. There are limited 2hr parking bays just outside the hotel. Longer stay parking is expensive but plenty of choices nearby. The laundry and gym facilities are in enclosed rooms with no windows in two d different floors. The room was adequate. Carpet has lots of dirt marks. Kitchen facilities are limited. The frying pan was due for replacement. Only two sets of mugs, side plates, big plates and cereal bowls. Washing up liquid was limited. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. Receptionist communication with housekeeping was poor. We had to use an unclean toilet for the whole duration of our stay as a result.

The stagnant water smell that was in my room when i returned from work was over powering. I thne had to try to sell with an air purifier going off in the kitchen. Very nice room, but dirty with stains on all over the carpet.

Good location, staff friendly but room horrible. Huge stain in loungeroom (looked like someone was sick). Sweat stains on the lounge. Walls damaged and dirty. Bathroom grout disgusting. Smelt very bad, like a 24 hour hotpot full of garlic (it wreaked!). Very sub-par.

Property was not clean. There was someone else’s hair all over the carpet and toilet wasn’t clean. At first glance it was very presentable but we were left feeling a bit ick. Tv remote didn’t work not that we were there to watch tv but cleanliness was very disappointing. Location was fantastic

This hotel could’ve been great. Location is excellent but our room was literally filthy. Urine all over toilet seat included. I think it could better on a different day, depending on the cleaner/checker. Check in and everything else was great.

The room is cleaned daily and is located in the city centre ,but the second floor bedroom faces the street and is extremely noisy at night. The noise persists almost every day until around 2a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. i spoke to reception about changing rooms, but was told that other rooms facing the street are also noisy, implying that the room environment is the same throughout .

We booked a king room but received a queen. It was a hot night so we asked for a blanket rather than the supplied polyester quilt. We just received another polyester quilt. They also do not have room fans. There is no fan or air conditioning in the bedroom so it is uncomfortable sleep during a summer night. The air conditioner in the living room started to rattle which kept me awake. All in all a great location but will think twice about staying here again. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Second time staying at Brady. Great location and clean and big space. Just one thing was that the bedrooms didn’t have air con so it got a bit hot in the night. We had to switch the air conditioning in the living room lower hoping that the air con could flow into the room

Good location, central to everything in the city. Step out into Hardware lane with gorgeous cafes and restaurants. Beds were ver comfortably. We stayed in a two-bed apartment. Rooms are very tight, no space to open a suitcase, and not much more space in the living area. Suits a short stay for that reason only. Cupboards in both rooms if you’re staying a little longer.

Pros: - location - bed was comfy - room was clean - balcony had nice city view - mirrors in bedrooms Cons: - couch very uncomfortable - no tvs in room - no fans in rooms - no chairs on balcony - quite loud at night due to surrounding night clubs - hotel parking very far away from hotel (10 minute walk) Hotel was satisfactory but could definitely get something better near by

We asked to move floors from Level 5 as you could hear the road noise - we paid for an upgrade to Level 17 and it was no better. You can hear the lift going up and down and Club Retro is right opposite on Lonsdale St which goes until 5am on Fri/Sat nights. It's probably not too bad if you're staying in the week but not a good option for weekends. The staff were helpful. We had a two bed apartment for 4 people and they only gave us one toilet roll - when we asked for more, they gave us one!

Apartment is clean, but dated. Stained carpets that makes it look like it was never cleaned / vacuumed. Bedroom is so small that door cannot be closed because the queen size bed stops it from closing. Staff is helpful. Good location.

You can't beat the location, close to everything you could need, free tram, sky bus, footy, food, etc. The room was a bit tired, carpet had some blemishes but extremely comfortable, loved the couch and the den, plenty of space. TV is very limited, would have been good to have access to foxtel.

Staff were friendly and very responsive. Location was almost perfect for our purposes. Price was reasonable. Spacious and well designed apartment. However, tea bags, toilet paper and shampoo/soap were not replenished at all by daily cleaner and we had to request from reception a few times during the 5 nights we stayed there

Amazing stay. Especially made amazing by the officer at the reception Tim. He was clearly the best hospitality manager I have come across in my life. I know that's a big statement but it's clearly true and I can't recall a close number 2. Great guy, amazingly soft spoken, great in communicating, great in helping out with everything - from late checkin in late checkout, moving around the place, recommendations and amazingly soft spoken. My stay was all about how good he was. I wish all the success. And Brady management will do well do keep him around.

Matt at reception was amazing! Thank you Matt. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and the fridge shelf was dirty. The cleaning needs to improve. The hotel is very convenient. Although the parking is located a ways from the hotel.

Right in the heart of Melbourne. Easy to find, nice room. Great restaurants around. 24 hr reception. Good safety. Windows may be double glazed as pretty quiet even though lots on in town.

Great place to stay. Close Melbourne Central for shopping & trains. Hardware lane at your door step for a smorgasbord of delicious delights eat in or take back to your room! Staff were great. Brilliant place to explore Melbourne from. Full kitchen to prepare whatever you so indulge. Supermarkets not far just around the corner and another 5 minutes to Vic Market for Seaford Meats Fruit & veg. Cold cuts cheese breads spices & more!

You can't beat the location, close to everything you could need, free tram, sky bus, footy, food, etc. The room was a bit tired, carpet had some blemishes but extremely comfortable, loved the couch and the den, plenty of space. TV is very limited, would have been good to have access to foxtel.

The location of the apartment is excellent in the CBD. Walking distance to Melbourne Central Station and Emporium Mall. Numerous restaurants, cafe and shops around. The apartment is clean and well maintained though the building is quite aged. The friendly reception offered excellent services and touring information.
