3 nights. Coffee never restocked. Room cleaned once. This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in FROM WITHIN. Doors slamming all night. People stomping around and walking the halls all night. Never Again.

I booked my mobility accessible room for 3 adults. I called the site the following day to confirm my booking and was assured I had a mobility accessible room for 3 adults blocked. I called the site again on the day of arrival to reconfirm and was assured of my blocked room. Then the hotel calls me back as I am in route to the hotel and they tell me they do not have a room to meet my needs. I had to find a different hotel while in route to my destination. Then, the manager refused to refund the cost of my stay. I had to escalate the request to upper management. This was a horrible experience, very stressful, and not a way to treat any customer.
