Although we were right off the interstate it was quiet. The hotel is older but maintained well and clean. We did not use the pool but the gym was updated and nice, simple. The staff is nice if you speak to them.

Staff was friendly. The swimming pool was not heated, I thought because it was inside it would be. There a lot of empty buildings around in that area, makes it feel unsafe. There are a lot of restaurants options closed by.the breakfast was decent.

Indoor pool was a unique find. Some “wear and tear” on the building, but it was clean and accommodating with typical breakfast. Location is on highway and noisier, and former mall to west is undergoing redevelopment, but neither bothered us.

Everyone was very nice but their is no snacks for sale and no vending machine. It was clean but very outdated. Also the hwy is so noisy at night for some reason it picks up loud in the rooms. Limited breakfast. I mean it was good for the money spent. I would still say i enjoyed my stay but did go to bed hungry as i had no transportation.

We really liked our room, it was clean and big. The hotel felt very empty, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast left a little to be desired. There was no meat (bacon/sausage) so not a huge variety. The fitness center was one bike and one elliptical, which was disappointing.

PROS- Great room! Very clean and spacious. Nice couch. The beds are amazing! By far the best feature is the beds and bedding. Love that they give you dove products to use also. CONS- This property has no vending machines at all. No laundry facility, and a very small pool. They do not send house keeping unless you ASK. We were here 3 days with no service, no trash can empty, no fresh towels.. ect. Before we realized we needed to complain to get service. Also the breakfast... The hot items are very gross!! They rest is normal ok stuff. Bagels and toast, muffins or make a waffle station. Over all disappointed with the lack of service and lack of vending machines. 2.5 out of 5 starts.

It was an overall good stay. It is located alongside the freeway in PHX which naturally includes a bit more noise. Pool was closed. It was a clean space and felt like a safe area.

Quick 1 night stay.. only issue I had was the shower. Quite a few hairs from previous tenants. So it questioned overall cleanliness. We skipped the shower. Nothing else seemed dirty but who knows.

I have never been in a place that was this dirty and gross. There were greasy stains on the headboard. The furniture was broken, the bathroom light switch was broken, so we had to keep hitting it to turn the fan off. There were smeared boogers on the wall. We had one regular towel and then a mini one, not two full size ones. The breakfast area was completely unkept. The food was 1/2 out, so we only had a couple of choices. The coffee was out. There were food spills all down the counter. The garbage can was smeared with food all over the lid you had to touch to throw things away. The elevator was out one day because the management said “the smoke detectors were grimy and the sensors went off in the night, shutting down until a technician could come clean it and reset it.” I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Spend $20 more and stay down the street!

We pulled the blankets back and there was drop of something red on the sheets coudnt tell what it was but you could tell the sheets hadnt been washed or changed there was feet prints on them ask if we could get someone to redo the bed they gave my daughter sheets and said here you go

We checked in and got up to the room and the bathroom hair on the floors of the shower and gross. We woke up in the morning and the bathroom sink was covered in mold and poop smell from the drainage. Told the management they were able to get the clog figured out but it was so gross smelling the entire time we stayed. They didn’t offer to comp anything for the inconvenience of everything. They had no pillows for the fold out bed or sheets, we went down to ask for them and they said they had no pillows but could give us sheets for the pullout bed.

There was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. The sink was clogged with I have no idea what. The employees couldn’t be bothered with responding to a “hello “ or “good morning “. My sheets had holes in them. The room and hallways smelled awful. Do not stay at the hotel.

The staff were kind and accommodating, but the hotel itself was very dirty. Our room had a lot of damage, the air conditioner was very loud, we had holes in our sheets, and the traffic kept us awake at night. The pool was dirty too with big clumps of hair. We definitely won’t stay there again in the future.

I've stayed at this location several times now. I have always received great service. Before checking in once, the staff checking me in changed my room withut me asking so that I wouldn't hear the I17 road noise. I was very thankful for his thoughtfulness. The past 2 times, ive stayed here with my mom. She recently had knee replacement surgery and the staff made sure to provide us with the closest room to the entrance so my mom wouldnt have a hard time. I truly appreciate that. Thank you so much for the great service!

I booked a double queen room for my family for a short 2 night stay in Phoenix. The room was spacious enough for us all but even on the 3rd floor you could hear the highway all night. We had no towels for showers and the refrigerator wasn't working which created an unpleasant smell in the room. When we did get towels from the front desk and took a shower we discovered the hairdryer also didn't work. We did ask if another room was available but we told nothing was available. The hotel does have a pool and a workout room which we attempted to use the workout room had 2 machines one of which the seat was torn and metal springs were exposed. My kids got in the pool but only stayed in for a short time due to finding small pieces of trash floating in the pool. I would no recommend staying here.

Next to freeway so can get loud. Refrigerator was noisy and the only sink wouldn't drain properly because the drain plug was broke closed. Otherwise was a pleasant stay. Clean. Nice breakfasts!

