The Rilano Hotel Munich, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Nice hotel in a business area outside of Munich. Only downside was that the hotel don't have a gym.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr nettes und entspanntes Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und man hört wirklich nichts von außen. Die Tiefgarage war leider etwas teuer für 19€ die Nacht. Das Frühstück hatte reichlich Auswahl. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

The property was in a good location with supermarkets nearby. You can easily reach the public transportation. The room was comfortable except the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable for our taste. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The parking in the parking garage was safe and plentiful. We would stay again in this hotel when the opportunity rises.

Alles in allem ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Ging alles ohne Probleme. Das einzige was ich bemängel ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. 19 Euro pro Tag finde ich schon heftig .

Helt ok hotell. Det ligger i et næringsområde og er praktisk om man skal på jobboppdrag i nærheten. Savnet treningsrom, ellers ok

We liked the rooms, spacious and clean. Good view on the Allianz Arena. The breakfast was great. Easy parking in front of the hotel.

Ankunft etwas holprig. Der kostenlose Parkplatz durch Silver-Member Mitglied war dem Personal nicht bekannt - erst nach Rücksprache mit Hotels.com wurde es geregelt. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage brauchbar und großzügig. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Prinzipiell relativ ruhig im Zimmer. Zimmer schon etwas runtergekommen (Seifenspender ausgerissen, Handtuchhalter ebenfalls) und kleiner Fernseher. Aber alles in Allem gut und brauchbar. Sehr gute Anbindung an die ÖPNV (Straßen- und U-Bahn in Laufweite)

Nachdem ich bis dato seit gestern Mittag vom Hotel keine erhalten habe, veröffentliche ich meine Email: „Meine Aufenthalt 17.02.24 - 18.02.24 - Suite 437 - später 435“ Guten Tag, mein Aufenthalt von gestern auf heute war eine Katastrophe. In 437 war es so heiß, dass ich um 23:00 die Fenster öffnen musste, weil die linke Heizung unregulierbar auf Hochtouren geheizt hatte. Am Nachmittag war es auch schon heiß, doch da dachte ich es wäre die Sonneneinstrahlung und habe bei leicht geöffnetem Fenster am Schreibtisch gearbeitet. Um 01:30 war es allerdings nicht mehr auszuhalten, da es ja natürlich auch kalt hereinkam. Somit musste ich um 01:30 an die Rezeption, bat um ein anderes Zimmer und bin mitten in der Nacht nach 435 umgezogen. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt ging auch der Aufzug im 4. Stock nicht, wie Sie sicher wissen. Das ist für jemanden – was Sie ja nicht wissen können - der Thrombose-Strümpfe tragen und auch schwerbehindert ist, ziemlich unzumutbar. Es hörte allerdings nicht auf mit der Katastrophe. Seit 09:00 heute früh wurde ich bis 11:30 mindestens 5 mal von Ihren Mitarbeitern gestört, als ich Telefonkonferenzen hatte. Unglaublich! Ich konnte auch nicht vernünftig duschen, da sich die Temperatur nicht verstellen ließ. Es kam nur sehr heißes Wasser und ich hatte keine Möglichkeit mit dem Regler die Temperatur zu ändern. Egal in welche Richtung ich gedreht habe, es blieb nur heiß. Zu allem Übel hat der Seifenspender am Waschbecken auch nicht funktioniert… den ha

The room was very clean, except the kettle... there was material inside. Also would have been nice to have exrra bedding in the room. I was MOST disappointed that the gym was not on site. We arrived and only then found out that there was no gym in the hotel, but the fitness center nearby. We'd prefer to not have to travel for this.

Leider lagen 2 Fliegen hinter den Gardienen die auch nach der nächsten Reinigung noch da lagen

Wir hatten die junior suite die Sauberkeit schrecklich in der Tasse Haare in dem kleinen WC und bad war nicht sauber,schlaf sofa beim hinsetzen schon ausgeleiert wir waren leider nicht zufrieden.

This is not a 4 star hotel… it’s barely a 3 star hotel… the cleaning team are trying to do their best but overall the facilities and the rooms are dated and old. The carpets are filthy in the rooms and there are cobwebs everywhere. A lot of dust on the lampshades and headboard.

Dated property, they don’t clean the rooms, empty soap/shampoo, no refills, broken bed, broken shower door, leaks…

FRIENDLINESS OF RESTAURANT STAFF INSUFFICIENT CLEANING OF ROOM

Otelin 11 katlı bölümünde tek kişilik odada konakladım, oda biraz ufaktı; bir tane tek kapılı dolap, şifreli kasa, ayna, masa ve sandalye vardı, yatakları fazla yumuşaktı, iki ayrı yatak birleştirilmiş o nedenle tek kişi için orta kısmı rahatsız edici durumdaydı. banyosu küvet şeklinde, temiz ve oldukça kullanışlıydı. Odada mini buzdolabı yok, klima sistemi de biraz farklıydı; gittiğim günler serindi, odayı ısıtmak istediğim zaman ısıtma fonksiyonunun olmadığını gördüm. Sadece oda sıcaklığını -3 ya da +3°C değiştirebiliyorsunuz. Yalnız her gün oda temizliği yok, genelde 2-3 günde bir yapılıyordu, havlu ve çarşaf değişimi de aynı şekildeydi. Ben yanıma terlik almayı unutmuştum, odada da terlik yoktu, ikinci gün terlik istedim, otel terliklerinden verdiler ama tek seferlikti. Bir daha vermediler, Odada su ısıtıcı ve kahve mevcut, ancak yine kirli fincanları 6 gün içinde sadece 1 kez değiştirdiler, not yazarak değiştirmelerini istedim. Kısacası artı yönleri de var, eksi yönleri de , ama en büyük problem wifi sürekli kesiliyordu. Bir de ilk gün yorganda bir leke vardı, resepsiyondaki görevli bayan yeni bir çarşaf verdi. Otele çok yakın fırın, market bulunuyordu bu avantaj, şehir merkezine ulaşım 2 aktarma olsa da kolay ve rahattı. Yarım saat içinde merkezde olabilirsiniz. Otelin çevresi oldukça nezih, düzenli ve rahat. Odada balkon yok, yarım pencere mevcuttu. Hava alanına ulaşım yine 2 aktarma ile rahat bir şekilde sağlanıyor. Otele yakın otobüs durağı bulunması da iyi.

