Schönes & sauberes Hotel. Cafes, Restaurants & Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar. Etwas außerhalb zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten (zu Fuß im Durchschnitt 20-25 min) Hotelmitarbeiter sehr nett. Minuspunkt für die sehr wenig vorhandenen Hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Mussten im Parkhaus im anderen Abschnitt parken für täglich 22€ - was nicht günstig ist.

An excellent hotel in a safe, pleasant area of Seville. The hotel rooms are modern and well equipped - though a corkscrew in the rooms would be useful. The hotel gym is good - but can someone please get a water fountain installed for it? Overall an excellent stay.

La chambre était grande, jolie et confortable, avec du rangement et un petit balcon agréable. Le frigo était frais, l'insonorisation bien (au 8e étage et côté ville), le chauffage/clim très efficace et le personnel aimable et serviable. L'emplacement était très bien pour nous, un peu excentré et donc plus calme mais à un bon quart d'heure de marche du centre. Le spa est super (même si il y manque une fontaine d'eau fraiche) et le wifi très bien. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de plateau d'accueil pour faire du thé/café, que la bouteille d'eau d'accueil ne soit pas remplacée une fois vide et qu'il n'y ai pas de peignoirs et chaussons pour le spa.

Lovely hotel, within walking distance of the historic centre. Parking is accessed off Calle Arco, you need to press the button at the bottom to connect to the hotel and they raise the barrier for you. There is then direct access from the car park to the hotel. We had an internal room on the 6th floor with a window to an internal sky well and it was very quiet. There is no restaurant for evening meals but we thoroughly recommend Gino’s just next door.

Fantastic location—only a 10–15 minute walk to the old city, with easy access to the metro and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Private parking with direct elevator access to the hotel was a huge convenience. Highly recommended!

Hotel room was a good size and clean, however there is a glass door to the bathroom although tinted doesn’t offer much privacy. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Main corridors weren’t vacuumed the whole time we were there which made it feel a bit grubby

Het bed kraakte bij elke beweging, wat de nachtrust verstoorde, en het voelde zwaar aan. Daarnaast ontbrak er een wc borstel, wat niet echt hygiënisch is. Wel waren we blij dat we van de 8 geboekte kamers er 3 al vroeg konden inchecken, wat we enorm waardeerden. Buiten de genoemde minpunten was de rest van de ervaring zeer goed!

EXCELLENT Hotel - great front desk service, clean updated comfortable rooms with great air conditioning, location is perfect in the Triana neighborhood JUST across the river from Cathedral. Places to eat, shop and grocery on same street just outside hotel. Easy walk to Triana Market and the tourist attractions in the Cathedral and Las Setas area - or an €8-10 taxi ride if you don’t want to walk. QUIET rooms (even though it is located on a main, busy road) with a great shower with rain shower head. Room had safe, mini refrigerator, shampoo/conditioner/lotion/hairdryer. Coffee/tea and water with apples and candy in lobby all day. Great buffet breakfast for only €15. Airport is only €25-30 by taxi. Front desk had two ladies who were super nice and accommodating - I watched them handle checking in a huge tour group of people in minutes, all while smiling and being patient. Only thing I wished is if the towels were a little nicer (towels were thin and scratchy) and that they had feather pillows instead of just polyester filled. We did not use the parking or the gym.

Big very modern room. Huge bed. Excellent air conditioning. A big choice at breakfast. Room was well maintained. Very clean. One large bottle of filtered water in room when I arrived. But this was not replaced. It is on bottle per reservation. As I was there for 6 nights that was poor service. Hotel in a nice quite residential area.

Good hotel and a great location only 15 mins from all the main attractions. The room was ok. We paid for a balcony which I would not recommend as it was overlooking the noisy street. The room was comfortable and has most of what we needed but no quite basic. Had to call and request a kettle to make tea or coffee. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes very late on the day and not to the best quality

This is a complete bait and switch. I did not get the room I reserved. Instead, I was put in a handicap-accessible (felt more like a hospital than a 4 start hotel) "interior room" with zero natural light. I've only heard of interior rooms on a cruise ship, not a hotel. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk apologized and told me that they had no other rooms that night, but I could move to the correct room the following night. The next day I was told that I could not move. Both the property and hotels.com acknowledged that it was not the room I booked, but neither did anything to help me. From the hotel, "We know this isn't the room you reserved, but we are fully booked and it's all we. have." From Hotels.com, "We cannot get a hold of the property. There's nothing we can do but offer you small coupon for next time." I checked to see if they were actually fully booked and they were still selling the room I purchased on Hotels.com. It's clear that they are using hotels.com to sell the absolute worst rooms to hotels.com customers - the ones that they cannot sell to their direct customers. And then, they refuse to answer the phone when hotels.com tries to speak with them. *for context, the photo of the room was taken at 11am, not in the middle of the night like it appears.

The hotel was awesome, located away from the city center, so it was quieter and less crowded. The overall condition of the property was superb except for one major issue: the front desk never answered the phone. During check-out, I even saw a staff member mute the incoming calls and ignore them. I had no idea about the parking situation before arriving and tried several times to confirm my reservation in advance, but, as I mentioned, no one ever picked up the phone. It was quite frustrating, especially as a first-time visitor to Seville, Spain. A 4–5 star hotel like this should always have someone available to assist newcomers and guests.

They have me a handicapped room with a strong cigarette smell. I complained to the front desk representative and he said that there were no more rooms available. No special treatment for being a Gold guest. I was expecting a bottle of sparkling wine as I was told during reservation and I’m still waiting. 😐😞 I would not recommend this hotel.

Great accomodation,with a smart, classy vibe to it. The buffet breakfast was awesome with nice healthy eating options included, made it well worth the rather inflated 15 Euros per day, price! Reception desk staff were very accomodating and spoke fluent English which was a bonus! The hotel provided a city expert advice consultant which I found very informative and enabled tourists and visitors get the best Seville holiday experience possible. The only negative was the shady, unsafe looking neighborhood, tucked away behind the main road, the hotel was situated on,which actually received a makeover, during the period of our stay! That being said, would highly recommend.👍

We liked this hotel a lot because it was not in downtown Seville. It is conveniently located across the river and is an easy walk to everything you want to see in Seville. The room was nice and well maintained. The breakfast is worth the 15 euros per day. Parking is pretty easy and not onerously expensive. Walking distance to many small restaurants which are excellent.

Situated just outside and across the river from the city center, this was a nice option. We elected this because it has parking and the parking was perfect. It's kind of a long walk to the city sights but when it wasn't raining, wasn't an issue. Lots of restaurants nearby too and nice to be a little out of the way of all the tourists.

Requested a nice room hopefully with balcony as our 33rd anniversary, however was given room with no view apart from looking over next door wall . Bathroom extractor was reported on the first day being unserviceable and it caused condensation while having a shower. Never addressed by the hotel . Most the staff were excellent and friendly and did everything to help out , a great job . I guess the establishment probably keep a tight rope around them. Only dissatisfaction was the room view for us as a double room booked . Furthermore , can recommend a change in morning breakfast items as were same menu for our stay of 6 nights .
