Apartments Villa Lukas

We had a very nice stay. Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. The pool area and the self serve bar were a bonus.

The property is very nice and clean and the room spacious with a nice terrace. The kitchen is small but efficient and there is a shared kitchen as well as laundry available on Level 1 of the building. The gym with aerobic machines and weights was a treat not often found in non-hotel properties. The outdoor space including pool and hot tub was nice but unfortunately was posted to close at 7pm. The hot tub was lukewarm and was only hot enough to enjoy on the last evening of our 4 night stay. Note that there is no elevator and luggage may need to be carried up several flights of stairs depending on the location of the room. Parking is on site. Three things are beyond the control of the property owner but may affect the decision to choose this property: 1. To get to shopping and restaurants in the village of Cavtat involves a 10-15 minute walk down and back up a very step hill with a number of stairs; this may be a challenge for the very young or very old or the less physically fit. 2. There is construction on a road right in front of the property and a multi-story building across the street which is part of the view when you look out to the blue Aegean Sea from the terrace. During our 4 days we didn't see much work going on but there is heavy equipment and several workers came and went causing additional traffic and noise in the area. 3. The property is in the flight path of the Dubrovnik airport and dozens of planes go over each day with associated jet noise.

Luka & Irena are excellent. The facilities are excellent. Sauna, swimming pool,24 hr gym. Full laundry facilities. The property was extremly clean. 10-15 minute walk to the town.

Unbelievable property. We spent 3 nights. Took advantage of all aspects. Gym. Pool. Hot tub. Sauna. View. Restaurants in Cavtat. Boat tour of the blue cave. Highly recommend this very affordable villa.

You will need a car to go to the City of Dubrovnik (30 minutes) or go to the bus station located about 10 minutes by uber. It is close to many restaurant options. Great swimming pool and hot tub.

Extraordinarily well equipped and maintained property. Excellent communication with host. Extras like a gym, laundry, books, pool, hot tub and kitchen with coffee machine— much appreciated!

I guess this place is perfectbfor relaxing, it has a beatifull sea view, 9 min walking distance to a lot of restaurants, you can use the local bus to go to Dubrovnik and other nearby towns. The place has gym, laundry room, small cafeteria and grocery store is 2 min walk. Definitely coming back, it was the most peacefully place. If you really want to relax this is the right place.

We were so excited to stay at Villa Luka's for our last night in Croatia and were SO disappointed. The first issue that was not disclosed was that there is massive construction on the block of a new high rise building right next door. The view off of the balcony was of a large pit, concrete, piles of soil, construction vehicles and then the Adriatic. Had we arrived during the daytime, I can only imagine the construction noise. This is a huge project, easily it will continue for many months, if not years, to come. This should be disclosed to anyone considering a stay here and factored into the price.Also, we chose Villa Luka's expressly for the hot tub. We arrived at 4, went to have dinner, and when we returned, we discovered the hot tub and pool area closed at 7. This was the one luxury we splurged for our entiretrip and we were very disappointed. Had we chosen Villa Luka's for the pool (we didn't because it was April, and we knew it was unlikely to be warm enough) we would also have been disappointed, because, although pretty, it is extremely small. As in, maybe three people could splash a few inches away from each other small. It also closes at 7:00. The room was clean and new, and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. The hallways of the building were pretty as well, although unattractive items like cribs, brooms and mops were one every landing and detracted from any feeling of luxury. It was by far the most disappointing stay we had in our travels.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, nice fitness room and swimming pool. Only coffee and drinks offered for charge (should have milk for tea drinkers), but pizzeria and restaurants within walking distance.

This small hotel villa is remarkable. The suite is clean and modern with anything needed for your stay. The small cafe bar is available with coffee and ice for drinks 24/7. There is a lovely pool, hot tub, sauna and massage is available with requested appointment. We lived the artistic touch by Irene, wife of Lukas, and items are available to purchase if you’d like! There is a small market nearby with any needs, especially breakfast pastries. Also a small restaurant with pizza and other dinner items in walking distance. We will recommend this hotel highly and intend to stay upon our return!