Good value if you're looking for place to stay during a short trip. A bit noisy due to it's close proximity to the interstate, and the phone lines were down without an estimated time of restoration, which sounded weird. Not really within walking distance to anything, so will definitely need a car.

Older hotel with partial remodel. Lobby, breakfast area remodeled. Rooms, not so much. Bedding, towels were clean. Bed was comfortable but king bed had queen comforter. Window needs double panes. Room was very noisy, could hear freeway traffic all night. Plugs in bathroom didn’t t work. Couldn’t use curling iron, hair dryer or electric toothbrush. No other mirrors. Shower doors were off tracks. Could not open or close them. One door was hanging. Couldn’t shower, afraid glass door would fall. When reported, front desk said maintenance had already left for the day. It would be fixed tomorrow. 2nd day, maintenance hadn’t had time. We left 3rd day without a shower the whole time. Free breakfast was typical. Eggs and bacon one day, eggs and potatoes day 2, eggs and sausage day 3. Always available was waffles, toast, muffins, apples and oranges. Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Very disappointed. Would not recommend until everything has been upgraded.

Based on the price point and adds through this website I thought the hotel would be in much better condition. My room was run down and smelled poorly. I was close to the highway and my widow wouldn’t close all the way and the highway noise kept me up at night.

I liked everything except the room was on the freeway side, and it sounded like the window was open, but it wasn't. Very loud freeway noise. I would not stay here again, or would get the other side of the building.

I've stayed at this location several times now. I have always received great service. The staff did not communicate at all. Had a reservation and communicated with the staff to check in later than scheduled. Had to drive all the way from Colorado to Pheonix and because of their lack of communication and lack of care. We were told to leave and there was nothing they could do. We arrived at 3 am, were told to call the number on the door and we would be checked in. We waited for 3 hours in the lobby before we seen anybody who could help and he refused to help and refused to work with expedia. Never giving my money to that hotel. Find a better one, i was treated like a criminal and the dude was a complete douche.

I've stayed here a few times. As always, the hotel and rooms were very clean. The check in was easy and fast. The staff was very accommodating. I needed a room that was close to the entrance since my mom has knee problems, and they were able to provide me a room closest to the entrance making it easy for my mom.

Stayed for 2 nights, the front desk person was very nice & check in process was quick. The room was average and a little run down, some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were very loose. What really bothered me is that it took very long to get my security deposit back. Usually it's a quick process and it's not fully taken out account, just placed on hold, but this was actually taken out and I still haven't seen it refunded. Please refund me my deposit.

When we showed up the front desk employee was short with us and seemed like we were bothering her. She told us that we'd have to insert our key to our room about 5 times in order for it to work which was weird but turned out to be true. When we walked in both head boards have weird spots of oil residue and some platters included... Which who the heck knows what that was. The shower had previous shaved hair and long strings of hair inside. Mold on the ceilings from the water stained. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were over cooked and hard. We ended up not even eating the breakfast. It was such a waste to select this hotel for the breakfast and the pool because it was not enjoyable at all. Room smelled damp and old. I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a full length mirror.

The first night, at 10PM, the hotel re rented my room. I had people, with a working key card, try to come into my room. only the secondary locks kept them out. I called out the front desk on this overbite the next day. The person on duty apologized and said he was taking 10% off my bill. When i checked out 2 days later, there was not a 10% bill reduction, and the staff denied it ever happened. I will never stay here again, or at any facility under the same management.

Property and service was average. Location of property along the 17 freeway and difficult to access. Free breakfast was below average. Property was next to Goodwill office, so many what appeared to be homeless were near by. Many resturants on the opposite side of the freeway, but again difficult to access. Was ok, but I would not stay there again.

Staff member was nice and friendly! Room was good not the best but not bad at all. I really do wish they had a long body mirror though. The bed was so comfy. The drawers kept opening there was even tape on them to keep them shut lol my boyfriend had to level the shelf himself and they stopped opening not sure why staff couldn't do that themselves! Location is great right off the freeway lots of restaurants to choose from. I w9uld definitely book again!

Perfect distance to Grand Canyon University, breakfast included, and a large room. Liked the layout of the room. Friendly staff and a nice stay. The only issue I had was no hot water in the shower. The hot water was available in the sink so it worked for me. I have plans to stay again for family weekend.

Continental breakfast wasnt great. Food will be gone within 5 minutes. Then had to wait 10-15 minutes til new batch comes again. When opened sofa bed, was bare with no sheets, blankets, or extra pillows. When asked the front desk, response was, “we have no more.”

We checked out on a Saturday am. The breakfast bar was missing quite a few items. The only bread was plain, white bread. Hot food was potatoes and sausage. No eggs. A weird combo. No milk to drink. When I asked about bread choices, I was told they were waiting on a delivery. I was surprised they weren't stocked for a weekend. We stayed other places in AZ all week prior to Friday night in Phoenix and all of their breakfast bars were stocked in abundance.
