We loved this place, so delightful! We all were able to sleep well, great location for walking around the Old Town. The only issue was parking and getting our luggage to and from. We appreciated the staff and would love to return one day!

The location and cleanliness could not have been better. The room truly was immaculate and we were steps away from some of the more sought after historic buildings. Being close to the water was also a plus as we enjoyed strolling along it in the evening enjoying the beauty of the lights and the accordion player. As a runner I appreciated being close to sidewalks that led me to the river’s edge. Water pressure in the shower was great. Lighting in the bathroom was good. The bed comforter was very nice. Staff loaned us an outlet converter for our electronics, since the one I purchased before journeying abroad did not work. There was no fee for this. Staff was friendly and helpful in assisting us in purchasing tram tickets ahead of time. It was quite convenient to have a tram stop a few hundred feet or left from the front door. The breakfast was very nice and included hot and cold items. Coffee and tea service was around the clock and wine was available around the click on an honor system. These items were not offered in the room itself, which did not bother us in the slightest. Lovely boutique hotel.

Hi, the lobby and the lobby bathroom is very small so it is a bit inconvenient to change clothes if you are coming directly from your flight prior to check-in. Other than that, I have only positive things to say. Very spacious rooms. Modern bathrooms. Excellent service at the front desk. Great area.

A nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Zurich's old town, clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. They offered discounted parking voucher for the public parking nearby as we had to park our rental there for a full day. We arrived amid an awful heatwave in July and the hotel's air conditioning was broken/not responding. That was a big disappointment and we heard all other guests were complaining, but we asked for a fan so we could sleep the one night we stayed at the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and pleasing. One of the bathrooms in the room was very small. Part of the ceiling was low which meant we have to be careful while walking around. Elevator is too small which means multiple trips with luggage. Hotel is very close to tram stop which helps. It is located within old town and shopping areas.

The hotel was meticulously clean and located in the best possible location in Old Town Zurich. Close to everything in a safe area with only 10 minute walk to Lake Zurich. The rooms were a bit on the smaller size but the decor and comfort on the beds were excellent. The staff were especially helpful and friendly and were ready to assist on places to go and where to dine.Your staff member Paul was especially helpful with recommendations.

The location was fantastic. For the price though they should have had better beds. They were much too hard and lumpy. The room was much too light at night with light seeping through the top and sides of the curtains. Breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered.

Spacious room for 3 people. Clean and comfortable. Room did get a bit hot as we were on the 4th floor and A/C didn't seem to cool as much as expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Location can't be beat as you can walk to so many great places and also have easy access to trams, buses and trains. Expensive, but that's the quality of the hotel, the size of room the location and being in the Old Town of Zurich.

Staff was incredibly helpful when we needed a reservation for dinner, directions to a destination and umbrellas for a walk in the rain. The room was spacious and beds were super comfortable. We had an excellent stay. The hotel is very well located and walkable to most city sights in old town. Tram stop is right outside. The place was super nice and well kept and the staff awesome. Sophia especially was just superb.

A/c wasnt working. Staff knew about it when we checked in. Never told us. When we asked to come fix it, did not believe it was not working. In the end, gave us one table fan to use. Did not offer discount until we asked. Hotel wasn't cheap 500 USD for a night. Hardly worth it.

Helmhaus Boutique Hotel is at the heart of Old Town Zurich by the World Famous Limmatquai. Very closed to everything you need to see around Zurich. Nearby there is a lot of small shops and across the River is the famous Bahnofstrasse also Zurich Hautbahnhoff or Central Station is within a walking distance.if not you can take the very efficient Suisse Tram nearby-Helmhaus Station. Or let your taxi takes you in front of the hotel lobby. Our Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed is also super comfortable. There is a free coffee and hot drinks with pastries especially at night 24/7 actually. Breakfast is super good and a lot of healthy options, Dining Area is very clean. Staff were all very polite, friendly, attentive and accomodating, shout out to Eugene, Nilda and Catherina and all the rest of the staff. Shampoos and Toilet amenities were also excellent and looks like a high end brands. There is also a mini bar and.keetle to boil water for your coffee and tea. Very excellent Hotel in Zurich. We highly recommend to everyone who needs a great hotel for the price when visiting Zurich.

Great location - very convenient to walk around the old town and near the lake. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Everyone in the hotel were super helpful and friendly. My flight was badly delayed so I was very late getting to the hotel but that wasn’t an issue. Breakfast is simple but very tasty and fresh. Team there in the morning and very nice and friendly. My room was very clean, basic layout, very comfortable mattress and a piping hot shower. Location is fantastic.
