Really amazing place. Great value for money and such a no-frills experience. Pure and simple convenient accomodation. The only very tiny thing that could have made this amazing, was if the EV chargers worked. They seemed to have been installed recently.

Brand new hotel just outside of Reims - I walked into the town, which was really pleasant and takes about 45 minutes. You can walk past the Champagne Park, which is near the famous Pommery Champagne House, and it’s such a beautiful place to stroll around. The hotel itself was simple, but pleasant, very clean, great breakfast and free parking. I don’t mind a nice walk, so if you don’t mind being a little way out of town then it’s perfect - and not far from the major routes in and out.

It is a basic hotel, 2 mins drive away from a shopping and restaurants. No coffee machine in the room but it does have coffee vending machine in the building. Staffs are friendly. The young man who checked me in was nice. Staff will accommodate and speak in English to assist. It was great for a stop over. They serve breakfast but we didnt eat there. Place looks clean and modern.

This was an overnight stop to Strasbourg and it did what it said on the tin! Room was clean you felt safe, lift didn’t work and breakfast was limited, but for the price it was perfect. If you want a UK comparison I would say an up market travel lodge!

The front desk person was very helpful and did everything she could despite us being english speaking. Its not walkable to any local landmarks, but is a short drive in to town. The room was good, the bathroom was really cramped, and the beds were really hard, but overall clean and simple. Breakfast, was dissappointing not many options and no fresh fruit was available. Items werent being replenished frequently, one egg option was really wet scrambled eggs, one meat option was really undercooked bacon. The bread selections were decent. Just trying to leave an honest review. Overall a good option to stay.

Booked two rooms as an overnight stop over on return from Alps. Rooms clean, location good, eateries in walking distance. However reception staff took card when checked in and charged me again for rooms already booked and paid for through Hotels.com. Luckily I noticed on my credit card app and challenged it. After 1/2 hr discussion was given a refund…. However when returned to my room I discovered they had charged me again for both rooms. I again had to return to reception and challenge this again for a refund. After a further long discussion I was again refunded. Not really the restful night I had hoped for. Breakfast area was again clean and well presented however hot breakfast consisted of what looked like grey microwaved bacon and sausage with scrambled eggs. Coffee machine then broke too. Pastries were free and cereals available with cold milk so not all bad. Would I stay again - probably not as I do not have confidence that staff know how to process bookings from web providers.

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht als Reisepause für die Weiterfahrt nach Paris gebucht. Dafür war es ausreichend, mehr aber auch nicht. Mit Englisch konnten wir uns bei Ankunft nur schwer an der Rezeption verständigen. Da erwarte ich schon mehr Fremdsprachenkenntnisse vom Personal. Das Frühstück war eher unterdurchschnittlich, aber wohl für ein B&B normaler Standard. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, selbst richtig Autobahn ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören. Für die Durchreise okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt (2-3 Tage etc.) auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

I booked online for one night and when i was there they asked me to use my debit card which i didn't have , then i told them to pay cash but they refused and didn't let me enter the hotel and was nobody to help us . I was not happy about it.Expedia tried to call them but they were unavailable all the time. I and my daughter had to sleep in car overnight on roadside .It was not good Experience. I will not use B&B hotel ever again .

Overall, property was ok. Booked the hotel through Expedia and receptionist was not aware that I’ve paid for the stay and was charged again at check in. Make sure to bring proof of payment of done via Expedia. Still waiting on reimbursement. Almost a week later.

We arrived late and the automatic check in machine had lost internet connection, but the remote access (voice link) person spoke good english and sorted out our room check in efficiently. Room simple, but clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Would stay again.
