初めてスーパーホテルを利用しました。GW中で利用客が多かったのだと思いますが、女性風呂が混雑し、浴場内に洗い場待ちの行列ができていたのが残念でした。その他は、快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの周りに安いコインパーキングがあったし、コンビニもあったので、よかった。ウェルカムドリンクもあり、24時間ドリンクバーがあったり、着心地の良い部屋着、選ばれる枕があったりとサービスがてあつかったです。サウナもありお風呂の質も良かったのでサウナ好きにはありがたかったです。

2度目の宿泊でしたが、大浴場はサウナ有り、立って入れる水風呂有りで快適に過ごせました。周辺には数は多くないですが、飲食店もあり、隣にセブンイレブンもあって便利です。ホテルの駐車場はありませんが、周辺にいくつかあり、夜遅くなると満車になっているので注意が必要ですね。

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room felt a bit older compared to the lobby, and the step to the bathroom was pretty high, making going in and out of it a bit more cumbersome. The public bath was very clean, and easy to access. Although night time tends to get really busy, it is better to go in the morning when there are less people (unless you like the crowd). Also, the rooms are accessed via a code rather than keycard which was great as you just had to remember you code and not carry the keycard everywhere.

スタッフさんは優しく丁寧でした。連泊し清掃を入れる際はアメニティ等が揃っているか確認したほうがいいと思います。ちなみに清掃を入れなくても新しいタオル等はもらえますし、プラスでお水がもらえるようです。

清潔、対応などはまったく問題なかったです。ただし、客室の床面の高さと浴室の床面の高さの差が大きいことは気になりました。眼鏡を外したまま浴室から出る場合や、子どもや高齢者にとってはかなりの段差であり、ある面では転倒などの危険にもつながると感じました。

部屋が狭いのと選べる枕を部屋に持って行くと元々ある枕を置く場所がないです。荷物を置く場所に困りました。温泉はよく、眠りやすい空間は良かったですが、壁が薄いのか、近くの部屋のオートロックを押すピーという音で目が覚めています。

ホテル自体は申し分ない感じで良かったんですが、スタッフさんの何人かは (女性1人、男性1人) こちらが何か聞いても愛想がなく少し残念でした。もう少しお客様に寄り添い何を今してほしいのかほしそうなのかを考えた方がいいと思いました。初めて利用する私には事前にチェックインする時に荷物を預ける際のシステムはすごくセキュリティもしっかりしてて良いのですがやり方が少し戸惑いました。そのやり方までちゃんと案内して下されば親切なホテルだと評価はあがり特別なホテルの1つになるのにもったいないなと思いました。他にも何点かありましたが、どれも親切であればなと思いました。

予約してから行ったのに予約が確認出来ないと言われて不安になりました。温泉には自室に置いてあるタオルを持っていかないといけなくて、温泉にも入りたかったけど、自室のシャワーを浴びてタオルを使ってしまったので入れなかった。

地下鉄の駅から10分ほど歩くため荷物が多い人はタクシー移動が必要。大浴場は広々とし設備も充実している。部屋は旅行客に向けにはやや狭いのと、付近に食事場所が少ないので福島駅まで徒歩２０分ほど歩くとよい。大阪市中央卸売市場までは徒歩１０分

部屋は概ね快適。使い捨てのスリッパがあったら良かったかな。平日金曜日、8時前の朝食会場は激混み。8時を過ぎた頃に空いて来ました。大浴場も夜はずっと混み合ってたようなので利用しませんでした。阿波座駅9番出口からが近いけど中央線利用の人は出口まで行くのがめちゃくちゃ大変です。 3番出口から行く方が良い。
