while I was checking in front desk staff specifically one girl was very rude, I might never being rude with my guest like that while working. Then there room floor was not that clean also the window glass. I booked sea view room due to the blurr window i couldn’t enjoy the view that much. AC was not working on the night. We called on the front desk told them the problem but they didn’t respond. On the breakfast there is a old guy working he was literally racist.. He asked me 3/4 times that which room I am staying in and do I know breakfast is not included with our stay. on the other hand he was literally licking another white guest was there. I never expected this kind of behaviour. The Ocean colombo hotel stay was worst part of my trip on sri lanka.

Nice clean place to stay close to the main road. Can hear the trains as the railway line is in the front of the hotel.
