Amazing stay!! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to Nanjing Road and many shops so the location was good. Halal restaurant opposite the hotel which helped us out. The room was very spacious and the staff did an amazing job every time we needed help

Really well located property, minutes from the famous Louis Vuitton boat as well as a shopping centre. Smooth check in process with the only extra's charged being a roll out bed. Little bit annoyed at the extra charge as the room description did say it slept 3 but in this case, it clearly didn't. Friendly front desk service. The breakfast was below par compared to other five star hotels, so this is one area that requires improvement.
