Staff accomodated for everything that we needed, also with the transfer to a different city after the stay. Most importantly, their breakfast is perfect. It was the 2nd time I booked for this hotel, and the deciding factor was indeed breakfast.

The hotel is tastefully design and perfectly clean. The problem is that it is extremely noisy. Even with closed windows and air-conditioning noise you will wake up with the main street next-door and the cleaning in the corridor as well as slamming of the doors. The staff are outstanding, easy-going and helpful, as all Serbs. I have no idea about the breakfast because it is only till 10 and I was there for a tango festival so never managed. Last issue I had is lack of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other cosmetics. The maids have them in their caddies but never seem to give them to the guests.