These apartments had it all. We booked it because it was near Dubrovnik Airport. After we got there we realized Cavtat has something to offer. It’s a beautiful little town walkable from the apartments. The rooms are pretty much sound proof and can be blacked out. Check in was easy and helpful. There is a store just across the street.

Yes I could see the Adriatic in the distance. Watched the sunset. Loved the room, spacious, attractive, comfortable ,good kitchen.

We had a truly lovely stay at the apartments. The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed with good air conditioning and balcony. The pool area is beautiful and great you were provided with pool towels. Its a 10 minute walk to the centre but the hill really is hard work. The great thing is the bus stop is a few minutes from the apartment so my suggestion is to get the bus if you have any mobility issues. Our only negative was the shower as it never stayed a consistent temperature so we'd be in and out as quick as possible. We had a fantastic stay in Cavtat and would recommend to anyone x

Basic room with basic amenities. But loved that the villa has a gym and a sauna and pool. The property is very clean and well maintained. Only issue with the room was the shower water kept changing from cold to hot making showers unbearable.

Have stayed here twice now and both times service and helpfulness is excellent. To get into cavtat you go down a steep hill but we are retired and didnt have any problem walking back in an evening

O apartamento do Lukas foi uma tremenda surpresa positiva. Ele é super Atencioso. A localidade é ótima com bons restaurantes e incrivel Vida noturna na orla de Cavtat. Volto com certeza. Minha família adorou!!!!

Daniela was wonderful to deal with, but Luka was rude and abusive toward my partner. This is a glorified hostel, not a hotel. We didn’t expect that. Nobody attends the desk so you communicate only with WhatsApp which is not always timely. We didn’t understand something and instead of asking us about our issue, Luka shouted at her. I wouldn’t ever go back to Villa Lukas and would urge others to avoid it.

We enjoyed our stay. Property staff were attentive to our needs and very friendly. Our suit was roomy and clean and the pool was kept very clean. We appreciated the coffee bar downstairs and the restaurant recommendations. We will be recommending to friends.

Really nice stay here; wish I stayed longer! My room was really clean, comfortable and everything worked. The check-in was great, and there’s heaps of amenities like honestly bar, coffee machine, pool, gym, sauna etc Thanks for a lovely stay.

We found Villa Luka to be absolutely the perfect spot to stay for our Croatia vacation. The building is new, gorgeous, immaculate and has everything one would need for a self-catering stay. The owners are outstanding and incredibly attentive. Our housekeeper was amazing and so very sweet. We would highly recommend Villa Lukas for a stay in Cavtat. Good location at the top of the hill short walk to the village and convenient frequent bus back up the hill. Daniela was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay

Great price for a two bedroom apartment. Very ciean. Minimalistic furnishing. Slightly further from centre than i imagine and up a long incline for the walk home. Staff lovely. No housekeeping.. Not great location for people with walking or health issues but would recommend.

Good, clean place, with water view and friendly and informative staff. Bus to Old City is just 3 min walk away. Just a 20 Euro Taxi ride from the airport. Very convenient.

Wonderful property, the only thing — beach is not too close

It was a great experience. Good location, near everything you need, only 30 minutes from Dubrovnik, 15-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. They are very helpful and friendly . Highly recommended.

I needed a place near the airport for my last day in Croatia. This lovely studio with kitchenette was absolutely perfect. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the waterfront in Cavtat which is lovely with quaint shops and plenty of great restaurants. The gelato is amazing!

Close to transport, supermarket, walkable to beach and dining options. Loved the shutters on the windows and views from every window. Our host was easy to communicate with.

We all loved the kind and friendly staff. The coffee’s available made our night stay after jet lag very much appreciated. We hope to make it back some day.

I love this hotel! It’s location is excellent, a short walk to the bus stop and port, where I can catch a bus or a boat to Dubrovnik old city. The bed is comfortable. The host Luka is very accommodating. He even has a fancy coffee machine for the guests where you can make different kinds of coffee.
