10/10 recommendation the stay here is in the perfect location, and is a great home base for a trip to Prague for a week or more. Close to everything, 5-10 min walk to so many famous sights, pubs, and restaurants. Shell out the extra bucks for the terrace, overlooking the square with a view of Prague castle is really something special.

The apartment was clean, had everything you would need ie iron hairdryer toiletries, towels, plenty of clothes hangers and easily slept 5 females with no fighting as there was 2 bathrooms. In the kitchen you had every you would need should you be staying for 2 days or 2 weeks. There was also a really nice roof terrace with amazing views. It was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance of the Astronomical Clock the Castle and the boat cruises. Wish we had been there longer to see more of the sights but when we do return I will definately book this apartment.

The property was looking over main street leading up to Wenceslas Square, we had a balcony and the views were great, the property very secure, clean with cooking facilities if needed, you were in walking distance to most things, plenty shops and restaurants right beside the apartments, definitely will recommend to friends and will be back

Excellent location in center of Wenceslas Square. Easy check in, make sure to fill in requested info prior to arrival day so you get your personal code for main & apartment doors. Good security, coded entry, security cameras in halls. Well equipped clean studio. Did get rowdy Saturday night, 2:00 am, weekend party goers screaming & banging on doors, nothing we could do about it. Building is apartment/office style complex, with no staff on site. Other than that our 3 night stay was excellent.

Apartment was spotless, but it’s almost impossible to locate. You arrive at the location and there is ZERO signage to tell you which building it is. The doormen on the strip club next door saw me looking confused and they guided me in the right direction. Although Wenceslas square is pretty, within 5 minutes of leaving the apartment at 21:30 I was approached by 3 street hookers, and 2 men trying to sell drugs. Not ideal, but maybe it’s cause I was a male on his own. Emailed the host a couple of days before I arrived with a couple of questions and didn’t receive a response. Rooms far too hot and no way to turn the heating down. It’s on or off. But was too cold to open the window. Facilities in the room were spot on, no complaints there. Decent apartment at a very good price, but would I stay there again? Probably not. Let down by the area, I walked away from the square immediately each time I left the apartment. If you’re a stag do however, it would probably be ideal!

Lovely place in the heart of Prague, perfectly located to reach everything easily. Very clean and quiet at all times, despite being in a very fun and popular area. The apartment size is very generous, appliances and fixtures are perfect, the bathroom is very spacious. I would definitely recommend it. The only downside is that there is not an area where you can store your luggage after the check-out just in case you still have some time to spend in Prague before travelling. There is a paid luggage deposit store at a walking distance though, with quite convenient fares.

Vielen Dank für die Erfüllung unseres Sonderwunsches nach 2 separaten Bettdecken. Wir waren sonst jedoch leider mit den Betten nicht zufrieden. Am Kopfende waren zwei große Kissen an einer Stange aufgehängt. Die waren wohl länger nicht mehr gewechselt worden, denn die zeigten gelbe Stellen von den Köpfen der vorherigen Bewohner. Sehr unangenehm. Die Matratzen waren leider durchgelegen und besonders die am Fenster hatte eine richtige Kuhle, sodass mein Mann und ich nach einer Nacht die Plätze wechseln mussten, damit er überhaupt schlafen konnte.Das Gestell hat fürchterlich geknarrt. Check-In hat super geklappt, die Lage ist super, es sollte jedoch mal renoviert werden.

Good location just yards to subway station. Close to most tourist attractions. Cons,: TV did not work carpet in hallways is filthy. Booking and checkin is a hassle you have to submit photos and passport info prior to stay. No on site staff

Overall amazing place to stay. The location, check in, and safety are fantastic. There is small kitchen and things you need for dining and cooking. Big bed with a Big TV with english channels and even netflix ready. Spacious toilet and bath with a tub. Communication through the expedia app took 24hours though. Cleanliness of the actual apartment is amazing, communal area however smell awful from a vomit which was cleaned anyway almost immediately but the residual smell in the hallway we can still smell in the last 3 days. If coming back, we will still book this place. It is a value for money.

It was always a challenge to communicate with the property manager. Between their poor automated software and lack of call backs, I had to reach out to Expedia for help. Also, due to its location no car service will enter the area. One of our two rooms had a completely flat matress.

Loved the size and layout of this property. Right in Wenceslas square. Close to food, and action. The property was large and spacious for my family. What I didn’t like, although the washroom was large, the shower leaked through the bottom grating and left the room damp and musty.

The property is in a good location and close to local transportation. Even though I submitted my information ahead of time to get the access code, I had to call the day of for it to be sent to me. The communication with the property was the worse.

We requested for an early check in by messaging thru Expedia platform but I never receive a reply so we ended up waiting for hours, my issue what’s the point of sending a warm welcome message when there’s not even a reply as I even rang them hence still unable to get in touch as it remains busy. Positive reviews will be great location to attractions.

A modern apartment in a shared building. Perfectly situated for shops, restaurants, Christmas markets. I would 100% stay here again, knowing what is required for check and entry. I paid and was confirmed with the reservation, but I didn't notice an email asking me to do pre-registration 24 hours before I check in though I still did it 5 hours ago before I check in. When I arrived, I cannot contact the administration in any possible way, no phone call is answered, no message is replied. I stood in the cold street with luggage at 9pm trying to find another hotel. Fortunately, Expedia customer service help me to find one. If this rental service has such strict rule, they should inform the customer in advance, and they should inform the user the rental service is rejected, not just receive the payment and then do nothing. Worse experience of my Expedia reservations, and so far, no apology has been received!
