Location was perfect walking distance between the tram and the Promenade. Great hotel for the price, rooms were clean and staff super friendly. The parking garage was tight for big cars, and the breakfast (although cheap) was not good.

Fint hotel med mulighed for parkering mod betaling. Roligt og trygt område. God service på hotellet og intet at sætte på værelserne. God kvalitet for pengene. Ligger lidt længere væk fra centrale Nice, så man skal være OK med at gå 20 min gennem byen til stranden. Til gengæld får du så et roligt hotel med nattero.

Vi boede på hotellet i 5 nætter og var meget tilfredse. Værelset var stort, rent og i fin stand. Der kunne godt have været et lille køleskab på værelset, men heldigvis var der automater med drikkevarer osv. nede i lobbyen. Hotellet ligger ikke helt inde ved seværdighederne i centrum, men man kan sagtens tage på en rask gåtur derind. Parkeringskælderen var udmærket og kostede ekstra.

J'ai été très déçue par mon séjour d'une semaine dans cet hotel à l'occasion d'une formation professionnelle sur Nice. En résumé un hôtel de quartier principalement fréquenté par des ouvriers travaillant sur les chantiers à proximité. Donc très bruyant !! Certains fument dans les chambres il y a des odeurs de cigarette et autres dans le couloir ! Les chambres sont spacieuses mais peu confortables. Il n'y a pas de vrai matelas mais une sorte de sur matelas ! Le ménage est fait une fois tous les 5 jours. Et la salle de bain était salle avec des traces de moisissures dans la baignoire. Point positif: personnel de la réception souriant et aimable A proximite du tram et de la gare

Absolutely awful experience. They didn’t provide extra blankets. All the lights were controlled by a single switch, which was so inconvenient. The bathroom flooded into the room, making it uncomfortable to move around. There was no closet or shelving for clothes. There was no fridge in the room. Simply a disaster. No room service, no trash bin in the room! Extremely disappointing. The bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all the same product, and there were hardly any towels or tissues. They even placed a piece of paper under the mattress, which made a noise every time you turned over! Can you believe it? There was only one trash bin on the entire floor, right next to the elevators, and it was always full! All the trash ended up scattered on the floor, making the place look filthy. Our room’s main door didn’t close properly, and there was no safe in the room, so we had no choice but to carry our passports, cash, and valuable items everywhere we went. What a burden! It was such a hassle and made the entire stay even worse. Unbelievable!

While quite basic, the hotel was still excellent. The room was extremely clean, it wasn’t cramped and the beds were really comfy. There are vending machines downstairs which is really handy, and there are also a few convenience stores in walking distance. We asked at reception for fresh towels and it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant, within walking distance of the majority of main sites. About a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Lots of cafés, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Tram stop also close by, and train station about a 15 minute walk. The area around it was quiet and felt safe, even when walking through late in the evening.

AVOID ALL ALL COSTS. Room was dirty, sheets had a footprint on them. Room is about a quarter of the size you see in the picture, very dark, very unwelcoming. Looks out over backs of other buildings. Very ugly. Location not very good, near the port, but in a maze of streets hard to navigate. Can't get cell phone reception, and there was no wifi. Hotel refused to refund my money. I am travelling for 3 months and need wifi to research and write. I walked right out and did not stay. I would have been miserable. Booked one night at Best Western Roosevelt until I could make other arrangements. Expedia was not supportive.

The hotel offers very good value for money, in great location, our room was spotless and the staff friendly. We only didn't enjoy the breakfast - considered how delicious food is in France, I would say you need to go the extra mile to prepare poor breakfast, yet they somehow managed.

Lack of even very basic appliances. Very surprised that there was no fridge in the room. There wasn't any hair dryer, kettle nor cup in the room. We had to request each individual item from hotel staffs. Lacking all these had made staying in this hotel very inconvenient.

We'll start with the good; the reception staff are excellent. The internet worked well. After that it's all downhill. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, with mattresses that should have been changed years ago. Instead there is a thin mattress topper that just makes things worse. We all left with a bad back. Housekeeping is once every 4 days. Cheap and not very cheerful.

Trevligt område, bra personal, bra rum. Lite dåligt städat och väldigt väldigt lyhört utifrån gatan vilket var det största minuset. Det ligger i ett ganska livligt område och trots att fönstret var stängt kändes det som att det var vidöppet. Stör det er skulle jag definitivt bett om att få ett rum mot innergården.

Insgesamt war das Hotel gut. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel. Ist zentral jedoch fußläufig schon etwas weiter zum Strand und der Altstadt ca. 20 min. Aber es gibt e-bikes zum ausleihen als gute Fortbewegungsmöglichkeit. Auch gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants sowie Bushaltestellen und einen Bahnhof. Was ich im Hotel zu bemängeln habe, dass die Mülleimer immer bis oben voll waren und es in den Zimmern keine kleinen Kühlschränke gibt. Besonders an heißen Tagen wäre es sinnvoll. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Klimalanlage, welches gut gekühlt hat.

Staff is great here and location is pretty convenient if you're okay taking the tram to downtown or the train station. If you want to be in the center of the action, it is in the quieter part of town - further from dining and shopping options. It's also very no frills - AC wasn't too strong (we were there late Sept) so the room was warm, bare essentials provided for shower, one small trash can. So we brough out own shower supplies. But very happy with our stay, was just what we needed.

