Holiday Inn the Hague - Voorburg

Breakfast was really lousy

Fine family hotel, conveniently placed near motorway and station. We stayed for several nights, and had decent rooms a bit on the rear. There is a bar/restaurant on the front that creates quite some fuzz sometimes, but ask for a quiet room. Breakfast was very basic, so we did not see the point paying for that and walked 150mtrs to the old town of Voorburg (other side of the bridge) with shops and restaurants. Charging stations for cars in the vicinity outside of the hotel with restricted (payed) parking lots. (but not in the hotel parking, as the web page might seem to suggest). Good choice for a family that wants to explore in various directions (car/train, Haag, other places)

Our stay at the hotel was a good experience. The hotel staff was wonderful and always helpful, especially the elegant young man from the Caribbean who was fantastic and very helpful.

Clean room, pleasant staff decent breakfast, espresso machine in room was a nice touch
