Property manager sent a random person to give us the key, we felt uncomfortable as not the person as agreed. We then find the apartment hadn't been cleaned to rent (even after we paid 8 weeks earlier!)- mould in the bathroom, spiders, cobwebs, dirty floors and dirt and hair in the laundry. Property manager used agent Travelnest who now want to keep 20% booking fees and commission. Would not recommend. We stayed one night as tired after 10 hours of travel and left the next day after finding alternative accommodation. Disappointing.
