No hot water initially but was addressed on second day. Any changes to dry breakfast menu will result in extra cost

From the friendly welcome that we received up to the convenient location of our hotel to everything Guanajuato has to offer, our family enjoyed our stay in this very nice and cheap place! The only issues here really is that the room is

We like the are us pretty close to the mommy museum the center the Callejón del beso etc. what we don’t like is the towels of the hotel are so hard the beds mattres are hard. Also if you bring kids pls keep the away from the glass in the vanity from the room the not safe my son accidentally broke. And if you do they will charge 500$ on your card and 100$ cash.