Bathroom smelled like piss. Was not cleaned well. Shower head broken. Housekeeper barged into our room even when we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door handle. Scared the heck out of us. Barkeeper was the only good aspect of the stay.

The room was incredibly hot, but clean and affordable.

Der Versuch ein altes Hotel mit ein paar teil-renovierten Zimmer aufzupolieren ist nicht glücklich umgesetzt worden. Immer noch alte Badewanne und das Wasser kommt eiskalt oder knallheiß aus der Brause. Noch Farbflecken vom Renovieren auf dem Laminat und die Zimmer sind sehr klein und im Sommer unerträglich heiß trotz Klimaanlage. Diese geht nämlich nicht und bläst nur warme Luft. Das erste und das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel.

I want all of my Rilano hotel cost refunded. This hotel was included/marked with Air Conditioning filter. There was no A/C and we did not sleep for 2 nights because the room was very hot. We stayed for 2 nights from August 16 in room 917. The hotel was not able to give us a room with A/C. Sleeping accomodation is the number 1 priority for a hotel to offer, especially for VIP guests

The room was relatively nice and modern, but the lobby and elevators weren't great and show their age. The TV had a relative large selection of channels. The internet connection was stable but slow. There was also no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower water temperature kept fluctuating. The lighting in the room was also very poor, with just two small bedend lamps and a small light in the doorway for the entire room. The Expedia property details also mention that guest have have access to a nearby gym, but when I asked the reception they said there's no gym.

I stayed at The Rilano for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel staff were friendly and informative. Certain parts of the hotel looked like they were being renovated, but nothing was closed, or unclean. There was a lack of signage to point me to the room. The WiFi on my floor was unreliable, but fine down in the lobby and restaurant. The room was compact, but had everything I needed. The bed was fine, but it was two single mattresses pushed together and I did feel myself slip down between them at one point.

Hotel ist ok. Matratzen waren ausgeleiert. Zimmer klein. Service ok. Es waren keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer und ich musste diese bei der Rezeption selbst abholen - ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Preis-Leistung geht aber in Ordnung.

Meget små værelser og meget varmt - Aircondition viklede vist ikke - men ellers ok hotel

VIP Service ist im Hotel unbekannt. Personal nicht besonders gut ausgebildet. Schreibtisch fehlt der Stuhl. Alles ein bisschen lieblos.

Alle Mitarbeiter in Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und sicher kommen wir wieder.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to public transport. Amenities are close by.

Hotellet er fint, men får ingen følelse av varm velkomst. Resepsjonen virker sure og er lite høflige.

Service war nicht besonders gut hab ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett verlangt das ich mein Dirndl bügeln kann da ist niemand aufgetaucht obwohl ich es beim check in gemeldet habe. Die Toiletten hatten sogar einen Urinstein gehabt hab ich sogar gesehen und von der Dusche und Badewanne war der verschluss nicht dort platziert wo es sein sollte. Bin total enttäuscht

Im giving this a bad review due to the poor hospitality. Workers were rude and had this snarky attitude towards us when asking for any accommodation. Nothing special, pillows were flat, just one for each of us. When I requested additional pillows the works scoffed and gave a little laugh and said no when I asked for more than 1. I was super happy when we left the hotel.

Rezeption war nicht flexibel. Neuankömmlinge wurden nicht wahrgenommen und erst die eigenen Arbeiten erledigt.Bei Stosszeiten sollte sich das Personal erst um die Anmeldungen kümmern, das hat immer vorrang. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Good property I stayed at for Bayern Football match. Relatively close to U station to get between beer gardens and stadium.

Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro, personale molto disponibile e camera confortevole. Un po' lontano dal centro che è però è raggiungibile in una decina di minuti in metro.

I think this hotel is designed for the employees visiting the nearby offices, not for tourists. The closest station is a 13 minute walk.

Das Rilano liegt sehr praktisch. Bus quasi vor der Haustür und 3-5min zur Tram, die einen mitten nach Schwabing bringt.

Convenient for business, a little isolated for family and leisure.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und komfortabel, das Bett ein wenig zu weich aber man konnte gut schlafen. Die Anbindung ist top um die Ecke fährt der Bus nur 1 Station bis zur U6 oder ein kleiner Fussmarsch bis zur Strassenbahn.

We chose this hotel because there were none available closer to central Munich during Oktoberfest. It turned out to be a great location, as it was quiet, close to public transport, and walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. The room was good, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. We stayed two nights and would again if we’re back in Munich.

Rührei ein wenig selbst würzen, war neutral und fast schon süß

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Frühstück war lecker und es gab sehr viel Auswahl.

Det enda som var bra med detta hotell var garage och nära transport för att ta sig in till centrum. Sängen vae katatraof alltså ingen madrass, fick ingen blund alltså, av funkade men funkade inte - städerskan städade dåligt. Dyr frukost dem ville ha 20€
