The property’s pictures definitely look better than the actual apartment. The bathroom had molds. No one cleaned our room although the housekeeping sign was on. The hotel does not have a restaurant/room service. Not many restaurants are around the hotel. It’s far from everything. Only a supermarket is closed by. Parking is very limited and it’s mostly for small cars.

Séjour de 8 nuits dans un appartement de 50m2. Bien équipé et bien agencé, cuisine complète, terrasse, volets aux fenêtres. Très gros bémol : le manque d'insonorisation. Cloisons plutôt fines (bonjour les voisins bruyants) et porte sur le palier très légère donc plutôt désagréable d'entendre le passage des résidents et des femmes de ménage. Ménage tous les trois jours impeccable, personnel sympa mais manque un peu d'implication. Situation idéale, 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, métro et bus à proximité, garage possible pour 15€/jour.

Very helpful staff with answers to any question. Always welcoming with a smile . Not sure if they were renovating rooms when we were there but could hear banging and drilling from 8am in the morning . We weren't too concerned as we were out all day but could still be heard in the evening when back at the apartment around 5pm . Not very soundproof as you could hear people in other apartments in the shower . Not far from the old town but a little too far after walking all day . Clean bedding and towels everything was spotless which is the most important thing

Location was great. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and quiet at night. Staff were very helpful with anything we needed. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Très bien situé et calme. Propreté impeccable ( ménage tous les 3 jours).

Augrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir mehr erwartet. Die Wohnung ist teilweise recht abgewohnt und abgenutzt und gewisse Stellen waren schmutzig. Dusche ist sehr klein. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Betten und Kissen sind bequem und sauber.

Appartement was modern, netjes, schoon en met prima voorzieningen (zelfs een vaatwasser!). Prima gelegen ook, aan de rand van het oude centrum.

Nossa estadia no Parker foi incrível! O flat era bem grande, confortável e silencioso. As camas eram confortáveis e macias. A cozinha era bem completa e tinha lava louças e muitos eletrodomésticos para apoio às refeições. Os funcionários da recepção eram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, foi tudo excelente. Eu super recomendo e ficaria novamente aqui em uma próxima visita. A localização também era ótima.

Very nice, clean, and modern apartment. Staff were helpful and professional. Good quality bedding and towels and was nice that water, coffee capsules, sachets of sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar were provided. Nice that there is a dishwasher as well. Short walk into the center. Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing and the walls are paper thin so I could hear children crying constantly, cleaners talking, all kinds of other sounds from other apartments, and could even hear large amounts of water running down the pipes from adjacent apartments every once in a while! The decor of the apartments is rather drab as almost everything is grey (curtains, kitchen cupboards, pictures on the wall, etc.) and no sunlight came into the apartment that I was in so all in all, it felt rather dark and almost office-like/impersonal. The balcony is very narrow so you cannot sit out on it and the view from the balcony was a large, concreted over inner courtyard which was rather depressing. No view from bathroom window or bedroom window which both look onto inner parts of the building. The rooms need more colour and personality (the paintings in the lobby give it some life whereas the apartments have no life at all!)

Mooi, ruim appartement. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De locatie zou wat mij betreft iets gunstiger kunnen. Maar belangrijk minpunt is de gehorigheid. Wij konden de buurkinderen zo horen praten. Er was ook meerdere keren een hard irritant geluid te horen. Wij waren heel blij dat we (slapend op de eerste verdieping boven de ingang) onze oordopjes bij ons hadden. Want ook straatgeluid was te horen. Zonde eigenlijk van zo'n fijn appartement. Het harde bed lag trouwens heerlijk.

Schönes Apartment, geräumig, sauber, unproblematisch. Würde ich wieder wählen.

Spacious room, well equipped kitchen w/fridge. Bed was really nice, sofa bed was equally nice. We had an issue with the toilet sink that wet our towels, staff immediately gave us dry towels and fixed the issue the next morning. Otherwise, a well-located place to walk around Valencia's town centre, with nice places to eat around it.

Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water.

This accommodation was great value for money and very close to the metro station, with bars and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. After many visits to Valencia, the BEST thing about Parker is that from check-in to check-out a couple of days later, each team member, (whether they worked the morning, evening or night shift), were superb! Always smiling, friendly and helpful. For that experience alone, I will be returning: Valencia is full of good accommodation, but nothing I have experienced so far beats the Parker for staff friendliness...and wonderful smiles!!!

My experience in flats hasn’t been good due to the lack of service, not enough towels, toilet paper

We stayed here for three nights as a base to explore Valencia. The front desk staff were super helpful and always available to answer questions in fluent English. We really appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, and the cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Paola Gorriz especially, she was most helpful giving us tips to get around the city and suggestions for dinner for my birthday celebration. We will definitely come backnext time we visit Valencia.

The hotel was spacious and clean! The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and offered excelent service. They were receptive to our requests and always greeted us when we entered and left the premises. This was the best service l received at a hotel. Thank you :)

This place was great! The staff and communication from them were just bar none! I even got WhatsApp messages from them, making sure that I was being taken care of. The room was clean, the location felt safe, and I am going back!

Located in the old city, within walking distance to many attractions and historical sites, only minutes walk from central market ( must visit! ). Good public transport system with stops just around the corner. Apartments facing away from the street are very quiet. Very friendly and helpful front desk stuff.

One block from metro. 1 block from old town. Super clean with balconies. In the middle of the city but very quiet due to good insulation. Friendly and helpful staff. And a great place to eat breakfast or lunch right across the street and all restaurants old town has available. Market nearby. What’s not to like?

Modern unit. Clean and spacious. Easy walk to the city center and market. We'd buy jamon, cheese and vino and enjoy them in the balcony sometimes. Close to the metro so you can explore other neighborhoods easily.

A wonderful stay with our family. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Very clean and a lovely balcony. Kitchen facilities great, local market and shops to buy fresh produce and staff were always on hand to answer questions about the local area if needed. Great location for walking into the city and we also used the local bus service which took us very easily to the beach. Thank you we would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
