Very clean inside and out. Staff are friendly. Breakfast Buffet choices are good. Laundry room available. Secured parking in the Ground Level The only thing we didn’t like is ir was too noisy and we can hear rowdy guests screaming in the hallway, next door talking too loud and footsteps from the upper level. But we’ll definitely come back here again. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We were on the 3rd floor and it was relatively quiet, just a little road noise occasionally, which is to be expected. Nice new place with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, friendly staff! Convenient location and good value! Gym looked really nice, we had to leave early and couldn’t use it.

Clean, updated room with comfortable bedding and linens at a quiet property (little to no road noise). Breakfast had options for variety of dietary needs, though a selection of fresh fruit would have been welcome (just apples). They even provide a grab and go breakfast bag (water, bagel, banana). Plenty of seating for breakfast, an outdoor patio area with gas fire pits, and restaurants within walking distance for dinner. Staff was friendly, too.

Great new facility! I liked the underground parking with an elevator to my floor. And I loved the EV charging station as I have a Tesla and was able to charge overnight so I could be well on my way in the morning! I would stay here again, and recommend it to friends and associates!

We stayed Friday through Sunday. Saturday night when we came back to the hotel, there was zero parking because some of the cars were most likely friends of the guests who were actually staying at the hotel. Which made us have to park on the street. That was the only down side to our stay.

We have stayed there several times. The price is always reasonable.It’s always clean and staff are very friendly. I’m not a fan of the breakfast. But my husband eats there and has no complaints.

First night we were there, we came back at night to park in the underground parking. The parking was dark, and noisy because of the air condition power room located in that level. So when we arrived we parked, and as I was walking towards the elevator I tripped over the concrete tire stop in my path towards the elevator. I fell on my face, and hit my head on the ground and I injured my face, knee, and palms of my hand. Since I was bleeding profusely my wife helped me and we went to the front desk. They did not have first aid to help me with my wounds, and stop the bleeding. I had to drive myself to the nearest hospital emergency room. The staff treated me, luckily their treatment stopped the bleeding, and they kept me for an hour to make sure there was no brain injury. Then we head back for the hotel. next day the staff of the hotel and the manager were in the underground parking placing stickers on the concrete blocks to make them visible(still not adequate) Additionally the noise from the basement parking could be heard in our room through out our stay. We realized that the bathroom fan which is on automatic, and there were no controls for it. The noise literally kept us up through the night, The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and my wife also found dirty towel among the bathroom towels. The manager of the hotel after the parking incident did not even try to make any effort to make us feel better. I asked for the name of their insurance, she refused to give the name.

Front desk staff is not accommodating.Bathroom was dirty and had a hair all over in shower and floor.

It was a good experience. The only thing I did not like is that during my 3-day stay they did not clean my room since they say that there is oedirvel service 24 hours before and I think that this should be the hotel's obligation, not one's to ask for it, the rest it was ok.

Breakfast was great. Water in the shower need more pressure. Room was clean. Staff was great.

Beautiful, clean and quiet. Such a nice place to stay and a great price!

No housekeeping. They check the rooms at 7am, and if you have a DND sign on the door, leave you a note saying that they are skipping service for the day. When I complained at the front desk, they placed me on the no more housekeeping list. Kind of annoying that it’s the guest responsible to beg and schedule housekeeping when it’s advertised daily as a service provided.

Everything was clean

They tried tk change my king room to two queen room whcih wouldn't work, wifi was not available and when we called tk get it resolved the receptionist had me to talk to their IT dept and fix the wifi myself and be on the phone for 30 min to get it resolved, and the mini fridge did not work ..

We enjoyed our visit to the bay area. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room faced (odd number room) faced El Camino Real. Road noise kept me awake. I didn't get much sleep during our three days stay. Free breakfast was offered. Housekeeping was offered every other day. The TV was not centered in front of the bed. We had to turn our heads to the right to watch television. It was a little uncomfortable on the neck. IMO.. the hotel was okay for the price. The staff was great!

Needs a better shower head and the bathroom door was really heavy. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is good, staff is very helpful and friendly. The sound insulation doesn’t exist there, you can hear cars as well as neighbors talking to each other.

Front desk (2 people) were not friendly, bare minimum when in engaged with questions. Not the experience we are use to here.

Pretty good location and not too loud for having a room on the first floor. Rania was the front desk staff who was extremely helpful for all our needs. She wrote a note that we requested a late checkout at 1pm but we had another staff member working Monday morning rudely call our room to tell us check out was at noon. There seems to be a disconnect between the evening and morning shifts but aside from this, the amenities are nice and the facilities are clean.

The check in procedure is very smooth. The people in front desk is polite and well trained. I am satisfied the service and will recommend my friend this hotel next time.

Nice room, super clean, & nice breakfast. Only thing was none of our keys worked for our rooms & we had to call staff every single time to open our door for us. When we got back from dinner, the man in front was very rude & took over an hour to help us and we didn’t get back into our rooms until 2 a.m.

I am a loyal customer of Hampton Inn especially when we go to LA for our Universal and Disney trip every year. Since it was a short trip to the bay, i decided to book Hampton and try it in the area. The place itself is actually better than that one we stay at LA. The room we got was nice and spacious. Downside? Customer service is horrible. When we checked in, they gave us first floor (i asked for a higher floor because of privacy issue. I like my windows open for bright light). front desk said no available rooms coz they’re fully booked. I guess i didn't have a choice. That night, I asked for 2 extra pillows and the guy who answered the phone was very rude! They said they are all out. Im like hmmmm this is the first time i’ve heard about it. Cause every time i ask pillows they have some to spare. Later that night, my husband and my daughter went out to check some goodies to buy and my husband was surprised it was too expensive $22 worth of only 4 small items so my husband said no cancel it, but the same big guy who helped him got a nasty attitude telling my husband he already punched it in and he was insisting to my husband to pay, my husband was like no never mind. So he walked out and he seen that the guy mumbled to his co worker. Such a disappointment on how their customer service in this location. So what happened to the “Making you happy makes us happy”? Wont be coming back in this location.

The check in staff were amazing. Two friendly and helpful women checked us in and we were so very happy. They even gave us recommendations on where to eat!

This is in a wonderful location to freeway and businesses along El Camino. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, quiet and friendly. I will defintitely seek this hotel out again.

The place was acceptable. Fitness center was well eqipped.It was disappointing that they did not turn the room over daily. It has to be requested. Minimum servece is just emptying the trash & replenishing the towels. Beds are not mad3. Bathroom floor appeared dirty. Breakfast was mediocre. Requested for herbal tea but stated that they are out.

Everything was fine, my reservation was for a king bed,I was given two queens. Entrance key didn’t work. Breakfast was real good.

Very clean, room was in great condition. Really appreciated functioning AC. Complementary breakfast was great.

The staff is very responsive, helpful and kind. The hotel was more than I expected in the price range as to comfort and modern updates. The only thing I can think to suggest is extending the breakfast hour on the weekend. 9am on a weekend seems a bit early to close.
