I stayed in Golden keys hotel for three nights with my teenage daughter and absolutely loved it! Front desk staff, especially Olga were very helpful! They gave me a map of the city and offered different side seen tailored to our preferences. I was greeted with a glass of wine and was able to leave the luggage with reception until the check-in time. Breakfast was delicious! Great variety of food including different salads, fish, and low calorie options. Room was beautiful, sparkle clean with a great views. Bed was very comfortable. Entire hotel has a “castle like” look, you feel like you step back in time. Excellent location, five minutes walk to the castle, old center and major attractions. At night, nice and quiet, despite central location. I give this hotel a 5 star rating and definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a great hotel with good breakfast and will definitely return to it!

First off, the hotel is located on a very steep hill, which was ok for us but they need to mention it to other people who might not be ok climbing the hills. The building is very old. which is cool, but do watch your head, very low ceilings at some places. The lobby was very ok, nothing special. We only checked in for 1 night and our air conditioner was not working. We were offered no solution, just a fan... It was broken before us, but they don't seem to be in a rush to fix it. The room itself was clean and spacious, many windows. We had to keep them open to keep cool air coming in, and there is a cafe in a courtyard, which was pretty loud till about 12am.

Marina was a pleasure to deal with at the front desk. The room was quaint, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfasts were the best hotel breakfast we have ever had at a hotel—and better than some I have had at my house. If you are carrying luggage, do not accept the suggestion to walk. It will be uphill if you are coming from the metro. This is a great place to stay, and my wife and I agreed that we would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Prague.