The property is located in the north & east side of the old town. 10 mins walk to Old Town. The location is great to take bus 82 to Eze and take the train from Nice Riquier. I did not like the fact there is no daily room service and disagree with the fact there is a 5 euros charge if you need to store your luggage while you wait for your room to be ready or want to store your bags after check out at 10 am. There are no very flexible on the check in and out time. I opted out for the breakfast. It seems expensive based on their limited options/offering

The bedroom and bathroom was decent. However, the only issues are 50 euros deposit I had to pay which reduced the amount I had to spend during the holiday and because of this, I need to wait for some time to get my 50 euros and not sure if I will receive the desposit back because I have used a caxton card. In addition, there is no coffee/tea and kettle in the room. The room cleaning service can only be provided if I pay 15 euros. I think the Easyhotel need to reconsider these three things to improve customer experience. Thanks

Las instalaciones están super bien, pero es la primera vez que voy a un hotel que me pide fianza y se sintió super raro eso, porque estoy en la dulce espera de que el personal de limpieza inspeccione la habitación, no sé qué clase de personas reciben para poner esas reglas, ojalá y me devuelvan esa fianza porque lo dejé como mismo estaba, deberían especificar antes de hacer la reserva y que la fianza sea en efectivo, también el check out super temprano a las 10:00 am es mi única queja por lo demás todo bien

Charging people to keep their bags… really?? The hotel was satisfactory - maybe even good, considering it’s one of the cheapest around. But don’t expect to get any extras at all without a charge.

Clean room and bathroom, nice touch with usb charger points in lamps, great water pressure. Staff very friendly, handy vending machines with chargers, toothbrushes and pasta meals in case you're stuck at night.

Wonderful and friendly staff that gave an excellent first impression. Room was good and very clean and comfortable. Great location and quiet at night so able to get a good sleep.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Nice-Riquier railway station, in a very convenient part of Nice, not far from the old town and the Lympia port. The hotel as quite ok, but there was no room service. Anyway, it was possible to get new towels when needed.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Wish I would’ve known while technically in Old Nice, it was around a mile from the tourist part of the Old Nice town. A bit of an odd area. Although close and convenient to the train station. Wish the location was better.

Fint hotel med mulighed for parkering mod betaling. Roligt og trygt område. God service på hotellet og intet at sætte på værelserne. God kvalitet for pengene. Ligger lidt længere væk fra centrale Nice, så man skal være OK med at gå 20 min gennem byen til stranden. Til gengæld får du så et roligt hotel med nattero.

Very good standard, simple and efficient. Area is great and close to nici-riquier train station, so easy to go everywhere. Old tow and bar street is 10 min walking.

Staff is great here and location is pretty convenient if you're okay taking the tram to downtown or the train station. If you want to be in the center of the action, it is in the quieter part of town - further from dining and shopping options. It's also very no frills - AC wasn't too strong (we were there late Sept) so the room was warm, bare essentials provided for shower, one small trash can. So we brough out own shower supplies. But very happy with our stay, was just what we needed.

Central location that is about a 10 min walk from train or tram. 25 min walk to Vielle Nice. Very close to shopping mall and Carrefour Hypermarket. Room with accessible shower looked a bit like a prison cell but bathroom was nice and large. Room could use some decor and toilet seat cover falls back too far. Would be helpful to have cups in the room. Very basic room with no frills. Would stay again.

The hotel is well located, near to the train station Nice Riquier and the tram L1. Also, a walking distance to Garibaldi and the old town. The breakfast is good for the price. The only negatives comment are that they just clean the room every four days, and with the Summer weather, it gets very uncomfortable to sleep with sweety sheets. Bring your shampoo and conditioner, because they just have body shower gel. No fridge and no safe.

Very good hotel if you dont want to spend top dollar. Mattress wasnt particularly comfortable for me, but thats just my personal experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was continental style and good. Hotel in general was very clean. Would most definitely stay again.

This was a great stay, super helpful staff that helped us with everything we could think of! The room was totally fine, not the best, but definitely good considering the price! Clean and modern bathroom, although lacking a showercurtain and no squeegee which made the whole floor wet after showering. The beds were comfortable enough, however we found a lack of storage/hooks to hang things such as towels and shirts. We had the breakfast one of our days and it was okay, you could buy cheaper somewhere else that will taste better! Overall a good stay for the price, and the service was amazing!

Very good location extremely helpful staff very nice atmosphere The only issue is the housekeeping system they have .they will clean your room once in 4 days or if you want you can pay 15 euros to get it clean everyday. Also the breakfast was very basic for 11.50 euro

Easy Hotel is a great option if you want to be close to the old town, but not too close. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and close to the tram stop as well. It’s definitely a budget hotel so it’s not fancy at all. But it’s clean and quiet (instead of being too close to noisy bars) and all the rooms are updated. I would skip the breakfast room for 11 euros as there are so many other breakfast options close by that are better and cheaper. Overall a nice hotel for the money.

The hotel offers very good value for money, in great location, our room was spotless and the staff friendly. We only didn't enjoy the breakfast - considered how delicious food is in France, I would say you need to go the extra mile to prepare poor breakfast, yet they somehow managed.

This hotel is nearer the port than to Old Town but the location is great! Walkable with far fewer tourists. We loved the local restaurants and lack of tourist shops. The staff were great and so very kind.
