Place is awesome, very friendly and helpful staff and the sauna was so nice to sit in on a cold and rainy day. Food was great, room was great, everything was great, highly recommend staying here.

owner is prettty rude. had to wait 10 minutes for owner to get off her ass to check us in. would not go here ever again.

We are traveling the quieter roads of Austria to view its history, landscapes and how its people experience day to day life. We enjoyed this hotel so full of history whetever you look. Our room was fully functional and brought up to modern design standards. Being an English speaking Canadian older couple we appreciated how staff made an effort to engage with us. In particular we enjoyed talking about our Austria experiences with young Tony, a very fluent English speaker telling us about his dreamed of adventures in the future. We were driving a car but still enjoyed walking across the street to catch the train to nearby Zell am See and Krimml to enjoy their aquatic experiences. Great place to stay, enjoy their hearty breakfasts and dinner and maybe down a beer or two.

What a delightful hotel. Lovely family feel with delightful staff. Nothing was too much trouble both with accom & meals. A delicious menu which is a plus when travelling & having the convenience of in house food & drinks. Highly recommended
