Bed was great and room was clean. thermostat was difficult to figure out unfortunately. Staff was fantastic in all departments we dealt with. Amenities were well taken care of just not great hours of availability. Pool closes at 5pm?? (Understandably early due to it being on the roof) but feel it could be pushed an extra hour or two to allow more usage. Jacuzzi/sauna only available 11-4 and has to be booked at front desk prior with maximum 30min to use. (Times were booked up but when we checked the space no one was even there??) Hotel was in a safe/nice area within Lima. Just take into account traffic can be very busy most of the day which makes getting to the main square of miraflores or the Malecon take 25-45 minutes. Uber to airport took almost an hour.. not 15-20min which was explained online/in person.

I’ve stayed at this place over 10 times in the last 6 years, so obviously I like the place, but I have started to notice that they do not care about the gym at all. First they made it smaller and now you cannot find a treadmill to run comfortably, stationary bike is broken and was not fixed over my 6-day stay. The place is an excellent space for the cost-benefit ratio, food is great, rooms are good, service is great, but they used to have a decent gym and now it just looks like they do not care about it and there are no plans to fix it. If I plan to go back in order to use a gym in a hotel I may end up looking at a different place.

Great location and very nice hotel. A few minor issues: * Bathroom wasn't pristine, as there was a rusted shower head that didn't flow the water properly and the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from fine to scalding. * The elevator seemed to occasionally develop a mind of its own and would decide to stop at random floors and not move again. * Disappointingly, the rooftop bar was closed for my entire stay, and to have the hot tub turned on, I had to call down to the front desk to send a maintenance man up some 15 minutes later to climb down into a utility hatch simply to turn on the hot tub (which wasn't hot, by the way). Why not just have an accessible timer dial that can be operated by the guests using the hot tub??

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Der Standort in San Isidro ist in einem guten Stadtteil und nicht so weit von Miaflores und der Küste entfernt. Es gibt ein Pool, GYM und Sauna auf dem Dach. Super Preisleistung verhältnis!!!

The pool was full of people and you could see dirty bubbles on the surface of the water. Also was turning brown. Disgusting. Too many children also. That was uncomfortable, noisy and not pleasant for what supposed to be a relax and pleasant stay

Stayed for 2 nights. Came in to a smelly room (sewer) and the smell never went away. Next day, the room was not cleaned during the day, finally the shower was terrible. Water temp would cycle from boiling to regular to cold. Would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was a bit disappointed. When I first checked into my room, I noticed yellow stains on the pillow, which was very off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness. On top of that, the air conditioning wasn’t working when I arrived, which was frustrating given how hot it was. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the hotel staff responded quickly when I reported the issue. A handyman came up and managed to fix the air conditioning within about 20 minutes, which I appreciated. Overall, while the service was responsive, the initial room condition left a lot to be desired. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards moving forward.

Wyndham Costa del Sol Lima City was clean, comfortable, and reliable. The service was above and beyond and all information provided about the property was clear and true. They allowed for luggage storage as well and all personnel were so kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again for when I return to Lima.

Costa del Sol Lima City, was a very nice hotel. Yes I would stay there again but a couple things to point out to help you make your decision. There really isn't much to eat around the area, you have to get a cab to anywhere if you dont want to walk at least 30 mins. but it is cheaper than Miraflores. The Wifi is spotty, it kept dropping. The staff was amazing and helpful. They were very amendable, I would say its there best quality.

La ubicación es muy buena, y la zona es bonita. El personal muy amable, buen desayuno. Las almohadas eran muy duras, al regular el agua de la ducha de repente salía agua muy fría y después muy caliente, fue muy molesto que el agua subía y bajaba la temperatura de la nada. Se necesita que reparen ese tipo de cosas fundamentales.

