The staff for this establishmeny are wonderful. They helped me with luggage forwarding when I did not know how to fill out the form and communicated with no problems. The beds were comfortable, but the hallway to get in is a bit small. If you have multiple large luggages, it will be a bit cluttered. Additionally, they only have two washers and two dryers which is not ideal. The dryers kinda sucked too. I put them in for 1hr30mins and they were still wet. You're better off doing your laundry somewhere else. Other than that, the rooms were amazing with a pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

よくあるビジネスホテルのようにベッドだけだと思っていたがソファースペースもあり、部屋の中でゆっくり寛げた。大浴場はきれいで清潔感があり、シャワーヘッドやドライヤーがrefaで快適だった。スタッフの応対も親切で気持ちよかった。是非また行きたいと思った。

Overall a very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Great location for the station, though on the opposite side of the station to the majority of restaurants and shopping areas. Only real downside is only two elevators for the whole hotel so sometimes you have to wait a bit for them! A very minor thing all things considered.

お風呂場へのエントリーに4桁の暗証番号を忘れて再び戻ってしまいました。ホテルカードでエントリーできたら良かったです。風呂が大変混雑していて、裸で待ちました。混雑状況がわかれば良いのにと思いました。それから、タオルが1人2枚まで付いていましたが、それだとお風呂用のタオルがないので、あと１枚、ハンドタオルがあれば良いのにと思いました。

駅から近かったのと、大浴場があるのでこちらに宿泊しました。綺麗で静かで気分よく過ごせました。朝食は和洋問わず、別途予約が必要だったようで、素泊まりのプランとなっていました。一点、残念だったのが、バスルームのちょうど目の高さの壁面に髪の毛が数本ついていたのが気になりました。

It truly is Johann Sebastian Bach themed. There is live piano in the lobby from 4-7pm, at least on Saturday (the only evening I was there). There is a public bath on the top floor. The rooms are small but very modern and clean and use the space very efficiently.

The Hotel Grand Bach in Sendai is centrally located with an easy walk to Sendai Station. Our room was on the small side but not abnormal for hotel rooms in Japan and the queen bed was comfortable. The staff was gracious and very helpful in setting up the shipping of our luggage to Tokyo. While the hotel doesn't have an arrangement with any parking garage if you're renting a car there is an independent parking garage right behind the hotel.

In general, most accommodations in Japan are well managed. However staff at Hotel Grand Beach shown exceptional problem solving skills and willingness to find alternative solutions for the needs of customers. Frontdesk staff, Yamazaki H, helped me called delivery service for an odd size item, which other accommodation have told me no can’t do. End result was I don’t have to carried the item on and off the Shinkansen for next three days of travel. Thank you Yamazaki-san

This hotel provides nice size rooms with comfortable beds, excellent en suite bathroom facilities, and spaces to sit. The reception area provides free drinks and snacks starting in the afternoon. The staff is friendly and their English was the most functional we encountered on our trip around northern Japan. The location near Sendai train station is very convenient and the 7-11 next door was useful. This was a very comfortable place to end our trip.

Hotellet har god lokasjon kort vei fra stasjonen og et strøk med mange restauranter. Superior rommet var helt ok etter vestlig standard. Servicen er grei nok men ikke fantastisk. Bærer preg av få internasjonale gjester. Hotellet virker nytt og alt er veldig rent.

いたるところに音楽を感じられてとても満足でした。特にラウンジで聴く生演奏は素敵でした。暑い中、外出の際は、必ずラウンジへ寄ってサービスの飲み物をいただき、音楽を聴いてから部屋へ戻りました。夜には夜食のおそばも提供されて、それをいただきながら生演奏を聴いたのはとてもレアな思い出となりました。スタッフの方もみな感じよく、また仙台へ行く際はこちらを利用しようと思います。

We had a wonderful stay, easy to walk to from station and not hard to find at all. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, cool shower wall bar system with lots of functions, first time seeing this in a budget friendly hotel. Restaurant/Bar near front desk had complimentary refreshment hours for guests. Lovely experience overall at the Grand Bach Sendai hotel, I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends if they travel in the area.
