Beautiful clean hotel. Very disappointed as says food and drinks, well out of a vending machine only. No restaurant nor bar

Le site mentionne un service de shuttle de l’aéroport et il n’y en a pas. On nous à recommandé de nous appeler un taxi au moment souhaité, mais lorsque nous étions prêts à en demander un le lendemain matin pour aller à l’aéroport, il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Pas super. Sinon, bel hôtel et chambre très propre et confortable. Je recommande.

No frills, but a convenient hotel to stay a night before flying out of Lisbon Airport. No shuttle, but Uber and taxi readily available. Very clean. Comfortable bed. May consider leaving extra pillows in the room.

A nice, clean minimalist hotel convenient to the Lisbon airport. It was a 20 minute walk to a shopping center with an extensive food court. The walk during daylight was safe but I’m not sure I’d do that walk after dark. The woman at the check in desk wasn’t very friendly but we had minimal interaction with her. I’d recommend for an overnight prior to departure but not sure I’d stay there longer than that as there is very little close by.

Hotel novíssimo, muito limpo, simples mas bem decorado. Chão com revestimento vinílico, nada daqueles carpetes comuns na Europa. Quartos com bom tamanho. Para ficar perfeito poderia ter um frigobar no quarto, mas para uma estadia de uma noite não foi um problema. Check-in e out muito rápidos e eficientes.

Fairly new hotel with about 150 rooms. No bar or restaurant and none nearby., its close to industrailal premises and a motorway. Nearest food outlets at the railway station a 15 minute walk away. No facilities for making drinks in the rooms.

For this place is not worth it. Generally, I am fair with my reviews. You basically get a small dorm room. There was no coffee or tea acailable unless you paid . Parking costs as does everything else. They locked us out of room for a 20 euro parking fee and we didnt even use the parking. Definitely will not use this chain again

The staff did a great job. The hotel is clean. It’s a pretty basic quick stay airport hotel. Breakfast was okay, simple. The parking may be a touch challenging if you have a car. But everything was fine. Good value overall.

This is a new hotel that serves Lisbon airport travelers. Overall impression: new property, all-you-need-for-a-night’s stay and nothing more. The design is tailored to this sole purpose. The carpet-free hallways and rooms are easy to navigate with heavy, wheeled luggage. We appreciated that. Look for a larger room if you have a lot of luggage, as there’s barely any free space around the bed. Front desk: The front desk staff handle all requests with grace and efficiency. They were able to provide extra pillows the moment we asked for them way past 10PM! Thank you! Parking: Easy, readily avaible out front. Breakfast: Skip it if you are heading into town. Plenty of baked goods but no hot options or fresh fruit.

On the same subway line as the airport, the biggest strength of this hotel is its location and convenience for the airport The roads are small, but very clean and there was no road noise There is no kettle, coffee, tea, or mini refrigerator There are some snack machines stand by the lobby and a breakfast is available for a fee There is a grocery store a two minute walk away and the subway stop is within five minutes, but otherwise the neighborhood does not have a lot of charm

Gentile Direzione, Desidero esprimere il mio disappunto riguardo al soggiorno nella Vostra struttura. Al mio arrivo, la prima camera assegnata presentava evidenti segni di scarsa pulizia: un elastico per capelli sul tavolo. Di fronte a tale situazione, ho chiesto immediatamente di cambiare camera. Purtroppo, anche nella seconda stanza ho riscontrato un problema simile: diversi capelli sparsi sul pavimento e una saponetta per terra.Questo mi ha lasciata profondamente delusa, in quanto mi aspettavo standard di igiene e cura ben diversi da quelli riscontrati. Ci tengo però a sottolineare che il personale è sempre stato molto attento e disponibile. Ogni volta che ho avuto bisogno, ho ricevuto assistenza con cortesia ed efficienza, cosa che ho sinceramente apprezzato. Nonostante la professionalità dello staff, ritengo che le condizioni delle camere non fossero adeguate. Pertanto, Vi invito a prendere provvedimenti affinché tali situazioni non si ripetano e chiedo cortesemente un riscontro. Ritengo che tali condizioni non siano accettabili per una struttura ricettiva e Le chiedo cortesemente di voler prendere provvedimenti in merito. Inoltre, mi aspetto un adeguato riscontro da parte Vostra, sia come spiegazione sia come compensazione per il disagio subito. In attesa di un Suo gentile riscontro, cordiali saluti. O quarto estava impecável, limpo e silencioso. O banheiro muito confortável. A equipe é muito cordial e educada. Recomendo.