I don’t understand how this hotel has such good reviews. This is a party type hotel, not great for couples or mature adults. The rooftop pool and bar area has a DJ playing throughout the weekend and it’s so loud you can hear it throughout the entire hotel. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of the “party” atmosphere there that you can hear all throughout the hotel day & night. Also, the pool closes at 5pm? But the DJ stays for the bar section all throughout the night. The second floor also has an event area so on some nights, even week days, you’ll have a second DJ blasting music. Again, you can hear it all throughout the hotel. We had a really hard time sleeping. Other things to note: -No temperature control in the water. No matter how much you try, you’ll get water that is “changing” so one second you’re ice cold, and the next you’re getting burned from the water. Very difficult to wash. -Around 11pm one night, I got out of my room to go make a noise complaint to the front desk about the noise. When I got to the elevator, there were two drunk men in their 40s rolling on the floor in front of the elevator without shirts. When they saw they they got up and said “ohh sorry, go ahead miss” and winked at me. Pros: the location of the hotel is safe and quiet, the breakfast was very good, and the staff are very kind. Even when I complained about the music blasting throughout the hotel on several Occasions, the staff would get the bars to lower the volume right away

We stayed in a King suite which was very comfortable. The service is amazing, staff are friendly. Breakfast was good too, variety of options. Welcome drink - Pisco Sour is a must try!

Mostly a positive stay, but the pillows were all lumpy. I was also put on the 12th floor and on Friday night was a party on the rooftop until 2am. It was so loud and it sounded like people were dancing in my room. If you are going to have guests staying the floor below, the music must be turned off by 12pm. I got little sleep that night, especially before my long-haul flight.

Recently, the hotel was doing a commercial for their restaurant at the hotel bar which I largely had no issue with. However, the photographer and assistant were very rude as they paid zero attention to the fact a key soccer game was being played and started to walk around with their lights and equipment in my space, blinding me shining lights at the tv and ignoring my multiple requests to wait 2 or 3 minutes for the game to end in order to get their shot. I found it very rude and unprofessional as they laughed and continued to shine the lights in my face. I complained to the front desk about their behavior as the contracted commercial crew needs to respect the paying customers at the hotel. I found the hotel's staff response to be very lacking. Opposed to addressing the commercial crew as asked, the staff directed their attention towards me like I was the issue and sent multiple people to talk to me. Overall, I found Alphino's demeanor and attempt to talk to me very insulting which did very little to remedy the issue. Hopefully, the low review will bring the attention back to the paying customers at the hotel and get them to have their contractors to respect the guest. Finally, I found Paparika to be tasteless and over priced but it seems to get high reviews as there are not a lot of restaurants in the area.

Highly recommended! This hotel has a perfect location and the customer service is excellent. I loved the amenities and every effort/gesture to make your stay a great experience. The breakfast has so many delicious options, each day something different and very attentive waiters. The lobby personnel are SO friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Malena at reception and Carlos for his kindness and recommendation during our stay. Carlos is a person that you never forget. Also, I highly recommend taking a massage with Ana in the spa -one of the best massages I’ve taking in my life. I will definitely book again any time I visit Peru.

Bed was great and room was clean. thermostat was difficult to figure out unfortunately. Staff was fantastic in all departments we dealt with. Amenities were well taken care of just not great hours of availability. Pool closes at 5pm?? (Understandably early due to it being on the roof) but feel it could be pushed an extra hour or two to allow more usage. Jacuzzi/sauna only available 11-4 and has to be booked at front desk prior with maximum 30min to use. (Times were booked up but when we checked the space no one was even there??) Hotel was in a safe/nice area within Lima. Just take into account traffic can be very busy most of the day which makes getting to the main square of miraflores or the Malecon take 25-45 minutes. Uber to airport took almost an hour.. not 15-20min which was explained online/in person.

Great location and very nice hotel. A few minor issues: * Bathroom wasn't pristine, as there was a rusted shower head that didn't flow the water properly and the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from fine to scalding. * The elevator seemed to occasionally develop a mind of its own and would decide to stop at random floors and not move again. * Disappointingly, the rooftop bar was closed for my entire stay, and to have the hot tub turned on, I had to call down to the front desk to send a maintenance man up some 15 minutes later to climb down into a utility hatch simply to turn on the hot tub (which wasn't hot, by the way). Why not just have an accessible timer dial that can be operated by the guests using the hot tub??

I was very happy with the hotel. All the stuff are very helpful and kind..The only thing I suggest improvement is breakfast and also the use of the roof top. I wanted to just enjoy the view from the pool area arround 8 pm and I couldn't because since the pool is there, is not allowed to hang out in that area.
