The staff was incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to sightsee comfortably without our bags. They also offered a wonderful complimentary breakfast. place very nice, clean and convenient location to access to where we wanted to visit.

Clean bunk bed room. The bathroom is very small with an easily choked and flooded bathtub shower. Convenient location in Gotemba. Close to 7-11 and McDonald. Good staff service. Bare basic hotel overall in all areas that has an average breakfast package.

Small room size have to take turn to open the luggage. Shared public bath facilities. Men/Women have different timing access. Breakfast timing end too early! 8.30am the dining place closed. Though they inform beforehand but we missed it. And we have a hard time trying to find cafe to fill our stomach as most of the dining places only open at 11am.

Very close to amenities, central Gotemba shopping area and train station with views of Mt Fuji from your window. Perfect for hikers as there is a direct bus from Shinjuku within easy walking distance