Clean room

Good price for 1 night. Room was extremely clean, smelled like disinfectant/bleach. Comfortable beds. Only downside was that I could not change temperature in the room. It was 30 degrees celcius. It was hot as hell, I opened the window to let air in and air out the bleach smell.

Modern hotel. Basic room but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Desk team friendly and helpful. Room was overly warm when I arrived and I was not able to cool it down sufficiently to get the best nights sleep. Other than that it was great value for money and in a great location just 5mins from Oriente station and 10mins from the airport.

Fijn hotel, nieuw en netjes, vlakbij de metro waardoor je binnen 20 minuten in hartje Lissabon bent! Warme kamers, slechte airco. Ook na dit gemeld te hebben geen verbetering. Raam kan open maar veel straatlawaai.

Hotel cumpre o que promete, tudo muito novo e silencioso. O maior problema é a impossibilidade de se ajustar o termostato do quarto. Nos dias em que fiquei, a opção ou era passar calor na temperatura que o hotel fixava ou abrir a janela (o que desliga o ar automaticamente) para ter uma temperatura mais agradável, mas o barulho dos carros na rua incomoda muito. Além disso, a configuração do código de acesso ao estacionamento do hotel depende do funcionário, alguns preferem não ter o trabalho e pedem para usar o interfone, o que também não faz muito sentido. Tirando esses dois pontos, o hotel é uma ótima opção de estadia em Lisboa.

Overall I would give this hotel an OK - rooms were very modern - beds were soft - pillows were terrible - biggest complaints - could not regulate room temperature- it was far too warm - you could open the window but there was no screen and very Close to a major highway so quite noisy - room was extremely sparse - could not even get an ice bucket - would not recommend ☹️ - zero amenities- not great value

There is no refrigerator in the room

Room cleanliness and front desk staff were great. Room was too warm overnight and unfortunately the system was on heating so we couldn't cool the room.

The staff was friendly and efficient

The check-in took 40 minutes. There were drunk unruly men in the lobby who tried to cut in line. Only one staff member behind the counter and it took him more than 10 minutes to check in each guest. There was a long line.

Walkable to train station if you have small bags. walkable to a market with prepared foods. Short uber into the city. Comfortable clean rooms. Able to get a good nights sleep after traveling. Front desk very helpful.

The rooms were simple and clean. The $12 breakfast was not worth it, but there was no place nearby to eat except a supermarket. I would spend a little extra next time and get something a little less industrial looking.

Decent room, location close to the train and bus station, very poor breakfast, rather pastries and cereals than breakfast food. It tooks us over 15 minutes to check in.

Typical airport hotel. Clean, modern, good service. Could not figure out the ventilation in the room and it was very stuffy. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am which seems a bit late for an airport hotel. Good stay otherwise.

Room was small, clean but basic. No refrigerator or coffee maker but it did have a safe. No restaurant and did not see one close by. Breakfast was good, freshly squeezed orange juice was awesome. No eggs or bacon, but plenty of pastries, cereal and fruit.

I like the modern look but had barely any amenities in the room. We purchased the breakfast one morning but when we saw the buffet, we didn't like it as we want hot breakfast. I asked reception to cancel and refund for breakfast, within 5 min of purchase, but was declined. That was disappointing.

Staff very welcoming. Rooms are a little small very very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious the orange juice the best I've ever had. I would stay here again.
