The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the attractions and malls. There’s also ATM inside the hotel for cash if there’s paying issue with apps. We signed up private tours with the hotel arrangements, which were great with short or no lines going to Tiananmen Square and Gugong.

Room service mais on nous demande de monter dans la chambre scanner un QR code... service indigne d'un 5*. Même avec la barrière de la langue avec les outils de nos jours, on s'attend à bien mieux. Je ne suis pas revenu dans cet hôtel depuis malgré un autre séjour de 3 jours à Beijing.

We booked a suite for us family of four and requested an foldable bed (since the sofa in the sitting room is not a sofa bed), none of the other hotels we stayed during our trip to China (W in Shanghai, Kinggang in Xi’an, etc) charged us but we were charged here and that being not even available the first night of our stay. There was a huge cockroach in my companion's room on the first day we arrived, that was very unsettling as we were on the same floor. My companion got moved to another room and there was no formal apology. Given it is the marriot group, I really did not expect that kind of thing to happen. The breakfast was expensive given the quality. There was not that much option, lots of carbs, and not the kind of quality compared to other 4 stars hotel around. We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast really was disappointing. Cleaning carts were pushed around during peak breakfast hours and it was unappetizing to see that. Overall, the room was comfortable and large, the location convenient.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience. We could not check in until almost 2 hours post confirmed check-in time. When checked in, our room smelled (they had an air purifier running so and apparently a known issue. The shower had growth (understand mold) all over. When we complained they said they can remedy the issue the next day... We decided not to follow up, but nobody asked or checked or even seem to have been bothered. All considering - a poor experience and cannot recommend this hotel. My worst experience to date in China.

Gute Lage nahe der Einkaufsstrasse Wangfujing. Super Concierge Service, sehr gute Restaurants mit günstigen Preisen für Gäste. Zimmer Groß und gut in Stand gehalten. Ein wenig mehr Gründlichkeit beim Reinigen wäre gut, Staug auf manchen Oberflächen. Aber im Allgemeinen sehr gut.

The hotel’s prime location in the heart of Wangfujing is its greatest strength, offering convenience and safety. The rooms are also spacious with comfortable beds. However, our stay was marred by a significant hygiene lapse: we were greeted by a large very active cockroach in our room on the first night. While the hotel did move us, the incident left me and my kids feeling unsettled. The breakfast was also a letdown, featuring a mediocre selection and quality. Our concerns were confirmed when we saw staff openly transporting in the dining room what appeared to be low-quality ingredients to the kitchen. Despite the great location, and being a fan of Marriot group, we might not come back to this hotel again.

We booked two rooms. Traveled with my parents, a toddler and a baby. We arrived at 4:30pm, was told our room won’t be ready until 1 hour later when check in time was supposed to be 2:00pm. Bed was comfortable, most of the staffs were nice. The only beautiful part is the lobby, everything else seems dated. I didn’t enjoy my interactions with the front desk at all, checkin took forever and she didn’t seem to care about the situation at all with how long we have to wait for our room to be ready with old people and little kids. There are too many 5 stars nearby, I was very underwhelmed.

The check in staff spoke enough English to check in east we arrived early and was able to check in straight away without having to ask. The hotel was very nice and we had two double beds . Would stay there again .

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und eignet sich gut als Startpunkt zum Erkunden von Peking. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit allem was man braucht aber vom Zustand her mit sichtbaren Abnützungsspuren für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Kommunikation in Englisch war nicht mit allen Mitarbeitern möglich.

Even the staff who cleaned and made up the rooms created you politely and offered drinking water on your way out for the day so you didn’t need to buy more. Little touches that go a long way to a memorable stay. The room was wonderful with an amazing bathroom and view of BeiJing. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.

The front desk staff are poorly trained, I called in the morning to extend my stay and whomever picked up the phone promised me that we would stay at the same room. So i booked another night and left to run my errands; however when we returned to our original room, the key was no longer working and we were locked out. The manager at the counter was very rude towards me when I was checking out this morning. They had charged me Rmb $500 which my credit card company had billed me and she insisted that there is no payment. I even showed her my statement with the Rmb $500. Still refused to believe. We wasted 1 hour just highlighting it but to no avail. Even threatened me with the police when I said I won’t pay the full amount. Is that the way how the treat guests. I had left a feedback on Trip advisor. Now that you ask I am sharing it with you. No more for me.

Staff is rude especially to foreigners. Booked 2 Rooms for 6 people through Expedia. The hotel staff gave us 2 double rooms. When I told them, that 3 people cannot sleep in a double bed and we need rooms with 2 big beds. It took ages till I got at least one room with big beds. Manager accused me of being impolite and rude. After 2 hours not solving my problem, I think it is hard to stay polite.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and efficient, always ready to help. The property was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Great location! The dinner buffet had a vast variety of options (but not that many vegetarian selections). Breakfast was sumptuous. Would happily return and stay anytime. Highly recommended!

To my surprise it was hard to find staff that spoke English. How can an American brand hotel not have staff that speak fluent English. This is unacceptable. On our last night we decided to eat at the hotel’s restaurant, not only were we the only people there, which should of been a sign, but the chef was upstairs at the concierge level and we had to wait for the services to finish upstairs to have our meal prepared. So they gave us complimentary bread for the one hour delay to bring our food. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel in a major capital city and they only have one person to prepare meals ? Unacceptable. Breakfast was okay, but I have had better ones at a Fairfield Inn, again a 5 star hotel. The breakfast catered mainly to Chinese taste and was poor on western options. The bathroom had mold.

Centrally located and in walking distance to the subway, two major museums, theaters, and shopping & dining in Wangfujing. Breakfast is okay with a decent variety of the basics, although the congees were never hot and the wontons were too thick-skinned. It can get a bit boring after having the same things for 3 days. The staff were most thoughtful and committed, always patient and helpful.
