Overall was a good stayed. The room is fully renovated. But its not soundproof enough. I can hear my neighbour talking or outside my door. Concierge was very helpful with my taobao package. And their English is pretty good as well.

Spacious room, check in is fast however we booked room for 3 with club access but was told that the breakfast and lounge access is only for 2 and we have to pay additional one pax. Feedback to Hotels.com but the reply wasn’t helpful at all. Convenient location, 5 mins to Wang Fu Jing and subway station. There’s a interesting local market that’s about 10 mins walk away where you can get local food.

Friendly staff from check in through to check out. Even the staff who cleaned and made up the rooms created you politely and offered drinking water on your way out for the day so you didn’t need to buy more. Little touches that go a long way to a memorable stay. The room was wonderful with an amazing bathroom and view of BeiJing. Would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.
