Incredible gem. Absolutely stunning jungle vistas, private villas and well curated and meaningful experiences. This is the place to decompress and see Bali as it used to be. The staff are kind and attentive. A few notes - windy, steep paths and rock stairs - this is not the place if you have any accessibility issues, the meals each night are set course and can be somewhat experiential, and finally - rooms are wide open to the jungle. This is a luxury eco resort - not for the unadventurous - but it will be memorable. I loved every second of my stay.

Very friendly and excellent staff We maintained property with excellent view of the forest, jungle There are a lot of non-harmful books, but not many mosquitoes Food was excellent generally excellent Afghani staff Walk down to the waterfall was wonderful for experience that everybody should probably do

I had the pleasure of staying at Buahan Banyan Tree Escape. Everything was truly outstanding — the room, the trekking experience, yoga, spa, restaurant, and especially the warm hospitality of the staff. I was particularly touched by the exceptional service from Concierge Budi and the manager. I will definitely be back again soon.

This is a magnificent resort in an isolated area of ubud. You feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest and have the whole resort to yourself. Unbelievably good service and really enjoyable food. Highly recommend a stay here for around 3-4 days

This is a fantastic experience. From the minute you arrive, every member of staff goes out there way to make your stay special. The bale was perfect and very comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing. Pool area was lovely and iced water and cool towels were a lovely touch. Food is up there with Michelin star restaurants. Overall a perfect stay.
