Sierra Grand 802

Really nice apartment with everything you need. Location was brilliant next to tram/bus and pacific mall. Gym, pool and steam room was excellent.

Check in was ok, key pickup in another suburb, not available until 3pm to pick up keys another suburb, luggage trolleys were scarce. Desk Staff were very un-helpful; things were not their problem as the room was '"Privately Owned"" even though we had booked through the Hotel. No rubbish bags in room little cleaning materials, cloths, dishwash tablets. Requested the broken toilet seat be replaced, it was next morning, requested another room as no wifi access, request denied, wifi attended to next day. The room was nice with views of the hinterland, the conditioning very difficult to adjust, as locked. We like the location close to tram stop and entertainment.

Really good location. Car park included which is great if you have your own vehicle but also has a tram and bus stop just outside if you need public transport. Only 5 mins walk across the road to Pacific Fair mall so was very convenient for shopping and dining. Kids enjoyed using the pools with both indoor and outdoor options. Room facilities are OK.

I believe this is the 26th time we have stayed at Sierra Grand and it will take a crowbar for us to consider other options
